Mission Name: Hazefull Night

Objective: Stop the extremist Haze from killing the mayor of California.

Details: Information from Shield's spies have gathered that a low key extremist named Haze has been plotting the death of the Mayor of California. Although he is low key, his authority is vast having control over many thugs, and some mutated humans. It has been reported that Haze has no powers himself, and relies upon a large creature known as "Clayface" for his protection. Clayface himself is large mud like creature, who is able to switch form, and manipulate his body to soft and hard structures at will his weaknesses being ice and high voltage electricity. His ability to morph and look like any civilian or person is very dangerous, be CAUTIOUS of who you decide to trust.
Haze plans on kidnapping the mayor while he is giving a speech at exactly 9:00 pm. It is anticipated that a large mob will be coming, all these people serving under Haze. Those apart of this mission will be accounted for the Mayor's life.
Shield Agents who take this mission, will be given back up ready for any call. Also ice pellets to help with Clayface and anything he may have up his sleeve.

Haze is an extremist, why he wants to kidnap and kill the mayor is unknown. But he is willing to do anything to accomplish his goal. He has many supporters under him that make him even more dangerous despite having no power of his own.
Clayface:

This monstrous creation serves under Haze and Haze alone. He is able to change form and take many appearances. His body is made up of a clay like substance allowing him to harden it and morph it into blades and hammers. He is also able to make smaller forms of himself, to about 4 different but smaller men. Although made of clay, physical hits can still hurt him but he is able to shrug them off easily. VERY dangerous, weak to ice and electricity.
Thugs/Followers:
Haze has control over many thugs and loyal followers. All criminals and wanted felons, some are lowly mutated but nothing compared to Clayface. A few have enhanced strength and bigger bodies, but lack training. Haze uses these men as distractions only, giving him the numbers he needs to battle the police force. There could be about 150-200 thugs and followers in total.
