A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

—Description: Tyson causes the electricity coursing through his body to fluctuate and boosts his durability to being able to withstand incoming damage up to his rank. (C. Withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee, B. Withstand Small arms fire, A. Withstand larger caliber rounds and heavy bludgeoning damage, S. Withstand energy blasts taking half damage)

—Name: Amp Shockwave
—Rank: C-S
—Power: Electrokinesis
—Description: Tyson causes the electricity coursing through his body to accelerate and than at command he causes the energy to explode from his pores in a 360° angle in a short range(3 meters) causing electrical/burn damage to the opponent. Travels at equal rank speed. Can not be used consecutively as the electricity needs some time to run through his body.(3 post cool down)

—Name: Amp Net
—Rank: C-S
—Power: Electrokinesis
—Description: Tyson causes the electricity coursing through his body to encase his hand in a net formation which he can fire forward to ensnare enemies, can hold forces equal to his rank. Travels at fast as it can be thrown so about C. Once opponent is ensnared the net will last 3 post unless it is rereinforced by Sparx with an electrical charge.

—Power: Electrokinesis
—Description: Using his electricity as his propulsion system he emits electricity through his hands and/or feet to cause him to fly, he can blast off at equal rank speeds and by decreasing the power he can descend and land and all that good stuff.

Still gotta put in how much damage you can take. Just (Follows durability tree) isn't clear enough.

What's the definition of short range aka how far? Also this will need a cooldown after use. Another thing, what type of damage does it do to the opponent? How fast does it move?
