The Guide to fame or infamy! (Prestige)

Prestige is our system of growth in terms of training. How do I get stronger? is an obvious question, and this is the best way. Prestige si really quite simple. Imagine your villain does some dastardly crime and becomes well known, we callt his Prestige. And you spend Prestige to increase the power of your character, by using it as money. For example, our friendly local weirdo HERO, Captain Hygeiene, is here to help!

Captain Hygiene has been in all kinds of fights, and as such, he has 435 Prestige, and has not spent any. But the bad guys, like the Mad Dentist, have been growing in power, and Captain Hygiene needs to start using Prestige so he doesn't fall behind! He is a super-human, and can use up to S level technology, as a human. So, he wishes to buy a new S level set of armor to help him in his quest to save/clean humanity. To do this, he uses the Prestige he has earned as money, to "buy" this new gear, or upgrade some skills, etc.

But you must be wondering. Captain Hygiene, how did you get all that prestige! Well, he did it by fightining, and in general doing his weird amazing hero duties, and then submitting them to Prestige, and the friendly neighborhood Super-Mod/Admin team evaluated it, and gave him his prestige, like the demintional gods they are, determining the fate of the hero/villains fighting/social/etc skills.

So then, these Super-Staff Members, how do they calculate how much Prestige my hero/villain/etc gets? It's a simple system, and so easy to exploit!

Quality of Story: How interesting was the tale of the epic fight between Captain Hygiene and Mr. Bald? Is the tale one the civilian newspapers will be running for weeks, and pleases /amuses the staff diety type people who had to witness it all? Well, this is what determines up to 15 prestige.
Quality of Writing: This was the quality of writing. Our angry villain, Mr. Bald put up a sad show, his alter ego/secret identity only wrote a small paragraph each go around, so Mr. Bald only gained 7/20 Writing prestige. meanwhile, Captain Hygienes secret identity type person, wrote 5 or 6 detailed paragraphs on average, and made a nice hefty 17 out of 20 Max.
Faction: For each group member in the topic who RPs with a character in a Faction, they gain Prestige for their faction. Add all the Faction participants total scores, then put a decimal in front of the last number, then round up. (35+29+41=105 = 10.5 Prestige = 11 Prestige for that faction.) Do this for all Factions involved in the topic.

So then, how much max prestige do the Super-staff-deity-things ever award for a perfect show? 50 Prestige maximum, for a perfect topic from that writer.

So, great hero of villain, go, and fight the good fight, be it for good, or evil, and earn prestige, lest you fall behind, and become weaker than the others, for your lack of...well...Prestige to spend.
