—Description:These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. An amateur speedster can move at 70 mph which is below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. A lesser application of super-speed is also entitled within this, giving the ability to move individual parts of their body at their maximum rate of speed, independent from that of the rest of their body. When in motion, the user appears to be a blur. C - 70mph B - 250mph A - 500mph S - 700mph

—Description:The user has the ability to build velocity constantly while in motion. Thus every post while the user is in a constant state of motion the users velocity(and thus speed) builds 10/20/30/40 mph per post. If the users momentum is stopped then no no bonus is gained and all the built up velocity is lost. Velocity gains must be kept to their medium meaning if the limbs are in a constant motion then the velocity bonus does not count towards running speed.

—Description:The user has the ability to create a barrier of friction on their body making them virtually friction-less on areas they so choose. By doing this physical and bludgeoning attacks have virtually no effect unless they hit center mass. This barrier can be held up for 3 user posts per rank(do not have to be consecutive).

—Power:Velocity Manipulation
—Description:The user has the ability to create a field around them that makes themselves or any items or organisms move at a constant speed regardless of any force that acts on it. This allows the user to run through natural unranked items, falling objects while at max speeds, etc without being damaged or decrease in speed or velocity. At C-rank this only works on the user or one item and can pierce/break through the same rank. At B-rank this works on the user and another organism as well as two items. At A-rank it can work with 3 people and 4 items. At S-rank it can work with 5 people and 10 items. This also stops him from being ripped apart at high speeds.

—Description:The user has the ability to halt the velocity of his own body stopping on the drop of a dime. His ability to halt his own velocity works at the numbers of 2000/5000/10000/unlimited mph per rank.

—Power:Friction Manipulation
—Description:The user has the ability to give or take away friction from any surface. This can make frictionless surfaces or cause things to slow down dramatically. The user has to have contact with the surface and can strip/add friction of areas up to 30 yards per rank. (friction strip can slow down objects 25% per rank)
