A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

The Biography
Birth Name: Ethan Tarrif Aliases: Techno Gender: Male Age: 18 Birth Date: March 7th Class: Human
Appearance: Ethan is a young technologically advanced individual, so he can always be seen with his head phones, and he has his glasses on for most of the time. He is around five feet, eleven inches tall, with a surprisingly tan complexion, being a milky tan color. He has reddish brown hair, which is spiked up in the back away from him, with his bangs parted in the middle, away from his face. It is cut fairly short, only going down to a little bit past his chin. He has a fairly thin figure, although it is slightly toned, he would be considered thin. His eyes are a light blue color, which seems almost like the sky itself. His hands and fingers are silky smooth, and he takes great care of his hands, even though they are dirty most of the time when he isn't on a computer.
Ethan wears a lightweight, black tank top under most of his clothing, and over that a loose jacket. The jacket is a silver color with electric blue stripes running through it on certain sections. He then wears normal blue jeans which often look almost like a mechanic's blue jeans. He wears running sneakers along with the rest of his attire. He can also be found with tool belts and other attire such as that depending on what sort of project he is working on.

Confident: Ethan is a very confident individual, and he feels that there is a solution to any problem, especially if you think quick on your feet. He will go into any situation with confidence, even when facing the unknown such as those with powers. He likes to be the center of attention, which is why he'll go into certain situations, unless he deems them too dangerous. He always has a plan, even when he is forced into unpleasant situations suddenly.
Arrogant: Ethan is extremely smart, and if he had super powers, he would easily be a telepath with his mental prowess. this makes him insanely arrogant, especially because a lot of his inventions have made him very rich. He just started branching out into weapons systems and such, so there are a lot of people who think very highly of him, which boosts his egotistical nature even further. He even likes to make it a point to make sure you know that he is smarter than you, and probably better looking.
Joker: Ethan likes to joke around, and even though his is arrogant, he enjoys making people laugh, and he will become friends with people, especially if they can stand his arrogance and personal attacking personality. He makes witty quips about most things, and is very sarcastic. He thinks the greater good is something that should be achieved, and has mixed emotions about powers. He dislikes them because they have the chance to cause more harm than good, but then enjoys them because they are the unknown, which he loves to explore.

This also means that he can sort of hotwire them or hack into them, depending on the situation.
—Name: Bio-Mechanic —Specialty: Professor - Bio-Technology —Rank: C+ —Description: The user has advanced knowledge of human anatomy and how mechanical devices will interact with the body, allowing him to implant technology into his own body using his inventions, or into others if he has his tools on him.
—Name: Master Inventor —Specialty: Techno Savvy —Rank: C+ —Description: The inventions that Ethan makes are of a much higher quality than most, simply because he is smarter, he knows how to utilize different and more efficient energy sources, and is a master engineer, allowing him to make much more advanced tech for his rank.
—Name: Surgeon —Specialty: Professor - Bio-Technology —Rank: C+ —Description: The user is a prodigy, even in surgery, being able to fix people extremely quickly, operate on severed arteries and other problems, fixing them, but this is the skill mainly learned so that he could experiment with his Bio-Technology, which just so happens to need surgeries to implant whatever invention he wants to try out.
—Name: Enhanced Mind —Specialty: N/A —Rank: D —Description: The user's mind works much faster than others around him, and is very powerful. This allows him to multitask multiple things while still running at maximum efficiency and beyond. He can formulate plans on the fly, and even think several steps ahead of what he needs at the moment.
—Name: Energy Knowledge —Specialty: Techno Savvy —Rank: D —Description: This character has specialized knowledge in the field of different types of energy. He knows how the energy is formed, and is able to understand new energy sources when he encounters them, and can even learn to utilize and replicate them if he has time to study it thoroughly.
Weapons/Devices:
—Name: Techno's Goggles —Appearance: A combination headphones and glasses that cover both of the eyes in a wide strip, and the headphones completely cover the ears for high quality sound. The head gear is red and white in color, with the lens of the glasses part being blue. —Description: Techno's glasses give tactical information on anything his pupil looks at using tracking software. Simple things such as items will be scanned and then cross referenced with an item database of anything normal, meaning he can cancel out normal items so the glasses "search" for something that isn't in the database. The glasses also have a mode for night vision, and of course the headphones work as a wireless radio and mp3 player. —Origin: This was one of the inventions that made Ethan rich, the first prototype being sold worldwide, with him upgrading the current version that is here.
—Name: Sweeper MK I —Appearance: A small flattened white sphere, with a large button on the bottom of it, with indentations so that the user's fingers grip it perfectly, and a groove cutting it in half horizontally. There is also a small green light on the top, which flashes blue when the device is ready to use. The item is the size of a tennis ball. —Description: When the button on the bottom is pressed, three curved blades come out of the horizontal groove, and immediately spin rapidly. These act as helicopter blades, allowing the device to fly around. The device looks for a point that is considered a target by the user's glasses, and will follow that target until it hits something. If there is no target, it will fly straight where the user throws it, until it hits something. —Origin: This is the first series of weapons that Ethan is developing, this being a combat efficient one while being very cool looking.
Item Name: Energy Vault MK I Item Rank: C+ Item Description: This item is a box, that when a button is pressed, will unfold, making it slightly larger. The encter of the box facing the sky will open up to reveal four prongs that seem to be antennas, with webbing of wires and plastic connecting them. The box itself is white, while the grooves and designs on it are colored an electric blue. The box is about the size of a briefcase. Patent:N/A Item Image: N/A Item Power: The box, once set up, will collect and store residual energy within it. this means that if someone uses some sort of superpower relying on energy, the energy that is left behind will be collected and stored in a battery-like containment unit. This allows the user to study it later, but this requires a separate device to study it.
Item Name: Energy Scanner MK I Item Rank: C+ Item Description: This appears to be a white battery charge analyzer, but is much larger, with the nodes on the ends of the handles being larger. It is two handles connected to a small box that appears to be a computer screen, and is connected by wires which are covered in white rubber. Patent: N/A Item Image: N/A Item Power: This item has the ability to make contact with two sides of a battery or energy tank, and check the properties of the energy within it. This allows the user to study the energy and it's properties, such as what it does and how it can be used, and what frequency the energy moves at.
Item Name: Energy Converter MK I Item Rank: C+ Item Description: This device is 2 larger battery-like tanks that are stationary, and they are connected together in the middle by a series of very large wires, hydraulic tubing, and other things of the sort. Patent: N/A Item Image: N/A Item Power: This has the ability to convert one type of energy into another, by changing the frequency of the first energy to match that of the second. The energy that comes out is only 1/3rd as powerful than if you would collect it from a direct source, but it allows for the user to use a weakened form of the energy, much like changing AC to DC current and vice versa.
The Background
History: Ethan was born into a technological savvy household, as his father was a mechanical engineer, and his mother was into biological technology. His mother was a doctor who implanted robotic replacements into the bodies of those who needed them. These were slightly more advanced than those of the current era, which made her work highly sought after. They frequently got death threats from radicals and such, because the new technology was getting too close to god, and that if people got injured it was their fault and such, but as long as his mother was helping people, she ignored the threats. His father manufactured weapons, and Ethan wasn't a huge fan of this, as he would rather study people and such. Being raised in this environment made Ethan extremely smart, simply because he got good genes, and parents who knew how to teach a young person all of this information.
He grew up inventing things like a mad man, taking apart the old electronics in his house or ones he got off of his friends and either put them back together or tried to make something new out of them. He made little robots and such out of them, and then had them interact with each other after making a simple program to make them seem like they had a little bit of a mind, like premature animals almost. His knack for invention caused his parents to take them along with them when they went to work and when they actually worked on their projects, so he learned quite a bit in a relatively short time. Rapidly increasing his intellect and knowledge of mechanics, he started making more and more complex contraptions, such as little helicopters that could turn light switches off, or even a hovering vacuum that would filter the air around your house and clean spiderwebs.
He became a very wealthy young man, and paid his parents back for the supplies and materials, and even the cost of schooling, since he was home schooled and even taught master level schooling to him, much like a technical school would, but there were simply things one had to figure out on their own, so he kept inventing little things here and there, and eventually became old enough to move out. So, he bought a medium sized house in New York, which he uses as a base and has it teched out to the max with all of his useful inventions.
