A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Skill Description: Being trained by Assassins, Jesteria's senses are abnormal and controlled at will. Because of this she adapted to hearing things better. At C-rank the user can hear a pen drop from 3 blocks over. At B-Rank he can hear a pen drop 5 blocks over. At A-Rank it becomes 8 blocks and at S-Rank it becomes 10 blocks in distance. Skill Name: Gadgetry

Skill Description: Jesteria is resourceful, and has the ability to create gadgets for specific situations to either cover weaknesses or gain a strength over an opponent she may encounter again sometime in the future. Skill Name: Combat Perception
Skill Specialty: Weapon's Expert//Physical Prowess

Skill Description:
With this ability the user is able to instantly understand an opponent's method of thinking and fighting after watching their style and form of combat (Must be her rank or lower and must be fighting with them for atleast 2 posts). Once they understand their enemies strategy, they are able to find their flaw and weakness and take them down with little effort. While some users of this method do not use it as part of their primary fighting style, it is helpful in emergencies against difficult opponents where ordinary methods will not work against them. | |

| Enhanced Hearing - fairly powerful for a human, especially one that is around gunshots quite often, which might damage the ears. Can you put a specific range where you can hear even the slightest sounds?
Gadgetry is fine
Combat Perception - How long do you have to watch them perform a certain style before you can counter it? This just means if a person is constantly showing different stuff (say an otherworldly switching between close and long range powers), how soon could you figure out a good weakness? | |

First one was from a skill already approved from Nameless. It's controlled so it only applies when she wants it to apply. And a pin drop is a slight sound. | |
