Err I can speak on behalf of for the HRA if I can use Patriot or Jesteria (if you bring her into SHIELD since you're posing as one of its leaders). I'd rather use the latter in disguise, but I could use Patriot if it's needed.

Hmm think i be the Anti-HRA with Marcus since he got first hand experance of what human haters can do. Since he does not want that to happen to anyone else and this is basicly putting a target on any super aka differnet person which the humans don't like to plain out hate the diffenrent they try to pin stuff on them and use them as scape goats.
