Appearance: This incarnation had long, dark hair which initially made him believe himself female. He confirmed that he wasn't by his Adam’s apple, but was annoyed his regeneration had not made him ginger as he wished to have been in his previous incarnation. He had a large chin, which his TARDIS found hilarious, and green eyes. His usual outfit is consisted of a plain brown tweed jacket with elbow patches, a dress shirt, a bow tie, braces, a gold wrist watch, rolled up navy-blue trousers and black boots. He would change the colour of his shirt, bow tie and braces from burgundy to blue.

Personality: Like all Gallifreyans, The Doctor can regenerate 13 times. Each time he regenerates, he takes on a slightly different personality, but in most aspects it stays the same. Even though he is unpredictable, and affable, the clownish exterior covers up a well of great age, wisdom, seriousness and even darkness. His enemies know him as the Oncoming Storm. He tends to ramble on, saying random facts that barely relates to the topic at hand, which usually helps them understand a problem better. He enjoys living life to the fullest. He is always the optimist, the follower of far flung hopes. He becomes attached to people and things, and feels that he has to help everyone and everything he mets.

Item Power: Usually, it showed what the holder of the paper wanted the person reading the paper to see. It is limited. For instance, if the Doctor were to use a really big lie, such as being a responsible adult, the Physic Paper would only produce wavy lines.

Item Power: The Sonic Screwdriver has many function. As of right now, at C Rank, all it can do is unlock doors, and take vital signs. At Rank B it can be used to scan for alien tech. And last at rank A, it can access other devices remotely. The Sonic doesn't do wood. I can not open wooden locks, doors, etc. Also, if it has a dead lock seal sonic doesn't work. This is the Item bond to the Doctor due to him being in the Blessed class.

The Background

History:The Doctor's home planet, Gallifrey, was home to one of the wisest race, the universe has ever seen. The Time Lords. The Doctor explores the universe at random, using his extensive knowledge of science, technology and history to avert whatever crisis he encounters. The imprecise nature of his travels is initially attributed to the age and unreliability of the TARDIS's navigation system. The Doctor actually stole the TARDIS. Additionally, the TARDIS is meant to be piloted by six Timelords, rather than just one. He was presumably unfamiliar with its systems but was able to operate it correctly until his exile when the Time Lords wiped it from his memory. The Doctor initially had the manual for operating the TARDIS but destroyed it (by throwing it into a supernova) because he disagreed with it. After his trial and exile to twentieth century Earth, the Doctor still visits other planets on missions from the Time Lords who pilot the TARDIS to precise locations for him.

While Gallifrey was in the Time War, against the Dalek, the high consul of Gallifrey was extremely desperate for an end to the endless war. They being radical and decided that it was time for the people of the universe to leave their mortal shells, and become one with the universe it self. They began planing a massive bomb, that would take out all of reality. When The Doctor heard of their plan, he panicked. He creak a Time Lock, around the Dalek's home planet, Sako, and Gallifrey. Essentially the Time Lord and the Dalek, could not leave and died. The time bubble continued to play the last moments of the Time War, over and over again.

Feeling grief for his race, the Doctor sort of adopted the Earth. He protected it from aliens that intend to harm it's people. The Doctor like to take Human companions with him in his adventures. The TARDIS broke down, and was trapped on Earth. He is now in search of parts.

This is where our story end, and begins.

Quirks
Talking with his hands and calculated with gestures. He spins in circles when walking if showing off or needing time to think He rambles, making rapid amendments to his speech, sounding like he was talking nonsense. Favorite food Fish Fingers and Custard. Stetons, Fezes, Top Hats, and last ,but certainly not Extremely Very Bulky Cool, Bow Ties are cool.
