Appearance:
Kira has wonderful black hair which falls around her face, down through her eyes and so forth. It reaches all the way down to her chest where it patters out and falls, but it looks better when it hasn’t fallen. Kira’s prettiest look is when the wind blows and ruffles her hair, blowing it up and making it look beautiful. Her black hair looks almost glossy because of the shine that it gives off, and her eyes are a wonderful red color. This deep red is beautiful and appears almost all knowing. It is perfect for her since she sees herself as God, making herself feel that her eyes give her a wonderful insight into everyone and everything. Her nose is cute, and rather the perfect size for her face the way it comes out.

Kira’s chin is a bit more pointed than most, but it gives her face a personality, as does a certain mark on her forehead. Because she sees herself as a god Kira put a cross-like mark on her forehead, which can be seen when her bangs are parted above her beautiful red eyes. A lot of times she is not smiling, for her mouth is reserved for the expression of no expressions, but when she is around people her normally casual demeanor turns into a smile, giving her a wonderful look. Her ears are rather large, but can easily be covered up by her hair. She is a tall girl, and is made of complete muscle, having very little fat whatsoever on her body.

Kira has a rather small neck however, but it just makes her face seem bigger and even cuter. She also wears a rather interesting attire. Her clothes are a soft purple color, almost white, that is decorated with gold sealings at specific parts, especially the arms. There is also a button up part around her neck, but from there the clothing splits to show a bit of her cleavage, but quickly comes back together at her breast. The “robe” then comes down over her skirt, which is a deep blue and has a bottom part of a cross covering her private area. Most often she will wear red bra and panties, so it is necessary that no one see these, as it would give away her position as God.

Kira wears these rather strange clothes to announce her level as a deity. Her breast are of an average size, or rather just a bit bigger. She takes pride in these parts of her body, as they are a part of her body that she knows how to utilize. Her fingers are soft, as is the rest of her skin. Her skin isn’t hard from fighting, but rather soft from love and compassion. In fact her skin is one of the best things about her, as it is so beautiful and unique. Everyone loves to touch her and feel her amazing skin. Her “purple” robe also falls slowly down around her buttock, and flows behind her. Kira’s buttock is nice, but nearly as admirable as she finds her breast to be. Kira likes to take care of her looks, especially those that others are drawn to, which she knows psychological is the breast and behind.

Personality:Openness

Kira is not open to ideas that really differ from her own. Kira has established and made her own laws and rules, which dictate her ethics and morals to the extremes. She will in no way leave or turn away from these ideas that she has established. However, even as she has established her own ideas there are a lot of thoughts that she hasn’t considered. In these cases she is more than happy to listen to what others want to talk about, and she will join in, making her own judgments based upon her past experiences and so forth. Kira loves art, particularly drawing and writing. These two make her quite happy with herself, and make her feel more alive then she actually is. Her ideas which centralize around killing criminals, destroying those who don’t benefit the society, and living for the only point of trying to be herself are just a few of the ideas which dictates everything that Kira will do, and the way that she will act. These ideas of hers were developed over a long course of time, and it’d take a long time to express her ideas on everything, but she knows what she wants and why. Kira knows herself well, and will never stray away from what she knows about herself.

Kira is the type of person who could become a leader and make the world a better place, and she isn’t afraid to strive for that. She is willing to do anything necessary to reach her goals, even murder those who stand in her way. She is a very curious person, who likes to explore and look around for new things to do. She would truly be a wonderful girlfriend for this reason, always doing different things. She also pretends to have no emotions, but it’s a lie. As much as she tries to hide them it is obvious that she feels things, and she can’t let them go. However, she feels very little depression, especially with things like death. Death affect her very little, and she sees that as almost a good thing. Kira also has a very rich imagination, able to think up very creative thoughts. Kira has an enormous vocabulary and also comes up with brilliant strategic ideas. She is quick to understand things and loves to reflect on philosophical ideas and quotes.

Conscientiousness

Kira is a very organized girl, liking to place her thoughts into specific categories and orders. She organizes papers and books based upon ideas and goals of the papers, and then even goes further from there, grouping them into size and shape. This organization does not leave on a battle field either. Even there she will beautifully organize and conjunct her attacks to work together. She aims for high achievement in life, specifically to become a person that people must listen to, and will listen to. She holds herself in high thoughts, knowing that one day she will become wonderfully strong. She almost thinks of herself as a god.

Kira is always prepared and always has a plan. There is no exception. Even when dealing with small things like ordering food, she looks for the most advantageous way and goes for it. This also stretches to the field of battle. She also pays attention to every little detail and shift or change. It is something that makes her extremely unique and powerful. She is also good at stopping her emotions and relaxing, allowing her to come up with the most beneficial way to proceed. She also likes to get things done early so that she doesn’t have to worry about them later, this includes chores and killing people. She also has a good memory for things and can easily remember numbers and dates.

Extraversion

Kira is a rather happy girl, especially when she is being social and around other people. At times like this she is one of the happiest girls you will meet, but that doesn’t mean that she strays from her ideas just because of happiness. She isn’t the life of the party, but she is sure one of the things that makes that life worth living. She doesn’t mind being the center of attention and actually enjoys it if all of the eyes are on her. It works better this way, as she is some what of an “Attention Whore” and thrives off of others admiring her. She feels confident and comfortable around other people, knowing that she can easily manipulate them to make them do what she wants them to do. She doesn’t see this as a bad thing, but rather what a god needs to be able to do.

She is friends with a lot of different groups, not limited to just ninja or merchants. She gets along with most everyone and knows how to make them like her. She loves to play the psychological games, and she is good at them. She knows what people want, even if they themselves don’t. In this way she has fun with people socially, and often enjoys being around people. She can easily meet and talk to strangers with ease, and she is a very optimistic person. She loves to think that the world can change and become a better place, it just needs a little help from someone. A little help from God.

Agreeableness

Kira is interested in what people are and how they feel, but she is only interested for a single reason. She wants to know people, and learn about them, so she is interested in how they feel and why. She studies them for self preservation and information, which she holds as one of the strongest weapons. Knowledge is indeed power. She can sympathize with others, but often doesn’t. She doesn’t often sympathize with others because she has no want to, thinking that they should acquire their own strength and learn to stand on their own two feet, just as she did so long ago. This is the reason that she doesn’t feel sorry for many people. She has a hard heart and turns away from those who say, “I can’t carry on,” for she knows that they are wrong.

She will push people to the edge of depression, and close to suicide, just to see if they can come back. If they can’t then they have no purpose being alive anyways. She does, however, make others feel at ease. When they are hurt she will try to be there as a single supporting beam. She is a comfortable person to be around and for that reason most depressed people run to her for help and when they have questions. It isn’t that she doesn’t feel something for these people, she just knows that depressed people have no purpose in society. They might as well commit suicide.

Neuroticism

Kira is not easily disturbed, but when she is angered she gets really mad. This anger is probably gleaned from the fact that she normally suppresses most emotions save happiness. Because of this during fights or when angered she becomes…unstable. A bloodlust radiates from her and she becomes different. She actually enjoys this idea, as she can turn it off or on with her mind. She sometimes gives into the bloodlust, because it offers her increase strength and is kind of fun to her. She knows that this is a sadistic way to think, but it’s like a compulsion, like an addiction almost. She does however, get irritated and stressed out easily. These are things that she is looking to change but it’s hard. She doesn’t like when people let her down and becomes angry or stressed out when they do. And when things don’t go according to plan she freaks out. This is perhaps her biggest flaw.

—Description: Kira has the ability to disperse her body into a horde of monstrous looking bats. At any time these bats may come together to make her complete form. Scattering into a large area while retaining control over their fragments instead of staying in relatively cohesive form and reforming from any part. It isn't required for them to be killed while she is scattered. At C-rank the user can break into 45 bats that must stay within 5 feet of each other. If 15 of the 45 bats are killed then if forces the user into their original form. At B-rank there are 100 bats and 30 must die for Kira to be reverted. At A-rank there are 500 and 100 must be killed and at S-rank 1000 bats and 400 must be killed. After C-rank separation is B-rank 15 ft, A-rank 30ft and S-rank no limitations.

The Background

History:
Kira was born in a realm, a realm not too different from earth. A realm where gods and goddesses lived.A land above the earth and the people in this land were empowered by the mortals. Their prayers, empowered them. Gave them energy that they needed to live, in return the gods spread their wisdom to the humans. The humans first discovered, Durga.When they first made fire, she was the first to approach them.She started to spread his wisdom. Then, the humans started to meet more and more of the gods not from their realm.

Enough of the history of one of the other gods... As the humans progressed in technology, their worship for the gods started to fade. The once great Hindu gods were weakening.... Until, a shimmer of hope came. They had a child, she didn't rely on the prayers of mortals. Durga, Being her ancestor and her being the reincarnation of Durga, she was able to control his powers. Since, Hindu gods have multiple lives.She was blessed with the power to Create by Brahma. In hopes she could re-create their now decaying realm. But, Brahma was too weak to do it himself.

Growing up, She saw how all of the gods in her realm was weakening. Getting weaker and weaker until one day they wouldn't have enough strength to live. She tried to do her best in helping them. But, it couldn't and wouldn't do much. Then.. They all started to die. Starting with the god of war, and victory. Slowly, the other gods started to lose hope. Those died as well, until it was just her and Brahma. He ordered her to flee, for once he dies.... The realm would disappear with him. She didn't want to leave at all, until he used the last of his strength to banish her from the lands. Because, she wouldn't leave on her own accords. She was banished to earth, where her true adventure starts.

Needs a speed. Around 65mph would work for C rank and it can go faster and get stronger as you rank up. Also it says it pierces mostly everything it comes into contact with. You gotta be more specific with something like this. Like it can break through a brick wall, stone, etc and pierce through the human skin, but like a steel wall may be standing after the blast, even if partially.

—Description: Kira can create matter out of energy and use it to create things. The constructs are as strong as steel and can be formed to the user's will as he sees fit. A solid construct may have the potential to become an energy blast, this can not happen vice versa (but cannot unless used to do so by a different ability). The constructs can take any form and have any consistency as the user pleases along with changing through various forms the same way. Sharpness is also up to the creator. These construct can with stand small arms fire and regular explosives without breaking, but larger caliber weapons such as a 50. cal round in one hit and high explosives such as High concentrate C4 in one will destroy it. Physical attacks must be of strength equal to a 2,000 lbs or more to break it by delivering at least three hits for the construct to break unless it it repaired. Only one constructs can be repaired during a post and the user must wait one cool down post to try to repair anything again. Constructs last until destroyed, released or Kira become unconscious. The size can be no bigger than half the size of the user at the time he made it. Two Weapon style constructs can be made or a non weapon construct such as a room with approximately 40-750 cubic feet can be made.

40 - 750 cubic feet for a room is abit much. For C rank, tone it down to around 300 cubic. even though that's till pushing it but it is your main ability. Also how far can these constructs be created from your body, and how fast do they move (if they can move)

—Description: Kira has a suit that uses her Creation powers. The material changes with the needs of Kira. When, in normal form it takes the appearance of a light purple dress. It also, has a few natural instincts on its own. Whenever the suit Anticipates her getting attacked, it would transform the anticipated area into the hardest material it can think of on it's own, steel. It follows the rules of her Construct ability.The suit can easily repair itself if need be. It can cover her entire body and change her entire appearance. Making this an excellent tool if she ever wanted to change her identity.

This makes the suit sound like a sentient being, almost like a Symbiote. That's fine, but just make a note that it can only defend against something you see or know is coming. Having an auto defense from even sneak attacks would need to be built over time. Also be sure to add you can withstand moderate bludgeoning, melee, and small fire arms with this shield's defenses at C rank.

It can only take the damage of what the constructs can take. That's why it says it flows the rules of her construct ability.
