Appearance: Without a doubt Raiden's appearance causes people to think of him as a freak or a monster. Standing in at 5'7 and weighing in at 157 lbs (as a human) Raiden wears a body length black trench coat with a black hoodie to cover his appearance of his Exoskeleton. But underneath that his normal machine body is white and gray with shades of yellow here and there. His machine body comes with high heels so he can wield his blade in his feet leaving his two hands free from danger. His eyes are a clear beautiful blue color but with a deathly stare mixed in. His hair is white and is layed back. When speaking he has a normal voice if he chooses to do so he can not even move his mouth at all and speak in a synthetic voice. This is there because his lower jaw was removed in place for his cyborg ninja body.

Visor down and Visor Up:

Personality: the trauma of the death of Sarah his girlfriend and the "miscarriage" of their unborn son, combined with rigorous training and his torture at the hands of the Government, changed Raiden from an inexperienced rookie to a cold and virtually emotionless soldier, who seemingly doesn't care about his own life; for instance, when fighting and on the verge of losing he will claim that he does not fear death and will gladly accept it. Raiden's only real display of emotion occurred after the death of his sister. At one point in time his best friend and mentor the other cyborg ninja Turok told Raiden that he (Toruk) has no future, while Raiden has a future; at this, Raiden grabbed Toruk, shouting that he too has nothing. Nonetheless, due to his past experiences with Toruk, he was completely loyal to the legendary soldier and citing his personal views about Toruk by asking him to "not leave me alone." This would be the first display of his true self.

The Background

History:
Birth Era: Born on a rainy day Jacks life was a sad one. His parents were killed right off the spot and he was taken into the government for.. "Special" training. One might say that he was born special so be hand chosen by the secret branches of the government.

War Era: Only age 7 and they threw him into the middle of a war. Earning the nickname Jack 'o' Ripper, Jack became a monster on the battlefield destroying every single challenge that came his way his only friend bring Turok a spec ops agent now working for S.H.I.E.L.D. His missions were quick, silent, efficient, and deadly. The government saw him as a huge success.. but even they knew he could go farther then his current potential. So they recalled him. Knowing he would never go willingly because he hated hospitals they baited him with seeing his lover Sarah they captured and betrayed him and took him into a secret facility known only to the president who was the one who authorized this in the first place. He stayed in the building for days, weeks, and soon even months seeing Sarah only ever so often. Finally at the age of twenty four there experiment was ready. And so they began...

Transformation Era: Removing his lower jaw and placing his entire body with that of the experimental Cyborg Ninja Exoskeleton developed only years prior they had nearly killed Raiden. To keep him alive they replaced his red blood with white artificial blood which is easily replaceable, cheap, and gives him more vitality. His transformation was complete and when he awoke and he held his HF Blade in his hands.. he killed every son of a b*tch there was to exist in that building excluding the president. Neddless to say the scitentists finally got to see how powerful there work had been when Jack ended there life. Before leaving he attempted to rescue Sarah to no avail to find her dead in the room. That tore him apart, and with that he erased his name as Jack and took upon him the name of Raiden, for he was lightning itself when it came to his personal revenge. Needless to say he is indeed a hero as of today with a certain hate towards the government and would easily abandon them if they needed help. But seeing Sarah die tore him apart, to know that she was gone forever.. never to be seen again.... Or... Was she?.

Everything looks good to me. Just get another mod to check that percentage travesty of a super suit and you're good >.< You already know I don't check that percent stuff..Never been on a site that uses them.

"The ability to alter time relative to himself, as opposed to utilizing the Speed like most of speedsters do. He can use this ability to move at "speeds" rivaling those of speedsters.
