A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

    Name: Mystical Strength
    Rank: C-S(C)
    Power: Mystical Arts
    Description: Relying upon the mystical strength imbued upon him by Ragnarok, Sonny has gone beyond the limits of normal human strength. His strength is purely mystical and his body doesn't appear to have the strength he has been gifted with.
    C- 1,000 lbs.
    B- 2,000 lbs.
    A- 3,000 lbs.
    S- 4,000 lbs.



    Name: Wind Barrier- Expulsion
    Rank: C-A (C)
    Power: Aerokinesis
    Description: Being an ability extending from Sonny's Wind Barrier, the Expulsion ability can be used to send whatever has been trapped within the barrier back outwards. The projectiles can only be shot out into the area the wind barrier is facing. Anything that has been trapped in the wind that is less that 15 lbs. is able to be used as a projectile with this technique. Each projectile travels directly horizontal with a speed of up to 75 mph.



    Name: Wind Needles
    Rank: C-B (C)
    Power: Aerokinesis
    Description: Sonny brings his fingers, hand, ect. to his mouth and forms a very small hole about 3 cm or less wide. Sonny then uses his enhanced lung power mixed with his aerokinesis to blow very compact needles made of air. These travel around 70 miles per hour and are completely visible grey needle-shaped bursts of air. With the combined strength and small size of these needles they are able to go through one normal 2x4 piece of wood and halfway through a second. Straws are the easiest thing for Sonny to use and are a weapon that little would expect. There is a limit of 3 needles per post.

    At B rank the needles are able to pierce steel and travel to up to speeds of 120 mph. Sonny no longer needs to use items to focus the air into small needles.



    Name: Don't Come at Me, Bro.
    Rank: C
    Power: Aerokinesis
    Description: Combining his aerokinesis with a physical motion, Sonny is able to make gusts of wind in all directions (or specific directions) at 60 mph in a 50 foot radius. This is useful in expelling gaseous agents from his area or offsetting attackers trying to come at him. Bro. This wind lasts about 7 seconds before dying out. Sonny is only able to do this once per post.



    Name: Retrocognition - Death
    Rank: Mystical Arts
    Power: C
    Description: Upon waving his hand at least 6 inches from a dead body, Sonny is able to see the cause of death and up to 30 seconds from before the death happened. This places Sonny in a sort of meditative state from which he can't be brought out of by anything else but his own will or upon seeing the death of the victim. Once he enters the meditative state, it starts a dream-like vision in which Sonny is invisible to the people involved in the events that happened. The vision starts 30 seconds before the victim dies, and Sonny has to stay within 10 feet of the victim or he risks losing the vision. This ability can only be used once on each dead body.



    Name: Mystical Restraints
    Rank: C
    Power: Mystical Arts
    Description: Utilizing his mystical powers, Sonny is able to generate horseshoe shaped restraints in each hand that can be bound to any solid surface. These can be used to bound two hands together, by attaching the restraints to each other, or to hold somebody up against a sturdy surface. Anyone with the ability to lift 1,000 lbs. are able to break their restraints if their hands are bound together. Only those who can lift 1,500 lbs. or above are able to break the restraints if each hand is bound seperately to another surface. The exception to that is if the surface is able to be broken with less than 1,500 lbs. of force.

    Sonny has to fit whatever he is trying to bind into the horseshoe and then pin it to something or the binds are useless. When formed, the binds become 6 inches wide and are able to shrink to fit to the object they are binding. If they do not hit their target and get bounded to a solid surface, they shrink down to the point of being unusable and cannot be expanded again. Sonny can dispel these whenever he chooses. Once a set is made, Sonny must wait three posts before making another.

    B-Rank and above weapons can destroy these binds. Sonny must manually attach these binds by hand. They aren't projectiles.

Any surface is a no-no, solid surfaces is better.

How fast do these binds travel?

Also change that to B rank and above just for clarification purposes.
