Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

| Shadow landed with the grace of a eagle, he looked at the broken down building he looked at it, studied it, and made the assumption that this place would be perfect for someone like him to hide. He walked forward and tried to open the door.. only to have it break down on him. He widened his eyes and smiled, "Defiantly a perfect place for me to live for a while.. Maybe set up a secret base" he mumbled to himself, he walked inside and looked around the dark empty room. It was dusty and their was cobwebs everywhere but it would do for a temporary spot, just to avoid any.. unwanted attention. He walked around before sitting down in a rusty chair.. only to have it break and for him to fall over flat on his arse. He looked down at the floor and mumbled to himself "Defiantly need to clean this place up.." he walked around until he stopped at a large wall, he put his hands up as if he was framing the wall and said "yeah.. that will do nicely for a secret hideout" he snapped back into reality and turned to the door to wait for the others. | |

| Padded feet scuffed to a halt in front of an abandoned building. Time had sprung forth cracks to this infrastructure. Vegetation coiled around its rigid form and a few windows were bolted with wood. The sky's blue hue subsided its darker counterpart to signify the approach of evening. With a flick of her tail, Tutua made her approach to the building. The entrance door laid dormant beside the building. The object could have been there for who knew how long, but she thought it wiser to be cautious regardless.
Fingertips grazed the dusted walls as she wandered the halls of this structure leisurely. Eyes fluttered about wildly as they adjusted to the dimming light. A distant crash had peaked her interest and she followed the sound. After a few more moments of wandering, Tutua entered a room that was already occupied. She had caught this stranger toward the end of his gesturing before his attention came to the door. It was Chatterbox.
"He will be here soon?" she asked as she took a few steps toward him.

| She was tired, hungry, and wandering around without having refueled a few days was killer on her body temperature. Poking around police departments and government centers discouraging 'mutant' rallys was taking it's toll on her physically. It was all about letting them believe she was a concerned pedestrian, and being a smoker without smelling like cigarettes wasn't cutting it anymore. As much as she hated it, she either fed her dragonheart and holed up in her home for awhile or waited for a cold night where the air made breath look like plumes of smoke. Tonight was supposed to be one such night, which gave her the promise of a satisfying walk back. With the lowering temperature and lack of warmth, the walk to her current destination was proving to be miserable though. The click of her heels echoed down the alleys and side streets, and she avoided thinking too hard about things. One such 'thing' was a letter she had received a few days ago that brought news of an old friend soon making his way to New York where he had expected to meet her. Seeing as the mail had been forwarded, and there was no return address, he would be sorely disappointed or possibly believe the worst had happened. She made a note to see if she could convince someone to wait at their rendezvous point and redirect him when he showed. If he made it that far.
Talius watched as a few yards away a man went through the broken door of a very abandoned looking building. Not breaking stride, she entered just after the crashing sound and the other woman asked a question. Taking it upon herself to be the one to answer, she ran a shaky hand through her long red hair. Her accent had gotten better in the last year, and was leaning more towards German these days. "Yes, he shouldn't be much longer now." Her bright green eyes flickered over both of them briefly before she turned to the side to look behind her and back at the door.

| The plants in the room would begin to wilt and the hair would begin to stand on the back of the neck of anyone in the room as it grew a bit colder. The shadows within the room would begin to pull towards the wall and form a large mass of darkness that would form into a ball. From this ball of darkness a bass filled voice would spill out. "Tell me what has happened......" The mass of shadows spoke. They would know it to be Nameless the one known to very few as Legion. The question was precise and direct and asked to the entire room. He had disconnected himself from the world after the last crisis and he would prepare to make his return. Yet he needed to know the situation of the world so he could prepare to strip it of it's resources once more. He would need them in order to take over the underworld. The large mass of shadows was cold and distant even though it was merely a few feet from all of them. Legion did not appear in person of course....he had other matters to attend to at the moment and he needed to distance himself from H.A.M.M.E.R. | |

| Shadow watched as the demon girl from before enter the room to ask if he would be here soon, before he could even reply another girl walked in and answered. Not someone he was familiar with so she must have been a new girl, Shadow smiled at the both and walked around for a few seconds before he felt a cold chill run down his spine, darkness entered the room swallowing what remained of the light turning the broken down building into something even more bleak then ever before.. He was here.. Shadow heard a voice ask "Tell me what has happened......" Shadow turned around to the emptiness with his eyes closed, his arms crossed before he lifted one and scratched his head. "Take your pick boss, humans hate people like us, or in their terms, they hate freaks.. and will probably kill on sight. Underworld has gone silent, World War Three is possible... I'd say its safe to assume that shit has most certainly hit the fan yeah?" Shadow opened his eyes adopting a more serious posture looking over the two ladies that joined the room earlier. | |
