“What’s up boss, you look like you planning something big” Judas said as he made his way across the room of the broken down factory. Pulling up one of the many chairs that had been “acquired” for furnishing in the hideout, he put it adjacent to Ace and sat in it, leaning forward waiting for a response from the mad man. “I am, I’m gonna kill that bastard that took my eye and empire” Revel said as he clutched a fist and eased it onto the arm of his plush red throne of a chair. “I’m gonna rip his eye out, then cut him open and watch a mess of red falling out of his stomach.” Cain grinned at the thought of Revel doing his handy work. “Are we gonna be there to watch boss?” Cain said with the grin ever growing. “Nah, I’m gonna take this one on alone fellas. I don’t need to worry about you two getting butchered by someone other than me.” Ace stood up and made his way over to the window, looking our and thinking, then morphed himself into the beast Revel and spread wings. “Well, I’m off gents” He would say as he jumped out the window and into the world just waiting to be demolished. His two lackeys looked at each other and sat back down. Revel loved the simple joy of flight, the exhilaration of being death from above. He made his way back to the Barlow building, landing at the front entrance, slamming down on two door guard with razor sharp machete like arms. He withdrew his wings and began to waltz on in, winking at the terrified receptionist. He walked up to the elevator and pressed the button that lead to Demetrius’s penthouse. The elevator made it up to the 25 floor before stopping, Revel didn’t really expect it to make it all the way up. Making hooks out of his arms, he penetrated the door and pulled them open, revealing a multitude of men with various guns. The let leash an onslaught of fire, but it all ricocheted off of Revel like spit balls. Jarred back by the force of a few shotguns, Revel made his way towards the men in a mythical and menacing walk. The men backed up as he came, reflected bullets bounced off him and hit three of the men, Revel grabbed them and pulled them apart like a twisted kid would an ant or fly. Making his way towards the rest he grabbed another and felt his hand grow larger than normal, it now covered the man’s torso completely. Smiling at the new found ability, Revel then expanded himself two fold and began to ravaged though the building. One after another, men fell in heaps of ragged flesh, none able to stop the rampage Revel was on. Suddenly there was crashing as a huge man made his way towards Revel. Bracing himself, Revel took a step back and caught the man that was trying to tackle him through a wall. Revel licked the man’s face as he lifted him up and slammed him on the ground. Picking the man up again, Revel bear hugged him and sprung out spikes along his body, penetrating the man and making him cry out in pain. Revel squatted down, then jumped up through the ceiling and onto the next floor. He threw the man aside and reverted back down to his normal size. Revel continued his ascent to his enemy’s throne room, but was met by a quaint man in a white suit. The man was smoking a cigarette and looked like he was expecting Revel. “Well now, you must be the freak that’s going fo my boss’s head. Too bad, he seems to be out right now.”
- Spoiler:
Revel stepped forward and was met by the appearance of a knife in coming straight at his head. In a blur of motion, Revel put his hand in the way. The knife hilt sunk deep into his hand, but Revel on laughed as he pulled it out and closed the wound. The man smirked and tapped the ashes off of his cigarette into an ashtray on the desk. As the man looked up at Revel he said “Oh, who’s that behind you?” then vanished into a cloud of smoke. Revel found himself flying through the air and into one of the walls that had been patched up since his last encounter with Demetri. The man in the white suit walked casually over to Revel and bent over “I guess it was me.” He said as he winked. Revel lashed out with a sharpened tendril at the man, but only hit a wisp of smoke. The man appeared behind Revel and kick him in the head, sending him flying into another wall. “And here I was, thinking you would be a big scary monster that beat up my boss. What a joke. I could slam you around this building all DAY!” The man walked over to Revel and flicked his ash on him. Revel made an attempt to stand up, but was only met with another teleported kick to his head. Laying face down on the ground, the man came up to him and put a foot on his head. “You’re a piece of trash, I’ll kill you quick if you lick my shiny new shoe” The man said as he started to apply some weight to Revel head. The weight didn’t bug Revel the least bit, a spike shot up through the man’s foot and into the knee, or so Revel thought. “Man your tricky” The man said as he reappeared a few feet away. Revel stood up, on his way up the man appeared behind him and attempted to front kick Revel in the torso. Revel body formed a hole around the man’s leg, sending him off balance and leaning on Revel. Revel’s head turned 180 degrees to meet the man’s surprised gaze. “WHAAA!” is all that came out of the man’s slippery little mouth as Revel’s Body closed around the man’s leg in a heap of spikes. His leg was crushed in the spiked gape in Revel’s body. Revel morphed his body, flipping it in place so that he was now facing the sly little man. “Well well, looks like I got me a little pansy stuck in me.” Revel said as the man started to scream in pain. “Heh? What’s that ya say? Oh, you want your leg back? Sure, here you go.” He said as he lopped off the man’s leg at the knee. “Now, how about you start telling me where the hell Demetrius is.” Revel said as he placed the man’s leg on his chest while he wallowed on the ground. The man just screamed and screamed, rolling on the ground in a puddle of his escaping blood. Revel made a makeshift tourniquet out of a tendril and looped it around the man’s leg. He had to keep the pathetic thing alive if he was going to find out where Demetri was. Revel slapped the man to get his attention. “You see your leg man, I’m cutting off the blood so you don’t die. How bout you do something nice like me and tell me where the HELL DEMETRI IS ! !” Revel shouted. The man calmed down and began to shake. “H-h-h he’s at a warehouse, on a pier. It’s the one you attacked before coming here the first t-t-t-time. Please man, don’t let go, I really don’t want to die like this.
- Spoiler:
Revel thought for a bit, strange as he just DOES things. He couldn’t really tell it the man was telling the truth or not. “become him! Taste his memories! Become him!” Croatoan shouted in his head. “What the hell is that supposed to mean damn it!” Revel said out loud. The man shook his head and said “Nothin man, It’s where the boss is, I don’t know exactly why he’s there. Please, please, let me live dude.” Revel shook his head. He felt strange, the place where he was cutting the blood off of the man’s leg was warm. He looked down and saw that his tendril was merging with the man, filling the cut and crawling into the cut. Revel pushed it futher and found that more of himself could be put on the man. Revel smiled as the man began to scream and become covered by Revel. He continued to fuse with the man until he coved each and every part of the man. Their memories bonded and flashed before Revel inner eye. He could see the man’s child hood. His father beating the man as a child. Flashes of like and meeting Demetrius. It seemed as though his enemy was like a true father to this man. Funny, Demetri didn’t seem like the father type. Revel delved further into the man’s mind until he found the information he was looking for. “Yeah, that punk put some weird shit in me and cut me up something fierce” The memory of Demetri said. “ I’m gonna go down to that warehouse that psycho wreaked havoc on.” Revel felt the man admire his enemy. “Yeah boss, I’ll watch after the place for ya, If the freak comes I’ll take care of him” He felt the man say. “Don’t underestimate that thing, he isn’t human by any means, and he can take a hell of a beating” Demetrus said. “I’ll be careful boss, I’ll make sure he is dealt with if he shows his face again.” Memories of the day flashed in Revel mind as he came to the point where they fought. This man’s ability to teleport was fun, Revel wish he could have it but didn’t know how he could ever attain it. Revel pull himself off of the man and gasped as his heap was sent into a crash of pain. He moaned a bit and felt his tendril lose grip of the man’s leg. The man also gasped and grabbed hild of his leg. “NO NO NO NO NO” the mas spewed out as more blood began to gush out. “Oh yeah” Revel said as he ripped the belt off of the man and wrapped it around his leg. “ Ah, isn’t that better?” he said as he stood over the man in his blood stained white suit. “What was that? What did you do to me? It felt like you were a part of me, like you were in my head. I could see all my memories as if they were forced before me.” The man said as he cradled his stump of a leg. “That my boy, Is none of your business.” Revel stepped over the man and turned a bit. Reaching down with an enlarged hand he grabed the man by his face and lifted him up. “So you see Demetrius as a father do you?” Revel asked the squirming man. “well, I’m sure you be seeing him soon” Revel then squeezed his claws into the man’s face and crushed hi head. Revel jumped out of the window he had been kicked out of last time he had visited this little palace of a building. In mid fall he spread out his demon wings and began to make his way to the warehouse. During the flight a police helicopter started to chase him. A voice came over a loud speaker on the helicopter saying “You! Freak! Stop flying around and land NOW, or we will be forced to take action!” Revel smiled his devious smile as he splayed his wings in front of him, slowing down his pace and letting the chopper catch up to him. He softened his self and splatted on the windshield of the chopper, sticking to it he reformed and slammed a knife hand though it and grabbed the passenger. The pilot gripped the controls as helicopter began to spin in midflight. Pulling the passenger out, Revel licked his face and laughed as he threw the man to the ground like an uninteresting piece of trash. Revel oozed his way into the passenger seat and looked at the pilot. “Always wanted to know how to fly one of these things” He said as his body flung itself onto the pilot and covered him. Memories of the man’s life flashed before his eyes as he searched for the information he was looking for. Suddenly, Revel found it. Years upon Years of flying helicopter rushed into Revel mind like a waterfall of knowledge. Revel felt something else now. He felt stronger, like he was healthier than usual. He felt the man’s life begin to dwindle as his became stronger. God, if felt like he was taking the man’s life in more ways than one. Revel stopped right as he felt the man’s life begin to fade all the way. The fear the man was emitting was almost as delicious as his life force. Revel felt a difference between this regular man and the man he had fought earlier. This pilot’s life force was amazingly low compared to the teleporter. Maybe altered beings have more life force than these simple bags of meat. Revel set the thought aside as he spat the man out through the windshield. Revel expected a head ache like he had when stealing the teleporter’s memories, but the life force of the man seemed to counter this affect. The revitalizing life force drained as it was focused to ward off the headache. “Nice, a good way to avoid that damn splitting headache.” Revel took to the controls like a seasoned veteran. He zoomed around the city having a bit of fun before continuing to his destination. Revel made his way to the pier where his enemy was doing some kind of repair work or something. Revel didn’t care what the man was doin’, all he knew was the man was dead meat. He flew the chopper around the building a bit, gathering a bit of a crowd of goons in the parking lot. He noticed the man he was looking for come out of the building and raise a hand to his brow trying to block out the sunlight as he looked up at Revel in the chopper. Revel smiled as he raised the helicopter up higher into the sky, the dived it down , aiming at the crowd of buffoons below him. They began to scatter as he came at them at high speed. Revel jumped out of the chopper and spread his wings wide. The copper continued diving down, spinning the opposite direction the blades were. It landed and exploded, cutting some in half and Bunning more. Others were flown away from the explosive blast and started scattering as Revel descended upon them like a hungry hawk chasing rabbits. He would continue to pick them up and fligh high, ripping them limb from limb and relishing every moment of it. He swooped down and grabbed one, flinging him up in the air and circling around him until diving in and cutting him in half like in fruit ninja.
- Spoiler:
Revel noticed that Demetrius had run inside. Fear for his life maybe? He must know that Revel is back to rip him limb from limb and dance in the guts of his fallen foe. Revel landed with a earth quaking thund at the entrance of the warehouse. Revel slammed his claws into the door and gripped it, pulled it off the hinges and threw it aside with the least bit of caring what it hit. Flinging his arms wide he shouted “Lucy, I’m home, and boy do you got some splainin’ to do!” His voice echoed throughout the dark warehouse. Funny, the lights were off. Revel looked over and found a switch, flicked it up and found himself confronted by a legion of Idiots with firearms. They let loose a volley of lead that didn’t seem to phase Revel in the lest. Holes appeared Revel where the bullets had gone though him. “Would you look at this! I guess this makes me a ‘holly man’” Revel said as he began to laugh historically. The fear from the men was beautiful. They went to start reloading, and doing so started to find they had no fingers with which to grasp their clips. Revel had whipped out and stolen them. Men screamed as they held their hand in sight of the missing digits. They all ran out, leaving Revel to search for his prey. “Didn’t take you for a man that lets other do most of his dirty work Demetri” Revel shouted at the empty warehouse. “Fuck you Ace” Replied the man in an unknown place. “Let’s hurry this up” Croatoan said in Revel head as he began to separate. Revel felt weird as he fell apart into five goo piles. It was the weirdest feeling in the world to be in multiple spots at one time. Revel took a bit of time as he found out he could move each part independently. He sent each one in different direction, some on the ceiling, some on the walls, and one on the floor. He found the man in no time and pulled himself together. Pulling together was as weird as falling apart. Revel kept track of the man while he clung to the ceiling above him. It took a while for Revel to feel himself and ready to fight the behemoth. Dropping on top of the man, he began to fuse and steal Demetrius’s life force. There was so much and it was SO sweet. The man thrashed around and began to punch any part of himself that was covered. Revel promptly receded from the spots the man aimed for, letting Demetri hit himself like a fool. “Quit hitting yourself, quit hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself, Why are you hitting yourself” Revel would mock like a child. Finally having his fill of the man’s life essence, Revel jumped off of him and stood with his arms crossed. “You ain’t looking so good pal, looks like you might be coming down with a case of the death.” The man fell to his knees, pale from being sucked almost dry of his life essence. Revel felt fit as a whistle as he stood over to the man like a champ. The man looked up at him “I’ll kill you, you little worm” he spat out. Revel sneered and grabbed the man by the hair. Ah, now to make good on a promise I made you little friend you left to try and take care of me. Revel took his time on the man, letting him heal the wounds Revel would inflect, just to make more. Revel pushed Demetri to his limit, unable to heal any more. “Poor guy, time to end it” Revel said as he cut open the man’s stomach and danced in his innards.
