Main Power: Cosmic Fire Manipulation - The user can manipulate cosmic flames that are given off from comets, meteors, asteroids, stars, planets, nebulas, quasars, suns, and solar winds. These mighty flames can burn in space without the need of the consumption of oxygen, and the intensity is so high, they can completely vaporize any matter without leaving byproducts such as ash. The user can select what they want to burn and what not to.

Sub Power: Mobile Shielding - Users generate a shield to gain momentum more quickly and in greater amounts than would normally be possible. Greater than solid mass and high speed, users can stop semi's on a highway or smash through cinder blocks. Often generating this amazing force in just a few feet. External forces are incapable of preventing forward motion, some users may be able to bounce off bullets or stop trains.

Description:
The user coats their body in a flurry of cosmic flames that stretch out to two meters around their person (this last for three posts and has a three posts cool down. Does not effect the actual use of the talons). Using these flames, the user can create talons of flames, resembling the talons of the Phoenix Raptor, that can burn through rock, iron, flesh, lead, and any basic raw material of the Earth without leaving any byproducts. When it comes to advance suits or technology that block off extreme temperatures of heat, it must be a rank above this ability to completely block it. If it is the same rank, it will last three posts within the flames before being torn through completely. These talons stretch out from the user to a total of fifteen meters and move fifty five miles per hour. Tara controls what she wishes to burn, and what not to burn, with these flames. At C rank, the number of talons that can be created at once is three.

When the user is in motion, she can create a golden shield around their body. This shield can either be visible or invisible, depending on the user's will. The energy shield itself can protect the user from outside damage and attacks that are its rank and below. Attacks that involve things such as brainwaves, special case soundwaves, etc, can bypass the shield with no problem as it attacks the brainwaves, not giving the body itself damage. The user can focus to remove the shield at any time.

According to the rules you get a free ability with a new power, so I'm going for these two.

Welp everything is fine except a need a post count per rank on the 2 meter aura that comes with this. Otherwise no one would be able to touch you or even come near you indefinitely.

Your rule was no passive activation's on a sub powers ability. So this will have to something she activates on her own.
