Power: Dimensional Manipulation
Description: Koizu is able to create a rift that is more efficient and faster than his Garganta, but instead of traveling to another dimension it can only be used to travel within his same dimension. This is called Jumping. Also these rifts are not able to be seen and are only formed around the user and things he wishes to bring along with him up to 500 lbs, and Koizu must be touching the object he wishes to Jump. You can only Jump in a battle topic to places you have been before within that topic or places you can see. Outside of a battle topic you can Jump wherever you have been before, wherever you can see, and any place that you have a picture of. If you try to Jump to a location and there is already an object in that location that would make it impossible for you to go there, you stay in the same place. Things that can make you unable to Jump are objects such as Humans, concrete, metal, etc. Stuff such as air and water, things that would simply move if you were to fall in that space.

Description: Koizu has set up anchors on himself using his dimensional manipulation, that stop him from being teleported or being sent from one dimension to another without his consent. Though if a B and up ranked teleportation user or dimensional manipulator tried to teleport him, his anchors are not strong enough to protect against that so he would be teleported with no problem.

| Stopping a B-rank attack with a C-rank force field is a no no unless your power is actually forcefield generation then you get a bit of an edge.
Creating a dimension at C-rank even a pocket dimension is a no no. While modifying is approvable making a dimension at that level is not.
Also stopping anything should be on a level vs level basis.

| I shall fix them. Also okay, I already said my character has one dimension because he uses it for his garganta technique so is that okay? Or was it bad to say I already had one. | |
