Description: The user can infuse any object with electricity by channeling electricity through the weapon/object making shockingly devastating attacks and electrifying anything around them. Some users infuse their object with lightning for quick and deadly attacks. The user can imbue electro-magnetic energy into any object, as long as the object is conductive. The amount of volts imbued at C-Rank is 10,000. This amount is not lethal, leaving the victim moderately damaged and slightly stunned causing their movements to become 10% slower. The stunning effect is stacking if the victim is hit more than once.

Description: Users can turn Electromagnetism into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructs and/or create structures/buildings of varying permanence. At C-rank, constructs can lift, apply, and withstand pressure of up to a maximum of 1,000 lbs. Because of the electric nature of the constructs, a simple touch will result in the victim being electrocuted with 10,000 volts of electricity. This amount is not lethal, leaving the victim moderately damaged and slightly stunned causing their movements to become 10% slower. The stunning effect is stacking if the victim is hit more than once.

| For the first ability. I need a number of volts it can channel and it has to be something that can charge electricity so basically anything conductible. Also give me a volt number for the second one. | |
