You mention skills with no examples. What do you mean exactly? How high will the boost be for.these skills? How many of these are carried.per topic at each rank?

I thought about it, and a full super serum wouldn't make much sense until I can unlock more secrets about his power. So, I made two steroid type items based on Kon-El's abilities instead.
