This characters powers are Ice Manipulation. Now grade these as best as possible and we'll go over them.



    Name: Ice Construct
    Rank: C
    Power: Ice Manipulation
    Description:
    Using her Ice Manipulation, the user can form constructs made of pure ice.



    Name: Ice Skating
    Rank: C
    Power: Ice Manipulation
    Description:
    Using her Ice Manipulation, the user shoots a ray of ice down infront of her, creating a bridge of ice to propel herself upon. At C rank she can only move at 50mph.



    Name: Flying
    Rank: C
    Power: Ice Manipulation
    Description:
    The user can fly into the air as though gravity played no part in her life. This allows her to fly at 150 mph.

Ice skating looks correctly done.

Ice construct- ice construct lacks the maximum size the constructs can be and how durable they would be. Would the constructs be more extravagant at higher ranks?

Flying- The flying makes no sense honestly. What does defying gravity have anything to do with ice manipulation? I would either alter it to fit a form of transportation that can fit with ice manipulation or just get rid of it.

First off, I need to know if you make constructs out of thin air that are made of ice, or are used from ice that is preexisting. How large are the constructs able to be? How small can they be? How much detail can be put into them? Are these constructs resistant to heat or do they melt at room temperature? Also, put in if they are able to be manipulated once created or are just simple items being made out of ice. Do they contain the normal durability of ice? This ability is simply too vague to be approved right now. Put in some more detail so people know what they are dealing with.

This ability seems fine, but does gravity still affect them while on the ice or can it push them upward? Can she stay on the track she creates if it takes some twists and turns or must she go in a straight path? How does it work, if it works, if she is in the air and there is no ground to make a frozen path on?

Sorry, but that power does not allow for flight in that way. Perhaps if you can explain how she uses ice to allow flight, it may be approved. Ice Manipulation does not allow her to just soar through the air as if gravity didn't exist.

    Name: Sonic Clap
    Rank: C
    Power: Super Human Physiology
    Description:
    The user can gather great strength to their arms before slamming them together to create a powerful sonic clap. The clap itself can cause ears to pop, and disorient those within hearing range of the intense noise. Those that are within ten meters infront of the user, where the clap is aimed, will be knocked back forcefully. The damage they will suffer will be similar to being hit by a large concussive shockwave. Clothes could be torn, and the wind may be knocked out of them. If hitting them head on, the damage may even cause a slight migraine once the damage is done, unless they are durable enough to handle the blast. This move is more for disorientation than actual damage.



    Name: Molecular Vibrations
    Rank: C
    Power: Super Speed
    Description:
    The user can vibrate himself so fast that his body can become intangible for a post. This will allows objects and people to pass straight through him, or allow him to walk through walls easily. Once the post is over, the user must wait for a cooldown of two posts before being able to use the ability once again.

    Power: Super Human Physiology
    Description:
    The user's body is abnormally tone and resistant to damage. At C rank, the user could withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee. B rank, the user can now withstand small fire arms aswell. At A rank, the user can withstand heavy bludgeoning, melee, and larger caliber firearms. At S rank, the user can handle everything previous, plus adding on a 50% resistant to energy weapon attacks.

I'm afraid that you aren't able to get that ability. In this case, Super Strength would be a branched power, coming from the Super Human Physiology, and wouldn't allow for more complex abilities. You are only able to get the basic Super Strength from branched Super Human Physiology.

Sorry, I will have to deny this one as well. This ability is only able to be gained from having Super Speed as a main power. The sub version isn't able to generate these complex abilities either.

    Description:
    The user's body is abnormally tone and resistant to damage while in motion. At C rank, the user could withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee. B rank, the user can now withstand small fire arms aswell. At A rank, the user can withstand heavy bludgeoning, melee, and larger caliber firearms. At S rank, the user can handle everything previous, plus adding on a 50% resistant to energy weapon attacks.



    Name: Air Beneath my Wings
    Rank: C - S
    Power: Flight
    Description:
    The user can temporarily boost the speed of their flight, allowing them to go much faster than ever before. At C rank, the user can boost their speed by x2. At B rank the user can boost their speed x5, at A rank the user can boost their speed x7 and at S rank the user can boost their speed x10. The boost lasts three posts and once complete, the user suffers from negative effects. For example, if they boosted themselves x2 they will be slower than their original speed -2x. So half. So on and so forth. This move has a cooldown of three posts before the user reclaims their original speed.



    Name: Aerial Adaption
    Rank: C
    Power: Flight
    Description:
    User is able to withstand extremely high or low air pressure (not becoming disoriented or deprived of normal breathing capacity by it), and high wind friction; this is accompanied by an innate immunity to vertigo and/or fear of heights; this adaptation is innate for superhumans capable of Flight.

Mobile invulnerability- this works

Air beneath my wings: Since flight has been subed,the boosts would go as follows.

C +50%
B +x2
A +5x
S +7x

Aerial Adaptation: Since flight is a sub power,aerial adaptation would not be possible with this character,seeing as it is an ability only possible by maining flight.
