Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

The Biography
Birth Name: Firvanna Nai Dravenhilde Aliases: Ischade Gender: Female Age: 19 Birth Date: January 13th Class: Mutant
Appearance: Ischade is a very rough and tumble girl : standing at around 5'7 in height, she's just an inch or two taller then the average girl. She has black hair that is long, but she keeps it in two japanese braids : mostly to keep it out of her face, but for other reasons too. Her face has the slight traces of being oriental in nature. Her black eyes are quite piercing, and they seem to hold a sort of distance from everyone. She's not very busty, but she has this snake like grace to her that is still attractive. Her skin is a bit pale, but yet has a healthy tone to it, as she has a well conditioned body. In all, even for her small stature, she has a pretty nice frame. Her clothing tends to reflect that if needed, or hide her form if she needs it.
Personality: Ischade is very much an aggressive person : she never wastes time on jibber jabber and always seems to be able to take a punch. Her will is fierce, as she doesn't seem to give up on anything : she does have a great common sense however, sometimes bordering on ESP. In fact, Ischade can easily survive just about anywhere with anyone : she has this sort of charisma that draws people to her, no matter how rude she gets. And she can be quite rude. Not afraid to use curse words, many may call her crude for her comments and way of acting, but the girl is not afraid to stand up and fight. She also can hold her liquor like a champ and is no stranger to street mentality. In a sense, Ischade will do just about anything to win : from methodical plans to straight gunfire action, she never gives a sense of rest or of stable process. She loves to change it up and keep people guessing : but her really good observation skills and adaptability allows her to easily fit into just about anywhere. From high class courtesan to bar enforcer to politician : in a sense, Ischade can do it all. Preferring time on her own and maybe sparring, she seems to hold herself to a normal standard : she isn't superior to humans but she isn't weaker either. In a sense, she understands the balance between those with powers and those not with them : and that's why she can accept just about any creed, as long as they don't back stab her. Once angry, this woman will make sure everything you knew, loved, breathed or even thought of, is torn apart. Into tiny little pieces. After all, she is a Dravenhilde.
—Main Power: Assassin -- This power is basically Ischade's main stay : it's the adaptability of her knowledge and self towards a greater form of assassination : were many assume that she can use the basic assassination techniques, this offers her the ability to transcend that. In a sense, she becomes a super assassin : using basic human training, she can amplify it. Her instincts are refined to the point where morality no longer plays a role : if she must kill, she will. Naturally capable of keeping herself hidden, she can easily evaluate, plan and calculate on a whim the best methods of killing a person. This renders her almost a peak human, if not more : although it naturally seems more of a talent then a power, the core of the fact is that Ischade can build ''Assassination Techniques''. These techniques are, with the right presents, sure to kill an opponent (Barring defenses that they have employed.), if not injure them heavily. So in essence, her power gives her the ability to easily disable or kill in a superior fashion : it allows her to generate an energy to mark her targets, depending on the assassination technique.

—Name: Suzumebachi —Rank: C —Power: Assassination —Description: This one of Ischade's Assassination techniques. Suzumebachi is named after a Hornet : representing the nature of this technique. First, she requires a piercing weapon, or a weapon with a point, as this will only work on such (her fingers are suitable as long as it is the tips only.) This is essence allows her to transfer a certain amount of her power into a person : thus marking them with the wings of a hornet on the precise spot. Should Suzumebachi hit the same spot twice, it allows her to burst the lingering power she placed into the attack. This power, at the current version, can cause bodily arm, perhaps incapacitating the limb until healed.

—Name: Erasure —Specialty: Hunter —Rank: C —Description: This is a technique that Ischade has learned for stealth purposes. Silencing her body's movements, including breathing, she can become so totally still that it is unsettling. Any sounds her body would naturally make are silent : this includes her clothing and weapons, allowing her to basically erase herself from existence. It is the art of being so silent that she is no longer present : hence, many people tend to be surprised when she makes noise of her own volition, such as speaking. However silent she is, however, does mean she is invisible, or untouchable : it just makes it almost impossible to find her via auditory manners. This stems from her natural Assassin nature as well.
—Name: Mountain —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C —Description: Ischade is built tougher then nails : she survived her own share of hard knocks. This said, the girl can take damage like you wouldn't believe : she once took on a speeding car and walked away. The girl has tough skin, bones, muscles : whatever it is, it makes her hard to beat down. She feels pain, but it's much harder to inflict substantial pain then the average joe mutant, by at least 10%
—Name: Kinetic —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: D —Description: Ischade is by nature Kinetic : she easily learns through body movements, so hands on jobs are perfect for her. This means she can easily learn martial arts or rather, combat related things via movement : although not necessarily combat useful, it does help her figure out attack patterns and instinctively move her body in a way that most wouldn't think of. In essence, it allows her to more or less, be more flexible/physical then the average person.
—Name: Assessment —Specialty: Hunter —Rank: D —Description: This is the natural ability to identify. In a sense, Ischade can settle onto a designated target, and assess properties according to general knowledge. It allows her to easily spot and observe anomalies : such as when she is tracking someone, noticing a cut through underbrush. Or when she is looking for traps, noticing the thin trap wire or sound making floors. It simple grants her further observational skills.

The Background
What consists the life of a Dravenhilde? Simple : you are born into an illustrious clan, that for generations has kept itself out of the world and it's disputes. In a general sense, the clan is secretive, never letting it's members out of it's reach : however, in the latter years, it's found more use in propagating itself around. So have the other two. In any case, Firvanna was born in the Nai branch of the Dravenhilde's : however it become obvious she was not the Oni that they had waited for. That honour rested with her younger sister. But at a young age, Firvanna showed immense aptitude at her branch's main specialty : assassination. It was almost too good : but without much ado, she survived hard training. Doing classical dojo training in Japan until the age of twelve, the girl was shoved into the violent streets of New York and forced to scavenge off the streets. Surviving was the big part : and discovering her mutant powers was the second. As the family did not object use of powers, it gave Firvanna an easy power ticket into the world of assassins. Making a small name for herself, under the alias of Ischade, she finds herself now gearing towards another purpose.
Leaving behind her family name, she moves fully towards the identity of ''Ischade'' and thus moves towards new ventures. Well, she hopes an offer drops on her lap soon, since she is getting.. a bit bored with her current jobs.
