When the user is so intune with flying at high speeds, that while moving fast their brain works in over time, allowing them to process the information of flying extremely fast. In other words, as the user flies, time, through their eyes only, seems to be going much slower, allowing them to plot out flight paths without crashing into obstructs when moving too fast.

in tune is 2 words plus what are the limitations you can't say that you just see things in slow motion. How fast can you move while the ability still works? How fast can another object move and your ability still works? In base if a jet flies at you would it appear to slow down or would it still be impossible to dodge - Quote :

technically your primary is flight so you should be able to boost these stats to main abilities C-300 B-600 A-1200 S- 2400 However, you will have to put C+ as the rank of the ability | |
