Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

- Name: Rust Aura
Rank: C+ Power: Decay Manipulation Specialty: Projection Description: This ability creates a simple aura within 2 feet in every direction of the user per rank, creating a decaying effect on armor and weapons up to the rank of this ability. For every post they are within this aura, the weapon will decay and become less sharp or effective, after a post or two guns might jam with rust. Similar effects happen to armor. And so the training would have to begin now, to regain the strength he had lost when crossing over to the living world. The living and dead worlds of earth were so different. There, in his home, the underworld of sorts, it was much easier to use his powers, but in the strange process of getting over to the living work, most of his abilities had become weakened, which would require great training to fix. And for that cause, he would set to work retraining his powers, and he would start with an ability that could prove really helpful. So many people wanted to get up close and personally, fighting with weapons, and he wasn't all around the best up close fighter compared to many. But he had decay manipulation abilities. So with luck, he would be able to learn to use his power to deter those from getting too close, lest their weapons and armor start to corrode. And so, he would set to work learning to defend himself in such a way first, before anything else. It was, after all, better to have some defense than be restricted to offense when someone gets close. With that in mind, he fashioned some rather basic weapons from a dead tree in the graveyard. The weapons being downright idiotic, a wooden club, and things that anyone with some degree of skill could carve from a thick branch. They would be pointless in actual combat. But they would work bare minimum to see if he was managing to decay-them at all. But he didn't just want to set them on the ground and do this, that would be downright stupid. So then, what was he to do? Well, after taking a moderate amount of time to carve his simplistic weapons, he sat them down, and moved towards the oldest section of the graveyard, the one no one seemed to visit, it had a dreary look to it. Bodies were buried here that no one had visited in a couple hundred years it seemed. And that would be nice. He wasn't going to cause a pointless stir by raising fresh dead where people were going to notice things like the dirt being fresh from the corpse simply digging itself back down into it's hole when it was done. And so he would use old corpses, skeletons likely. Being a necromancer it was quite easy for him to simply raise the dead. But for now, he was content to wait. It might take them a minute to emerge from the ground. He simply stood, and fidgeted with his scythe, un-folding the blade, and swinging it around him in wide reaping arcs that might startle normal people. Who used a scythe in these modern days? I mean really, why would he not use a gun? The skeletons of the years old decayed bodies, once freesh and new, emerged after a minute, skeletal hands clawing out of the ground, pulling with them heads, filled with emptiness except for dit clogged eye sockets, and all the bones caked with dirt. With that, they picked up their crappy weapons, and moved on him, in a way that would horrify most people. Menacing, ready to attack. But to him, it was boring. He was controlling them, they had no intellect, he knew every move they would make because he pulled the strings. Besides, the dead were his companions. The approached him, adn brandished their clubs. S, concentrating, dwould doge the blows that were downright pathetic since he knew where every one was aimed, and focus on using his powers to break the weapons, without doing any damage to them with his own weapon. It took him a great amount of time to get into his groove with his powers. This world was more, alive, it was harder to simply decay things in a world more alive than he was used to. And that was a problem. He spent his time figuring out how to decay this way. It took him a while, but he finally managed to find his groove so to speak, and begin adapting to the world, remembering the trigger for his powers, adn focusing on that, doing his best to draw forth his strength to decay the wooden weapons into rotten wooden splinters. And it was then that it began to take effect, he could see teh wood discolor, and turn a more ugly and ugly color, corroding into a state that looked, after several minutes, as if it had been laying on the ground rotting for a few years. And with that, after the crappy weapons were reduced to mush, he dismissed his undead back into the hole they emerged from, leaving the telltale sign of disturbed earth in a few palces in the oldest most hidden part of the cemetery.

- Name: Sentience
Rank: C+ Power: Necromancy Specialty: Projection Description: This is a necromantic ability to instill some degree of intelligence into an undead. However at C rank, the intelligence is very minor. Similar to immuring a zombie with the intelligence of a dog or a cat. It's not all that useful. However at higher ranks, one might be able to instill undead with a much higher degree of intelligence. At C rank however, little can be done, perhaps creating like a skeletal pet with a cat's intellect, etc. (Though I guess if you imbued a zombie with a dog's intellect they might end up doing more stupid things, like trying to claw more with claws they don't have, etc.) At B rank, they are about the intelligence of a 5 year old, at A rank, close to that of a 10 year old, and at S, late teens. However these have no real willpower or mind of their own, they are just intelligence enough to do thinks without him having to actively control them. Due to the necromantic power, they can't betray him. And once again, he was in a graveyard, this time, a different one. For he wasn't just looking for a human corpse, for now he was looking for animals as well. It had struck him, that he should be able to learn to at least give his undead some degree of intelligence. But right now, he craved a companion. Something that would help keep him company. So he sought a pet. But what kind of pet? This part of the cemetery was renowned for pet burials. A small cat? no... At any rate, before he attempted to figure out hot to make them even a tiny bit less depending on him, he needed to see his selection. So once again, he called forth all the dead around him, listening tot he telltale churning of the ground in this old animal burial ground. He once again fidged with his scythe, sweeping it around, and feeling the sharpness of the blade, while he twirled it around, as het various animal corpses clawed their way out of the ground, and stood before him. So then, first, he should do his best to find the animal he prefered, then do it to the rest of them after practice on a single undead. And so, he lined them up. Small cats, dogs, oddly enough, a raccoon, some birds, a few looking too big to be native. None of them looked like a nice companion in his eyes. Unfortunately as of yet there seemed to be no good selection yet. So then, he continued to scan over the animals. More small pets. He didn't want some idiotic zombie chihuahua thing. That would be stupid. Highly portable, yet stupid. But it was then that a nice specimen caught his eyes. It was large, clearly part wolf at least. He smiled his thrilled smile, that lit up his entire face, and walked over, and examined it. It was perfect. The skeletal dog was complete, no bones missing, perfect condition, though perhaps it could use a bath. And with that, he left the other skeletal animals sitting/standing, etc. in their line, and led the puppet of a beast along, away from the others. If he could manage to do what he wanted to do, he might manage to gain a nice companion for his time in the living world. It was time for a pet. S sighed to himself, a ghostly sound that fit the setting perfectly. So what was he to do? He knew his coal, but he had never tried something like this before. He had never tried to give a corpse some degree of sentience before. And he doubted that he would be all that successful. Either way, he laid his hands on the skeletal dogs head, and concentrated. He began to dig inside himself, trying to dig into the inner workings of his ability, and decipher how to turn it to his advantage. It took him nearly an hour, just standing there, thinking, trying to pull forth the rough spirit or intelligence of a dog, what little he knew. He concentrated, before managing to to finally pull forth the spirit, and visualization of the mind he wanted. It took him quite a while, but he felt when he had placed it into the skeleton. He could feel it. And, without him meaning to control it, he started walking around on it's own, wagging it's bony tail. S smiled with his smile, his face shining, and went back to the other animals. From there, he began setting to work, trying to imbibe them each with different levels of intelligence. Try through he might, he couldn't get them to be any smarter than an animal. But, he did made some funny combinations, birds walking around like dogs and cats, cats trying to spread their legs apart and fly, and all sorts of stupid acts. It was one of the funnier things he had seen in his time in the living world. He did manage to figure out, after trial and error, that he could do it to all skeletons near him, not necessarily needing to put his hands on them, or touch them. It took him much time to figure that out, spending till daybreak experimenting in vain to somehow father enhance the ability. But as the sun rose and all but one of the skeletons wormed their way back to their holes, at least he knew his limit for now, and that it was possible.

Name: Necromantic Endurance (Undead) Rank: C+ Power: Necromancy Description: S, as a necromancer, is training the ability to give his undead a new sort of power. He recognizes that, without a graveyard, or building with the right energies, his necromantic powers are unable to be used to as great an extend. So, after much training, he has unlocked the ability to imbue a few beings, the number depends on the rank of this ability. There are a few things that must be done first. The undead this is to be given to must be created or come under his control IC, and must have some degree of intelligence. (he has an ability for this) After that, he is able to give certain undead the ability to create an "energy vacuum" of sorts, that converts some heat energy around them, within a few yards of them, into energy for themselves, to "power" their existence. The only noticable effects is that others very near them may experience a mild drop in temperature. This allows for undead to travel with him from topic to topic. The total number is 1 at C rank, 2 at B rank, 4 at A rank, and 6 at S rank. S was back again. The light was fading behind him, bringing him back into the night. He didn't prefer to train in broad daylight, and cause a panic. His dog was hidden in the bushes. He knew where it was. He had not been able to take it with him during that day, without fueling it again and again with his energies. And that saddened him. So, what was he to do? Well, there was a simple problem this exposed, and not just related to this, but related to everything about his powers. He couldn't bring a horde of zombies with him, and he couldn't always fight around a graveyard. That was a fact. So what was he to do? Surely there had to be a way for him to somehow enable them to come with him, give them some form of energy other than his. Even taking a few with him would greatly be helpful. So then, what was the best solution for that. Make their own energy? They were dead beings, incapable of this, it was only his power that animates the undead here. So firstly, he would get to work. So then, what would enable them to create their own energy without quite the massive draw on him. He could maintain these ones for a while sure, but not forever. And these were only skeletal or other physical undead. If he wanted to sustain other zombies for longer periods of time, like ethereal undead, who put a larger strain on him, he would need this still more control over them, some means for them to create some additional energy. But that itself came with an idea. When ethereal undead manifested themselves, they absorbed heat. That being why when ghosts or other such things came near, they caused the heat to lower, sucking it from the air, and these beings could be existing for years, without vanishing. That must be the reason. So then, he would give a select few skeletons this ability, and perhaps later enhance it in other forms of undead after he ealrned to control them again. This would allow him to do things like take his skeletal pet with him. That way, he wasn't completely alone and without his minions, even when away from a place like a graveyard. So, if he planned to imbue or augment his undead so that a select few of themcould travel with him, he would need to find a way to help with this. S sat atop a tombstone now, thinking about what he wanted to do. His dark body wasn't really shivering in the air. It was a cemetery, the air was cool, but right now more than cool, the cemetery was too cold. The chill was a telltale sign of the negative energies given off by the dead. Dying in a palce gave it a sort of energy, and hunreds were buried here, it made a cemetery a massive battery of energy. His use of necromancy had had a temporary effect over the last day, and if he continued it, the effects of his power may be permanent in this cemetery. With too much necromancy, it might always be freezing in this cemetery. But he came fromt he world of the dead, he was virtualy immune to the creepy air and ominous winds, the cooler temperature, it had no effect on him. His wings pulled out of his body, seeming to manifest on him out of his body, without taking any mass away from it. He flapped them, stirring the air in his deep thought, trying to concentrate adn figure out the part of his power. Re-figure out. Necromancy was harder in this world, and in crossing, his powers had weakened toth e point he had to relearn his abilities. But it clicked inside him, after about an hour of thought. He had been iddly petting his pet's skull, and placed his hand gingerly upon the topmost of it's head. He concentrated, and felt his power leave him, not leaving as if he lost his power, but rather, felt a tiny bit of him move from himself and into the skeleton. He felt the skeleton, with it's dog intellect, feel it. Perhaps it was pleasent to the undead dog, for he wagged his tail happily, and got up, running around. It ran and ran. It ran so far he could not see it, it ran farther than his power to maintain it would usually last, and came back. It had gained. He could feel the dog, cooler now than before, and the air around the dog was cooler than the rest. Unfortunately, while he no longer needed to spend hardly any energy to sustain it, he felt that it was clear, he could only do this for a limited number at a time. In his extremely weakened state, only a single entity he was sure. But the wolf-sized dog skeleton seemed happy. It couldn't have betrayed him anyway, but now isntead of, obedience, it felt to him, more like loyalty. He smiled, he had a companion, not a minion.

- Name: Ethereal Undead
Rank: C+ Power: Necromancy Description: Necromancy can raise/control more than just skeletons and zombies. More meningeal forms of undead exist, and sometimes are more powerful exist on this earth, and more sentient than their cousins, the physical shell undead, skeletons and zombies. These undead are more alive, and may even have, the more powerful ones, a consciousness of their own. As a keeper of the dead in earths "underworld" of sorts, S has dominion over the necromantic energies of the other forms of undead. While at C level, he can only use the energies left by those who died to do things like raise unintelligent weak "ghosts" that, while they may startle some, can only steal the heat from the air, making things 10-20 degrees colder. At B rank, when near areas or buildings that have energies of those that died in or around them. S is able to create stronger ghosts, these are able to apply emotions around themselves, more often great fear, sadness, anger at those within 10 yards of themselves, and drain temperature similar to the level C "ghosts." At A level, he is able to create poltergeists of sorts, able to levitate objects up to 50 pounds total, and throw them. (up to 50 pounds total weight) In addition, it has the effects of the lower ranking undead of it's kind. These appear as human shadows, moving without any live humans there to make the shadows, and even are on their on in direct sunlight. At S rank, his abilities become stronger, and he is able to control more viscous entitles, many consider these to be demons or demonic in level, These are able to do things such as talk, and display adult intelligence. The range of their emotional auras is extended, and while subject to him, are able to move on their own. They have the same abilities of the lower ranks, but their maximum "throwing" range is doubled from A rank. They appear as massive shadows, that have moving shadow like tentacles, and may expand and take on various shapes.
Note: These, aside from A and S ranks, are what you imagine a ghost to look like. All humans ot other species can will have a sort of "ominous feeling" when these are around. Anyone with a sensitive or mental power can easily detect them and pinpoint their location. In addition, as ethereal beings, they may pass through solid walls. Ethereal undead are harder to control, he can only control 3 times his rank. (3-6-8-12 at S) And once again, he was int he same cemetery, but this time, he walked not among fields of tome stones, as he had before, but walked along small buildings of varying white colors. Moss covered green odd-shaped hills, sparking white new marble mausoleums, grimy greyed ancient ones, ones covered in vines, it varied. But it was at the side of a newer one, that he was now walking to. He had been walking idly, but something pulled her towards this one. It had a chill in the air. But why was he walking through this endless cemetery again? I mean, why? well, it was about time he stopped ignoring the call of the ethereal. It was time he stopped heading the ghosts and shadow men, and seeking only after the physical, the corpses. He had his mind set out on ghosts. And he would learn to control them once again. For, though not capable of doing physical damage like the others, they had other nice factors. At higher levels, that he sadly had to admit he couldn't yet control, some of them were very powerful. Ghosts even had a emotional pull to them that was different, some of them created an aura of emotion, making any next to them feel the same as they felt when they died, sadness, fear, anger. Ghosts would be useful for other reasons. you couldn't pull corpses out of your ass for zombies... but how many streets in a city didn't have multiple buildings that peopel had died in, that didn't have a history? Not many. If he could control these undead, he would be less alone. No longer would he fear a fight away from cemeteries. But he could train this anywhere, why would he train it in a cemetery? Well, he might cause issues if he brought his current pet with him to the city. No doubt the police would be wondering, why a skeletal wolf sized dog was walking behind him, wagging it's tail. Then there was the "him" part. He himself had a look that mgiht scare people in all directions. It was plain about it that he wasn't human. It was obvious. His companion looked him over, then ran up, putting it's skeletal head under his hand. He stroked the skull of the animal softly, earning some enhanced tail wagging from the animal. But he stopped then, his pet with him, as he reached the site. He could feel the death in the air. No one this one had attracted him. Someone had died in the cemetery here. What amazing luck. That was like falling and breaking your leg in the middle of a busy hospital hallway. Was there a better place to die than a graveyard? Probably not. So it was clear why he was smiling. What a perfect place to die. It would only be better had he fallen into an open grave with a open casket at the bottom. And the death, combined with the already clear negative energies of the place, made it clear this was possibly one of the more powerful harmless places in the cemetery. Though no doubt there were more dangerous spots. He sat on the roof of one of the mausoleums, his pet "sniffing" his leg, or mimicking the motions. It had been a while, and he needed to concentrate. To pull out what exactly it felt like to use his abilities to create this form of undead, or to control it. They all had a unique feel to them. it had taken him an hour of though to make it so he could take his pet with him, to find the ability and use it. His hands rested on the mausoleum roof, and he visualized it. He visualized the arising of the ghost, the color, the vague shape, leaving the looks hazy, room for whatever would spawn. He focused on the intangibility, shoving his hand through it to only feel cold air. He concentrated, finally feeling the coolness of his power flow out of him slightly, feeling the dark energies of this place grow, and take root. S opened his eyes as the new ghost opened it's eyes and stared blankly ahead, open and waiting for orders.

- Name: Decaying Aura
Rank: C+ Power: Decay Manipulation Description: This ability is one that is quite simple, and predicatable coming from his ability to manipulate an objects state of decay. With this, within a certain range, he is able to decay objects. An example would be to decay something thrown at him, cause wood in a building to rot and collapse, or soil to become mushy and murky, unable to support weight. what it decays, is selected mentally by S, and won't effect everything. The range is 2 meters from his body in all directions, plus 2 more meters for each rank after C. Touch haves the time it takes objects to decay. At C rank, wood, earth, dead tissues, rubbers, plastics, papers, and other objects that lack great toughness will decay, things like stone will be effected, but extremely slowly, and not fast enough to really prove useful, many hours. At B rank, things like metal wire/mesh and other durable things will decay over the course of a post, things like rock or chunks of metal, not fast enough to help much still. At A rank, within about 2 posts even rock will start to crack, and, given about 5 more, crumble into sand. At S rank, this happens within 3 posts.
S traveled outside now, just outside the old cemetery. He needed to learn more along the lines of decay. He had made leaps and bounds with necromancy, but his other power was neglected, and it was time to remedy that. His wings, which had emerged from his own flesh as if his body were their sheathe, beat against the air as he lifted. His own body though was no smaller than before. He was strange. He seemingly materialized me out of the air. He couldn't do other objects though, only his wings. S flapped, traveling along the air gaining height to above the trees. He didn't want to accidentally rot the earth to the point corpses came floating up. No, he couldn't so easily fix that. Sure, he could un-decay it, and necromancer the corpses back into their holes... assuming he could find their holes agian in the quicksand/marsh of mushy earth and rotting plants. His skeletal dog running below him, though it couldn't make animal sounds the set of it's tail made it clear it disliked him flying away from him. But what was he to do? He couldn't just grow wings on it, yet at least. And if he could, without flesh between he bones, flying was impossible. S sighed and landed as the skeletal dog jumped over a fence to meet him, wagging his tail. It was odd, it shouldn't be able to see, but it did. How? who knows. Perhaps as his power had created it, it shared his senses now that it had some intelligence? that sounded plausible. Then again, ghosts had no solid eyes, yet saw, no legs that were physical, yet moved. There were stranger things than seeing without eyes and hearing without ears. He was one of those stranger things. He sat upon a tree-branch, a low branch, the dog pretending yet again to sniff his feet. apparently it could smell regardless of not having a nose made of flesh. Again, there were wearer things than strangely sentient dead things with senses they shouldn't have. He rested his hands on the tree branch. Once again, he figured, it was likely mostly getting a feel for the task, visualizing it. It would be simpler that way. He was sure of it. He could randomly try and try, managing to screw up and decay his skeleton dog into a bone-ash pile on the ground, and bring back to life a dead tree by un-decomposing it. But for now, he had other goals, and it was to relearn some decay abilities he had lost in coming to the living world. He sighed and rested, imagining the tree branch becoming grey and them blackened, weakening. The tree branch slowly started to become effected, but then, he took his visualization too far, and half the tree near him rotted out. S cursed himself. He had decay down, but not control. He placed his hand on the tree, and brought it back. S tried again, taking it slower, imagining the feel of wood as it decayed. He limited his visualizations to just the branch, visualizing the rest of the tree staying the same as before, just the branch. the feel of the wood under his hands felt odd. It was not quite the same. He let himself visualize it more, the wood decaying still more, the color darkening. There was no need to hurry at first. The branch gave a shudder from his weight and he slid off before snaping it off. He had however managed to rot the branch as intended, without rotting it too much. He undid his work, he had already mastered undoing decay. He put his hand on the dog, and visualized, reversing the years of decay, causing the skeleton to rebuild itself into a dog that looked alive, in the perfect state it had a second after death, without any decay taking place. It was beutiful. Silver, grey, and white. Though he didn't know do breeds at all enough to possibly know the name, it could be compared to a wolf-alaskan husky combination. He sighed, and, using the same ability, decayed it once again, going slow with causion, watching the flesh rot and fall off, slowly exposing bone. After a bit, it was done. The dog was decayed back to it's skeletal state, looking very curious and surprised by the changes it had went through.

- Name: Necromantic Mutation
Rank:C-A Power: Necromancy Description: Using necromantic powers, the user is able to use available tools like bone and flesh, and edit them to their will. An example would sacrificing a zombies arms and legs, and using the bone, create wings where the arms were using the leg/arm/foot/hand bones to make the wing structure, and the flesh to make the wings, the extra just lying on the ground in a random pile, or what have you. These wings, using this ability, is "implanted" into the flesh of the other zombie.Using this, allows for undead of the physical type (not ghosts and such, who have no physical body) to be modified for increased attacking abilities, instead of the normal weak human zombies. Another example would be sacrificing 2 zombies to make another one much bigger, or to cover it with bone-like armor, etc. However the materials for such new limbs needs to come from somewhere, be it another zombie, which is sacrificed for it's "parts" or some other source. At C rank, only more easy to use parts can be made, not parts that allow for other things. A bone club on the arms, other melee or simple weapons, etc. At B rank, advanced parts can be made and grafted onto undead, like other weapons more hurtful or advanced than melee clubs, size increases, etc. Finally, at A rank, very advanced new parts, wings, highly advanced weapons of complex systems can be created. These mutations must be made IC, and stated when made. (IE made in a prior topic, IC or before the fight started in the same topic.) Overall, this is allows for isntead of 5 normal zombies or skeletons, 2 or 3 "higher quality" zombies or skeletons. S examined the graveyard, for perhaps the final time. For after this, he was to head to New York, he had heard of a increased super-power population there recently. Such a thing could be hard to hide on occasion. He wanted to check it out and see if anything was happening. So, thanks to some guy seeing S after turning a corner, dropping his wallet, and running down the street screaming, S had the money for a train ride there. He could afford a plane ride now, but why waste money? At any rate, he would be leaving DC. But before doing this, he needed to ensure that his ability was up to snuff. He was not about to head out possibly into trouble, only to find himself weak, too much so to defend himself. It was time he started modifying his undead. He had had the idea for a while now. Undead, in this case, zombies, were not exactly picky about their forms, and so S figured, since normal zombies were easier to disperse, perhaps he could help by increasing his pet wolf's fighting abilities, should it be necessary. But what kind of weapon could a wolf use? The idea of a wolf running around holding a sword in it's mouth trying to use it, was downright humorously ridiculous. So, what kind of weapon would work? Claws and teeth did well. Claws and teeth worked well, and the reason was simple, they were built in weapons. They were part of their bodies, it came naturally. So then, if he wanted to give it more weapons, they needed to be built in. That seemed logical. But giving it extra teeth or claws seemed stupid, it already had those. So what about another weapon? Other weapons were not built in. So, he needed to make one, and then build it into the dog. But how could he just sew a sword into it's flesh? it was stupid. S sat down and pondered that one. It was a conundrum. But a part of his head had the answer. Make a sword from bone and flesh, then modify the wolf sized dog to include it as a part of it's anatomy. For that, he needed materials. He called forth his dog-wolf-whatever it was. And then he called forth another zombie, human. He placed his hand on it, and restored it to a state of perfection, before it started to rot. From there, he placed his hand on the zombie, standing there, not moving, not caring. He had not given it any brains, it was a statue and couldn't care less if it died, it was already dead. He concentrated. He used his necromantic energies, and pulled the arms away. He didn't tug, but used his necromantic energies to detach bones, muscles, tendons, and pulled the arms off, without any physical force. It looked slightly gorey, but not too much so. He decayed the wolf sized animal. He suspected it was part dog part wolf, so he would call it a wolf. He then sat down, examining the limp fleshy arms on the grund. What would he do from there? Arms were great, but he needed to increase the offensive capacity. S sighed, and becan by simply laying his hands on the ars, and concentrating. He wanted to let the feel of the arms. With his eyes closed, his visualized what he wanted. A pair of bone like scythes, made from the bone of the forearms and hands. He removed the zombies legs, and, without moving his arms, merged them into a fleshy mass. He visualized again, and used the elg bones as well. He created arms, but without hands, from just below the elbow, scythes of bone, no flesh. The un-decayed bone scythes gleaming slightly. He used his energies, getting a feel for the flesh, and pulling the desired "parts" away, fusing bone and flesh. He looked out after the wriggling moving flesh stopped. He had his weapons. He called the dog over, and un-decayed it back to it's beautiful state. It didn't seem to care if it was a skeleeton or back to a wolf, fur, flesh, looking perfectly preserved. He laid the arm-scythes across it's back, and once again, closed his eyes, visualizing. He saw, in his mind, the shoulders of the arm-weapons fusing with the wolf, on the back, not far from the shoulders of the front legs. Saw the arms become one with the dog. The flesh the same, as if the wolf was born this way. When he felt his power stop moving, he looked. It was beautiful. A wolf build for combat. The flesh part of the arms had even managed to grow fur, making it look as if it was just another part of the dogs anatomy. He smiled, the dog flexing it's new limbs experimentally, waving the scythes around, getting a feel for it's new limbs. Now, though his pet would need a crate that would hid the wolf completely so as to not cause a panic more than necessary, he would go out, get one, and head to NY.
