Skill Description:
C- Used to close quarters combat, Dullahan is able to predict punches and blows that are not performed at super-speed or anything that goes as fast as or faster than a bullet. She still suffers from only being able to dodge anything within her limited view range.
B- Slightly more fine-tuned version of C. Increased awareness, and is now able to avoid side. She can avoid rear attacks, but is not up to the level where she can do it proficiently.
A- Fine-tuned of B. Rear attacks now inclusive with previous package of B. Buy one, get one- where was I going with this again? Ah yes. Bullets can be 'seen', but Dullahan lacks any agility to move out of their way.
S- All of the above. Bullets now have a 50-50 chance of hitting her. If we add in A-Team firing to the ratio, it would be, like, 10-90? But there is no A-Team firing in this universe, right? 40% then.

Skill Description: All that swinging No Entry and Yamaha around has further boosted her muscle hypertrophy, and has granted her further above-par strength.
B- Physical attacks dent walls made of reinforced metal. 20% increased damage in close combat, and may ocassionally incapacitate human targets.
A- 30% increased damage in close combat. May switch to fists just to avoid denting her weapons. Human targets or similarly squishy beings should steer clear to avoid having their skulls caved in.
