| The large industrial train carrying supplies from one state to the next was just now passing through California. The news of the hijacking had been plaguing ever news station for quite some time. As the train went on, people stood a few yards back from the tracks to just watch. Suddenly an orange blur shot past their line of sight, too fast to follow with the naked eye. A blond wearing a mask and her usual outfit would be sprinting next by the train at high speeds. Looking for the perfect entry point and keeping an eye out for any of the robbers, she'd continue to run by the train keeping a steady speed beside it. Moving close to the tracks, she'd go to the section that held the car together. Vibrating her arm and extending her blade, she'd slice clean through it, letting only the front car continue on while the rest began to slow down. Now she'd await the robbers first move. - Abilities:
—Name: Superhuman Speed —Rank: C —Power: Super Speed —Description: These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. An amateur speedster can move at 70 mph which is below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. A lesser application of super-speed is also entitled within this, giving the ability to move individual parts of their body at their maximum rate of speed, independent from that of the rest of their body. When in motion, the user appears to be a blur. C - 70mph B - 250mph A - 500mph S - 700mph
Name: Increased Perception Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Tara possesses the ability to alter her perceptions so that falling objects can appear to be standing still and can be caught and moved back to their normal position. She can do this so quickly as to have it happen invisibly to the normal human eye. She can strike a single opponent multiple times in a second or multiple opponents two or three times in a second. She can disarm or jam any number of opponents weapons before they are even aware of her movement [if she sneaks up on them] and can hurl small projectiles at speeds that match her own.
Name: Supercharged Brain Activity Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Tara's mental abilities are also increased in speed, simple computations can be done at lightning speeds, and her ability to perform normal feats at increased speeds has allowed her to move sandbags to cover a beach or search an entire area for something as small as a paper clip. Tara can also read at super-speed, but rarely takes advantage of this ability to learn at increased speeds. Those attempting to read her mind will have a difficult time, as the thoughts and memories run through it at overdrive. This does not mean she is immune. If her rank is the same as the Telepath, it will take an extra minute [post] to sort through the chaos in her brain and effect it. If her rank is below the Telepath, it'll be no problem to read it and effect it. If it is above the Telepath's it could take up to two minutes [posts] to get clear information and effect it. For each rank above the Telepath, the more minutes [posts]. Add one minute [post] with each letter rank above.
Name: Superhuman Endurance Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description:This character can keep up physical movement without taking a break, allowing them to keep running at a prolonged time without needing to take a break or catch a second wind. She can keep running at full speed for 30 minutes straight without having to stop for a second, nor lose her focus and concentration.
Name: Speedster Aura Rank: C+ Power: Super Speed Description: People who are propelled by high speed can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. If say a user must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within an aura. Tara's aura is specifically an orange light and protects her from friction and small debris [small rocks - objects] at C rank. Allows her to strike durable forms of matter such as brick walls and steel at B rank without breaking bones. Allows her to appear like a speeding bullet at A rank, and shred through anything that is concussive [sharp piercing objects and attacks will pierce the aura. Only durable forms of matter such as walls and people will be tore through], tearing through it with pure speed. Those she carries while running can also be surrounded in this aura if she wills it.
Name: Piercing Blow Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Vibrating a single limb at super human speeds, the user uses the friction gathered on the Speed Force Aura to super heat it. This allows the user to use the said heat to pierce through durable forms of matter and leave 2nd degree burns in their wake. Once piercing through, the user can continue to vibrate the specific limb, further damaging whatever they pierced from inside - out. Leaving internal burns and bruising.

| "Shut the hell up and get the hell out of this cabin!" The masked man said as he pointed his gun at the four men . they pushed over each other as they made their way away from the first cabin and into the second. they were then separated to where each robber would had a hostage in one of three cabins. Mean while robber number two planted some explosive strong enough to destroy the connection to the first cabin and the car. Many explosive where placed along the cabins as well and along the other cabin hitches. Two robbers were held a single hostage (the conductor) in the middle cabin where the large vault was filled with money, one baker kept a gun pressed to the man's head as the other was cracking the safe. IN the cabin after the first was a single robber with the fire man and in the back cabin were the renaming robbers along with the remaining hostages. "You all set?" the robber in the first cabin said over a hand held radio to the others. "22 set" 23 set" 24 is a go" 25 ready" each one would reply over the radio. "Ok now let's" BOOM, the bomb connecting the first cabin to the car exploded the moment Flash "cut" the connecting hinge, causing the other cabins to slow and most likely sending Flash into at least a stumble if not mildly effected by the blast. "What the hell! Who set off the damn bomb for the first cabin!" the man in the second cabin yelled over the radio. "21, 23, it wasn't me" The rest would all reply the same in order of call sign. | |

| As the line was to be cut, Ms. Flash would watch the pre-image of the debris shooting out as though an explosion had hit it. Thanks to her ability of accelerated probability, it gave her a heads up of the object exploding into debris. As it was cut, she grasped onto the back car, giving her a slight shielding from the actual explosion. The debris was knocked aside thanks to her speed aura, and the overall explosion did nothing but push her body up in the air, where she'd latch onto the back car's railing. Once the brunt of the small explosion was over, she shot off the car and took off faster than before to catch the front car. The remaining cars halted to a stop where the police that was tailing the train would soon begin to surround them. She was sure that her cut had nothing to do with the explosion, which meant they were planning on blowing the cabins in the first place. With a final speed burst, she shot off the ground and landed onto the first cabin, latching to the side. Using her enhanced speed, she would traverse the side and use her weight to shift off the last bar and shoot into the entrance of the cabin. To her surprise, no one was in there meaning the remaining cars held the hostages and the robbers. Running up to the controls, Tara would begin to pull all levers down in an attempt at breaking. I mean, what else would happen if a lever went down or back? It took a few minutes for her to find the right combination to send the train to a skidding stop. Turning back to the exit of the cabin, she jumped out and took off at 500 mph back towards the cars she had stopped previously. It would literally take only a few seconds for her to get back to the scene of the crime. That's what happened when you were booking it like a speed queen. And when she finally arrived back to the scene, she'd skid to a stop behind a series of bushes, watching the scene from hiding. There were two carts she could go for. She would need to do this right, and that's where her overdrive skill came in. - Abilities:
Name: Accelerated Probability Rank: C Power: Accelerated Probability Description: When focusing [eye sight] on a single object/projectile from an opponent, Ms. Flash can predict the path they will take precisely, allowing her to dodge with ease. The outcomes she sees only goes up to five seconds, giving her a brief look on the trajectory of the object before it is unleashed, allowing her to perform a flawless dodge. Once finding the best point of action to take, she can utilize her super speed to follow through for the best results in a dodge or counter attack. This does not read the opponent themselves, but does read anything they may be using as a projectile or extension of themselves [such as a pole or blade]. This means punches and kicks, and frontal normal hand to hand based attacks will not be predicted and the user will have to rely on their own abilities to deal with them. An Example - Seeing the trajectory of a bullet before it reaches its target. This works on one object/projectile at a time.

Depending on the max speed the user is running will determine just how strong this attack will become. When dealing with obstacles, the user can use this ability to rip through brick [steel at atleast B rank] and other forms of durable matter.
Name: Durability Rank: C Power: Super Speed Description: Having super speed involves the user having a super toned body. Tara is abnormally more durable than the next guy. At C rank, physical blunt damage is less effective. She can be sent through brick walls, knocked in the head with blunt objects, etc, and will not break bones. However, she will still have bruises and bleeding. Her body is just tone enough to absorb most of the damage if there is any.

| Driving his bike or swerving on the tracks. Both could be said for this situation as Lone Star was racing on the side of a train when suddenly it exploded.. Or well 1 cart atleast. This caused Lone Star to swerve left and right for a bit before getting back on track (Pun intended). Throughout all of this Lone kept noticing orange blows which gave him the thought he was in the presence of a speedster. Fast people they were but normally not the brightest and always cocky. Soon the train would be slowly down and Lone Star would get a short look at the person doing all this. Tight suit and it was colorful.. Hmm someone was going overdrive stopping this train. From here Lone star floored his bike and went full 90 on it. From here Lone star would stand up on his bike as it drove perfectly on the tracks and he would quickly through 1 ball into each cart breaking through all the windows making a little whole. Once inside the area the small balls were now glowing and they were gray.. Gas would start oozing out of them as Lone star got out he appeared to be over the center cabin. He quickly jumped and ran connecting to the top of the train climbing it from the angle the people in the window wouldn't see him. Once on top he reached to his left thigh and pulled out what appeared to be a empty holster for a weapon but no. He pressed a button and it began to glow green. It was a lightsaber. Lone star would then use it to slam it into the left side of the train cart wall 3 centimeters to the left of the window giving a false idea of where he was at. - Spoiler:
Item Name: Explosive balls/Gas Balls Item Rank: C-S Item Description: Little black balls the size of marbles which appear to detonate when dropping after a 3 second interval. But when gas balls they are grey Patent: N/A Item Image: Think black marbles or grey. Item Power: When dropped on the ground the explosive balls release an explosion which has the power to knock people cold out or stun them depending on durability or legit hurt them via minor wounds and or concussions. The most that can be used in 1 topic is 10 and they range 4 meters a piece. Created from nitro compounds and Azides which were bought from a russian drug dealer. When the gas balls are used they release the chemical Kolokol-1 into the air which can disorientate people of high rank and knockout those of lower rank.. No matter who it is the user will be stunned or knocked out for 2 post. The range of these are 4 meters a piece.. Can only use 10 per topic.

| As lone star came in One of the robbers from the last cabin that was occupied buy said robbers heard the bike as it came in close. Peeping out the window the goon would then chime in on the radio "All elements, be adivesed we got some weirdo on a bike coming up" "roger" was the reply from all of them in sequence. The goon would then shoot through the window as Lone Star began to stand on his bike. The Robber made sure not to expose anymore of himself than was needed to aim and shoot the target that was now close enough to pot shot at and most likely hit. The Robber took turns to aim at the man and the bike a swell, mostly the tires.
On the opposite side, The "lead" robber could tell that someone was messing around in the now empty cabin. "All elements, be advised, blowing the rest of cabin one." A small detonation went off dislodging the connection between the first cabin and the rest. Then a second explosion coming from underneath the first cabin would send it flying up and forward. The rest of the cabins were now slowing clear out of the way of any derbies. The man and hostage that were in the now foremost cabin receded to now what is the second most cabin, joining the two Robbers and one hostage along with the safe that was now cracked, it's treasure now being stored into duffel bags. "21 set" the man that now migrated to the now second cabin said over the radio. "Gotcha" one of the men from the last cabin would respond. | |

| Well that was one option down and opened a clear entrance. A cabin was detonated, most likely meaning the robbers and hostages were in the last two cars. Ms. Flash remained hidden behind the bush as some dude on a motorcycle took the robber's attention. Focusing, the girl took off in a blur, running 500mph and using her increased perception and speed. With the other taking their attention, she could use her light step to sneak up on them which was perfect. Moving faster than the human eye, the girl dashed into the backside of the car, running through the cabin and dismantling firearms and disarming the robbers in the first car and pulling down their pants. Continuing her momentum, she shot clean through the cabin to where the last robbers were, seeing how the news had mentioned five and not three. On her way in, she grabbed a money bag and swung it forward at high speeds the matched her own. If successful, the bag would hit the robber pointing a gun at the hostage and send him hard into the steel wall. Flash, herself, would charge into the other robber with a infinite mass strike, knocking him just as hard into the wall with enough force to make him lose consciousness. Throughout this, her vision continued to shift between different objects at top speeds, making sure to see their probability just incase a gun was fired or a bomb exploded and she would need to dodge a bullet to continue. One could never be too careful when it came to criminals. And even though the world appeared to be so slow in her point of view, if someone was to see the scene from their own point of view, they'd see a blur moving through the cabin, causing a strong gust of wind to blow the money around and even cause winds strong enough to push the hostages to the side of the cabin. "Oh I hope that didn't hurt. My daddy always told me to be gentle with my boy toys." The girl spoke in a mocking tone, as she stood sideways so she could move her head on a swivel to keep an eye on everyone in the cabin. She was ready to take off in a dash at a moment's notice, just incase the robbers chose to kill themselves and blow everyone up. - Abilities:

| Well look at this. The gunmen in the cart started wising up. Multiple bullets would be flying at Lone and he wouldn't effectively swerve out of most of them with ease except for one bullet which hit his back tire and caused Lone to swerve even more making him jump off the bike. Moments later an explosion would happen that really hadn't phased Lone much. Some debris flew his way but didn't really hit him and when it did the damage was minimum because of his suit. The bullets would stop and Lone Star was angry now. His bike had a messed up tire and these guys were the ones to blame. As Lone walked over to the cart where about 3 guys appeared naked and 2 people were tied up under his mask Lone smiled because he was actually thinking about killing these guys. Lone saw a door and he decided he should just walk up in there and say hello. He he instantly reached into his left holster and pulled out a gun a bullet went off and shot the hinges right off the door calling it to fall out. Lone would spin the gun before putting it back in his holster before jumping up on the platform and into the cart. By the time Lone turned the corner and was in visible site he had both guns drawn. His colt anaconda in his left hand and his desert eagle in his right. He spoke some kind words as he pointed his guns to the criminal in the middle and the one on the right. The one on the left was safe until proven otherwise. "Well well bankrobbers get dumber and dumber everyday. By the way fix your pants Im here to kill you not look at your junks"- Spoiler:

| An orange blur whipped though the first car, the robbers found themselves depantsed and without weapons, they would then look down at their manhood now in full show and then look at each other. Suddenly gunshots were fired and a door fell to the ground reviling Lone Star with guns drawn and pointed at on of the robbers with his pants down. "Well well bankrobbers get dumber and dumber everyday. By the way fix your pants Im here to kill you not look at your junks" the Hero would say to the bewildered men. "Where the hell is the bank, you retarded or somethin' dude? Anyway, yeah, we give up. Can we pull our pants up now?" the man who didn't have the guns pointed at him said.
in the other cabin a man got pummeled with a duffel bag of what would have been their prize if they weren't interfered will and was sent sprawling into a wall, his gun now knocked from his hand. The other robber was seemingly simultaneously knocked into the wall by the orange blur and rendered unconscious. The hostage would look up from his cowering and utter only two words. "MY god." The robber Knocked by the duffel would look up with his hand up and say "Jesus lady, that was YOU!?". | |

| Ms. Flash head another voice coming from the first cabin and then looked back towards the man. "Yea, I'm still kinda new to this whole hero thing, but can ya do me a favor and not commit any more crimes? With your talents of building bombs, I'm sure someone would hire you for work. Saying you attempted to rob a train on a resume will totally get you alot of hits, yea?" Flash gave the man a soft smile before delivering a high speed boot to his chin and knocking his head back against the steal wall to knock him out. With this done, she would lift the hostages in the cabin up, and direct them to the back exit where the cops would take them. Turning back to the first cabin, she would walk in where the masked guy was pointing his guns. "I guess you're not with them, since you're pointing your guns at them. And I doubt you're a cop either. Well, California is my turn. Keep your dumb guns out of it." She balled her fists and placed them on her hips as she spoke. Kicking open a door, the hostages would begin to fall out into police custody, and she'd hop out the door herself to be greeted by cameras and officers. As she walked out, the officers poured in to get the robbers. With their weapons either dismantled or kicked away, it wouldn't be a problem to grab them up. Ms. Flash would take her scarf and tie it around her hair into a knot to make a pony tail before nodding to the cameras. "..Yea Yea! The name's Ms. Flash, Fastest Girl Alive!..I got that patented by the way, so don't steal it. I know things are crazy with these new villains declaring war on heroes, but I won't leave my state at the mercy of someone else. Just remember that!" The woman nodded to the cameras as she looked back towards the train, even through the flashes from the cameras. | |

| As Lone stood there holding his guns the thief who wasn't being pointed at made a smart remark and in all honesty Lone was 3 seconds away from putting a bullet through this guys head. He turned his left gun slowly to the guys head and turned his head sideways before spinning the gun and throwing it back in its holster. as for his right hand he just did the same thing. Lnoe then slowly walked out of the cart and ran into the woods. He hadn't had his bike anymore and he was really mad about that. The words that the woman said to him phased him not 1 bit and she should have realized that by his lack of response.
