Hunter Becomes the... Lab Rat? [Lone Star]

Grimshaw was at his usual dangerous game, of finding rare individuals for study, however he had already met some dangerous ones, but they didn't seem to want to harm him, which was perfectly fine for him, especially since he didn't feel like he could take on any supers quite yet. Well, he shrugged at the thought, and then decided that he would drudge on, making sure to look around quite thoroughly, because usually people who were supers wanted to be some sort of hero or such, and then would be outside at this time of night, perhaps looking for criminals. So, going by that logic, this is what Grimshaw would be doing, looking for some sort of criminal. He had his battle gear on, which consisted of a cloak and uniform that he designed himself, that made him appear almost kingly. As he walked the streets, he was sure that he would find some undesirables, and he had some at least decent hand to hand when it came to simple thugs, even if some of them were much larger than he was himself. As Grimshaw walked the streets, he simply looked around with an air of confidence. This was a bit unsettling considering the circumstances, and he saw some people simply avoid him altogether, the threat of some super being, or even a crazy person, lurking in the minds of those that saw Grimshaw.

This wasn't going to well, he wanted to see someone stop a mugger, or rob a bank or something of the sort, but instead he found empty streets and emptier hearts of those that were supposed to be thugs. Well, he couldn't really find anyone after a bit, and simply decided to lean against a building, and look into the sky. he wondered when he would get to meet one, and if he needed to go about it differently. It was all this HRA stuff that was probably making the supers go into hiding. It was so hampering to his research, this silly act. He didn't really care if supers needed to be registered, considering everyone should be entitled to their own secrets, especially those with powers. He wondered what Shield would do if the government made all of their names and birth dates available to everyone, like they were doing to the supers. Grimshaw then drifted off into thought.
