Joker stood in a gym he had "Cleaned out" Of course that meant the Dumpster in the back was filled with a lot more bodies, this day he had just rolled in a couple of Joker gas bombs and let them die. Now he stood in a workout room alone with just the weights and the equipment. Turning on the treadmll he leaped on putting it on it's highest setting and began to run, his blood pumping through his veins increased as his heartbeat quickened. The room blurred after two hours on the machine on constant running. His breathing came harder as he worked through the sweat and the exhaustian. Turning it off after another hour he hit the weights setting it to three hundred press and began pumping the iron. Joker knew this was gong to pay off for lately he had been getting tired too easy and that wasn't good in his line of work. Joker walked over to a machine wrapping the weights around his legs and began to run. The pulling weights made him work harder and pumped up his stamina as he pulled the weights up the machine.
Joker walked out to the pool and leaped in swimming around. Letting the weights stay on allowed him more of a challenge and burning his lungs. After several hours he climbed out and started sit ups and crunches to increase his muscle core while working his stamina as well. Leaping up he ran around the pool and through the gym to the track where he ran ten miles before dropping down breathing hard. His make up running down his face mixed with sweat made him look like a zombie clown and it was a thought he might use some day. Joker took a drink of water while pouring it on himself and started again. Joker slipped back to the treadmill keeping on the weights and started to run on incline with max speed. He felt better hs body seeming to hold longer with every step he seemed to actually gain more stamina. Joker dropped the treadmill down, leaping off he walked over to the pull up's and hanging upside down began to do sit up's to touch the bar and come back down. He made a work out by dong quick sucessions with the weights strapped to his arms and waist causing him to spend more energy and work on his breathing and muscles. As he came up he started turning to work his shoulders and abodomen. After two hundred he flipped back and strapped his legs to a machine and began to work on them. His muscle as well as his stamina increased but his muscles showed as they grew harder and tougher. Looking at the time Joker realised he had been there for seven hours but still he continued going. He finished his reps and went back to the tracks to do another ten miles. The workout was hell on his body but he knew he was going to be even better.
