I apologize but I have no idea how being a dragon makes you able to access DNA memory, what could this even be used for anyways?

Description: This is were Marcus can morph a part of his body into dragon form and this can be done when ever Marcus wishes to. he can turn his arms and legs into there dragon form also he can form his tail and wings. though what he can do is dependent on the rank.
C rank can only morph out his tail.
B rank can morph out his tail and wings giving him the power of flight(Follows branching guidelines.)
A rank can now morph his arms or legs not both to give him better grip on slopes and other things.
S Rank Can now morph both his arms and legs at the same time.

Name: Dragon Bone Density.

Power: Dragon Physiology
Description: This increase the density of Marcus bone therefor increasing the breaking point of the bone therefor increasing the endurance of marcus. also lets Marcus lift things that normal human bones would break or shatter.
C rank 3x the density of normal human bone +15% to endurance.
B rank 6x the density of normal human bone +30% to endurance.
A rank 9x the density of normal human bone +45% to endurance.
C rank 12x the density of normal human bone +60% to endurance.

Name: Dragon metabolism.

Power: Dragon Physiology
Description: Due to his Dragon Physiology Marcus has the metabolism of a dragon which means that he can process things faster as well as handle things wich the norm human metabolism can not. So it take more of a drug to affect him and some just don't affect him though this is ranked based. Also he has a higher resistence to Illness then most mutants but this does not mean he can not get sick he can it takes longer or a stronger strain to do it this is rank based as well.
C rank takes 2 times the amount of drug to effect marcus the same. Can resist most small human Illness
B rank takes 4 times the amount of drug to effect marcus the same. Can resist Almost all human Illness
A rank takes 8 times the amount of drug to effect marcus the same. Can resist all human Illness and can handle other illness better then most.
S rank takes 16 times the amount of drug to effect marcus the same. Can resist All Illness but ones designed to effect the mutant gene or dragons.

Name: Muscle density of a Dragon.
Rank: C+
Power: Dragon Physiology
Description: Marcus has a higher muscle density then other humans and most mutants while he will not be as strong as someone who focus on super strength (Main&sub power) supers he stills packs a punch.
C - 1,000lbs
B - 2,000lbs
A - 3,000lbs
S - 4,000lbs

Name: Elemental eating.
Rank: C+
Power: Dragon Physiology
Description: Lets Marcus eat any element that be controled or generated by a power. it replenishes his energy and gives him a immunity to said element for a short period 2 posts then a cool down of 3 post before using again he can not eat any other element during the 5 post peroid.
C-S rank: Half Damage from same Rank & Block everything else below his rank

Name: Dragon Scales.
Rank: C+
Power: Dragon Physiology
Description: this is a passive ability the scales form under his skin and act as a buffer so his skin can get cut but the scales block it.
C - Withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee
B - Withstand Small arms fire and moderate bludgeoning/melee
A - Withstand larger caliber rounds and heavy bludgeoning damage
S - Withstand energy blasts taking half damage

Please check with the Branching powers under the vital information area. Boosting 4 things with just one ability is ridiculous, besides the fact that it lasts too long and the cool down is simply too short and you should not be able to extend it.
