The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

| Flaw Name: Sonic Bane Flaw Type: Bane Flaw Description: Thanks to his symbiote Hiim will be unable to use any powers during times of intense sonic disruption (125 decibels) the symbiote will struggle to keep itself together and may retreat from the host's body if there is prolonged exposure(3 posts or more)
Sub Power: Neuro-Electrical Manipulation- Hiim can use his powers to manipulate electricty in the brain and change it or shut it off. For PCs this is done by touch, NPCs do not require such however.

| Any intense sound vibrations. It doesn't go by rank. Same with flames for a Symbiote. Also add in the note powers will not be able to be used during this phase, as your symbiote will be struggling to even hold itself together.
For the power itself, i'm going to auto take this as requiring some physical contact to the head for PCs, yet basic NPCs are fair game. You can also use this to boost your own body if you're ballsy enough, but it'd still have to follow the limitations of a sub power.

| Not just symbiotic powers, but powers in general. That's the one thing about flaws, it has to be all round no loop hole out. It needs to be a flaw, not a temporary inconvenience. | |
