Fisticuffs [Training]

Miss Flash was doing the usual patrol of San Francisco. It was just another night, but something odd occurred. The museum of San Francisco was closed during this time, and the young woman could see a shadow lurking through the darkness. It trailed up the side of the building and to a ventilation staff. Crossing her arms and tilting her head, the female Flash would narrow her eyes. "Guess they didn't get the memo that the museum has closing hours." The golden speedster would slide down an energy construct, to the streets below. Only touching the ground for what seemed like a second, she was already bouncing back up towards the side of the building: sliding into the vent with precision. Her momentum carried her through the ventilation shaft in a clumsy manner, and she soon found herself bursting through the other side and hitting a wall with her backside. With a disgruntled moan, she slid down the wall with an annoyed expression on her face. "That could have gone abit better, huh? Come on Flashey, pull it together." The woman pressed herself up from the ground and looked around the dark museum. Last time she was here, she was stealing things to get by. Oh how the tables have turned. As she moved through the museum carefully, she'd see the shadow silhouette moving through the darkness towards what appeared to be a diamond behind a glass. "Hey, weird guy! Stop lurking in the shadows and come out to play. Look, lets skip all the theatrics and get to the part where I beat you up, and leave you for the cops. Alright?" A smile was seen through the darkness, as the figure staggered their stance and faced the young hero. Miss Flash raised a brow towards the shadowy figure. "Alright, we can play hardball then. I warned you!" Miss Flash dash a thumb across her nose before shooting forward in a dash. As she closed the distance, she went to throw an infinite mass punch towards the shadow's head. The shadow, not moving its footing for a second, would lean back and bring up its right arm. The punch was dodged, and the right hand came up to use the young females momentum against her. It sent Tara flying back and through a wall with a powerful thud. The shadow simply chuckled before turning back towards the diamond and reaching for the case carefully. Little did he know the golden speedster was picking herself up and fanning the dust from the debris out of her face. "That was..uncalled for." The shadowy figure looked over its shoulder with the same smile as before, and the golden laced speedster would stagger her stance. This guy was smarter than she imagined. Or girl. Or whatever it was. Charging in like that was going to get her beat on. There were other ways to attack with super speed, and simply trying to put all the power behind one punch probably wasn't the best way to go about attacking this type of enemy. Walking, yes walking, up to the opponent, Tara would raise her arms boxer style. Closing the distance a few feet between them, the shadow figure would send a sweep kick towards her leg. Lifting her foot, she'd dodge the blow with ease, and return with a plethora of ten punches under a single second, straight to the figures nose. The shadowy being hit the ground hard, and Miss Flash stood above him, looking at her hand in surprise. "Now..this is power."
