Item Power: A holographic weapon sight or holographic diffraction sight is a non-magnifying gun sight that allows the user to look through a glass optical window and see a reticle image superimposed at a distance on the field of view. The hologram of the reticle is built into the window and is illuminated by a laser diode. This gives kyle better precision allowing him to zoom out and see objects or beings clearly at 100 yards away.

Item Power: A suppressor, sound suppressor, sound moderator, or silencer, is a device attached to or part of the barrel of a firearm which reduces the amount of noise and usually also the amount of muzzle flash generated by firing the weapon. Suppressors can be used both with gunpowder-based weapons and with compressed air weapons. This silences his weapon but kyle would be a slight bit off his original target. So orginally the gun can fire accurately at a good 100 meters away, but with the suppressor attached it cuts down to 50 meters pinpoint accuracy

For the suppressor say it cuts your gun's total accuracy range down to half. For example, if your gun fires to 100 meters away accurately, it'd be 50 meters away accurately and etc. This doesn't mean scopes won't help ease this drop, of course.
