Appearance: Raiden wears a long black coat with silver pauldrons, black boots and black clothing. The top of his clothing is open to reveal his chest, with his leather suspenders crossed over it. Raiden's hair is long and silver with his bangs parted to either side of his face. His clothes are made of bulletproof material. He is 6'2 with green eyes.Personality: Raiden has a calm personality, he doesn't usually care about others. There is always a hidden objective in mind, and he always searches for strong opponents. He is usually on task, and takes everything into account. Raiden wouldn't kill for no apparent reason.

The Background
|
History: Recently, there was a change in the research development involving mutants. The government declared mutants as a genetically engineered bio hazard, not as a gift. Fear was brought around the population as these beings with powers were declared as a new race and species separate from humanity. As the fertility rate of mutants increase, there was a scare among the senate that the human race will be overtaken by the mutant population at the end of 2020. There was a project that began to start as a result of this claim. Something far above being a mutant, making a better human that was faster, stronger, and more adaptable. They decided to create something that pushed passed the peak of human limitations, and countered the threatening menace of super powered beings. The project was called counter guardian, and it all stated with the complete study and experimentation of the X Gene. The only thing was left to do was to spread these being inside the population, the nanobots fully programed to increase the abilities of individual being containing the antigen and increasing the fertility rate. The nanobots helped with the hidden potential of the human race, and as well as turn themselves into a weapon against supers. Surrogates was arranged to increase consistency of this gene, for it exhibits full activity through developmental stages such as childhood. The idea was for them to train to bring out their hiden potential, and mate to create a series of chains, each new generation stronger than the last.
The first one born out of this project was Raiden. He was raised to hate super powered beings, constantly brainwashed with videos of their horrific actions. He gone through hellish training, and was sent out on missions to kill mutants as early as 12. Soon, he defected and decided to see the outside world. Raiden decided that he will forge a path towards his own destiny, as he sets out into the world.

| Alright first off, power nullification Nameless says you need to give up your other power for that. Two, 2 miles at C rank is way too much. That should be close proximity at that rank. | |
