Appearance:Xavier stands tall at 5'11 and with 173 pounds, with a slightly buff build. He is always wearing something casual, yet is always battle-ready. Anyone can see the sheathed Katana of Legacies looking at him from any perspective, in its jet black sheath. He is always wearing black pants and a black button-up overshirt that is always unbuttoned, except when he is trying to pose as the "innocent" businessman.
If you look into this man's eyes, you will see the abyss. After a pigment alteration, he's had his iris to look spot-on grey. This is only a cosmetic effect to make him look more sinister. When he poses as a businessman, he will cover this with blue colored contacts.
Personality: Insane: Above all, this man is insane. He does some crazy stuff. Some of these include hacking into a government database from a public location, and other crazy things of the sort. He will provoke people into fights just for the thrill, and cause people to lose their tempers. All of this just because he thinks it is fun.
Techno-logical: This man knows computers. He knows them enough to be a great employee for a great computer company such as Microsoft. However, he chose the life of crime and he uses this great advantage for evil.
Personality Shifter: Xavier can assume an alternate identity, in which he is just called by his first name, Kaito, in which he is a businessman. He can use his skills to persuade people to buy things that would make him a profit, as long as the person he persuades has a weak mind.

—Description:This Skill allows the user to simply sneak into, around, or out of an area with a lower chance of being detected. For this to work, the user has to be at about half of their normal speed. Any higher would be easier to detect, any lower would be too slow to get anywhere. To add to the stealth bonus, the user can also crouch to reduce the vertical area of notice. This cannot take any part in a battle, or in any other situation that they are actively noticed.

—Description:Xavier is a hacker, whether it be for thrills, personal gain, or to cause general chaos. He always keeps a USB 2 External Pen Drive with him that has programs to bypass simple security measures, up to C-Rank, and retrieve various pieces of information. As well as this, Xavier can make simple D-Rank hacking software within one post, and simple C-Rank hacking software within three posts, as long as he is using a computer he has administration privileges on. The software he usually keeps with him can only be used on Windows computers, and he must create a software to bypass Linux, iOS, etc. computers.

—Description:As long as Xavier has materials, he can make simple items corresponding to his specialties. When using Weapons Specialist, he can make up to D-Ranked various weaponry. When using Techno Savvy, he can create up to D-Ranked various electronic devices. When using Hunter, he can make various D-Ranked survival tools. To create an electronic device, however, he must have an unused battery with him as he creates it. These batteries are 0-8-9-ESU for uses that may be weaponry based, 1-3-7-RTD for general, miscellanious uses, and 5-5-5-ODT for other, heavier-duty non-combat items due to the hardiness of each battery.

—Description:This is simple enough, when Xavier uses this skill, he can switch between the personalities of Xavier and Kaito at will. However, to get the looks straight will take more time. While in the personality of Kaito, Xavier can persuade people much easier, but he is not combat ready, reducing his overall combat capabilites by 5% until he switches back. This skill, while in use, also obsoletes Stealthy, Blade Enthusiast, and Hacker.

—Description:With this skill, Xavier can plan, build, and patent batteries, such as the 0-8-9-ESU, 1-3-7-RTD, and the 5-5-5-ODT, among others, by using special raw materials. Most people do not know how to build batteries from scratch, and Xavier can use this to his advantage to make serious money. All base batteries are D-Ranked, while batteries can get add-ons (Extended Life, Rechargeable, etc.) for a higher rank. At this rank, Xavier can only build D-Ranked basic batteries.

—Name:Katana of Legacies
—Appearance:A longer than normal katana made of a dark black steel. This blade was forged and tempered to Xavier's choice and will. The blade always looks without chips and damage, and always seems to keep its black sheen. The hilt is black and wrapped, made of a very strong plastic-like material with a cut chunk of obsidian set like a gemstone on the end. The obsidian is cut very round and smooth, and also tempered and reinforced to withstand a few blows should the end need to be used in close combat. It's sheath is also black, and made so that the blade could be drawn swiftly as to be able to attack fast and counter with ease.
—Description:This weapon was made to kill. It was specially made by a weapons manufacturer, where the production was overseen by Xavier himself, from the shipment of materials to completion and handoff. The weapon was made for the sole purpose of giving Xavier a killing edge in close-quarters combat, and Xavier would like to keep it that way. This is part of what makes him combat-ready. While this weapon might be strong, it is useless against ranged users, providing the need of the Chakrams of Power.
—Origin:This weapon was made to a special order by an obscure weapons manufacturer. The obsidian set in the hilt was a placeholder for what Xavier really wanted - Isotope-8. The Isotope, however, costs too much, as the material is highly sought after - Demand is high and the Isotope itself is rare.
—Name:Chakrams of Power
—Appearance:Black, serrated chakrams that were created to truly punish ranged users. This weapon is created to return for an endless assault on the enemies. The inner works of the chakrams are composed of a collection of various gyroscopes and various machinery, so that, if it hits, then he can send a signal through the gloves that are a part of the weapon set to spin to dislodge itself from the wound, then return. The gloves are simple gloves armed with a small infrared transmitter to return the chakrams.
—Description:The chakrams are no more than punishers. These things can easily kill, if they are thrown correctly, but they have an optimum range. They can't be thrown well if the target is closer than or further than 5-10 meters. They can still be thrown, but they won't be as accurate or damaging. The chakrams are fit to be returned in any situation, they will return if missed and the controller can return them if they hit. These chakrams are operated by battery power, and have 40 units of charge each with the current battery. The battery type is a special type, called 0-8-9-ESU, which are small batteries used in compact weapons. The chakram uses 2 units if it hits a target, as it requires more energy to spin out, and 1 unit if it misses. If there are insufficient units, then the chakram will simply power down in the midst of what it does, for example, if the chakram has 1 unit and hits, it will spin out, but not return. If the chakram has no units, then it will remain in the wound. If the chakram has no units, and misses, then the chakram will keep going.
—Origin:This pair of weapons were built by a techno-weapon dealer. Xavier purchased these when he realized how useful they would be, which is soon after he saw them.

The Background
|
History:Kaito has always been insane and has always liked swords. Enough said there. He got such an enthusiasm for swords when he was as young as 7 years old. His father got him a sword and Kaito swung it around, loving the feeling of handling. He also loved the feeling of it getting lodged into things, and he has always been evil at heart, so it was no surprise when he killed his family at age 15.
At this point, Kaito was sent to a juvenile prison, where he was kept until he was 16. At this time, he fashioned a device out of scrap metal that he broke off of the small prison sink, and he formed it into a saw-like figure, with which he sawed his way out of, and made a small rope out of other prisoners' various cloths. The rope wasn't strong, and gave out from its counterweight (the latrine) fairly quickly, but from a safe distance. Then, he fled.
After this, he spent the next 3 years in low profile. Almost all of the transactions were cash, and, as he needed official documents, he placed his name as "Xavier Vincents." Some of these documents, such as the birth records, were illegitimate. And with this, he became who he is now. This is the story of the rise of the Black-Souled Eradicator: Xavier Vincents.
