Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.
A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

To see this man out of his countless suits is a rare sight. He has multiple suits that he wears for numerous missions or tasks at hand. He simply just can’t decide to choose one for himself, he has to different ones to fit his tastes. Robin stands at a very modest 6'1" and weighs about 145 pounds - all of it is toned muscle. This slender form is often taken as a sign of weakness by those who don't know his capabilities, but his friends and comrades know that a surprising quickness and strength hides within his frame. His black hair is cut short and kept a bit messy and that small amount of hair is barely visible under a black skull-cap with a red bulls-eye on the front. His light brown eyes are almost the same color as his tan skin, which makes them somewhat disarming should he begin to stare at someone. In both ears are a couple of piercings that he has designed himself, but the skull-cap covers all but the bottom few. The charms that show when his hat is on are mostly ornate silver rings that dangle from his lobes and lower ear.
He usually wraps a hoodie or shirt around his waist. He wears a black, sleeveless shirt that seems almost skin-tight, revealing the finely toned muscles beneath. Both of his arms are covered in tattoos. The left arm has horizontal tallies on the outside of his shoulder going down towards his elbow. The left arm has horizontal tallies on the outside of his shoulder going down towards his elbow. Each tally represents a time he had to take life for one reason or another. Currently there are seven (7) lines of ten (10) tallies each, showing a total number of seventy (70) times he had to kill. But he thinks he lost count a long time ago.

Personality: Robin Blake is a fucking walking paradox, no he’s not. One of the many dynamic things about his personality. The use of slang and free form speech, is nothing new to him. Often bending words to fit his own personal vocabulary. Profoundly into the free world way of life, and doesn’t believe ones thoughts should be subjected to societies standards. He wants money one day, but the next he claims he has no use for material things. Robin is very hard to put into simple words, doing things from what it looks like no cause or reason. But in the end most of the things he does has some sort of special meaning. But he does this without his own knowledge, believing that a higher spirit is watching over him in some shape or form, but he will frequently say that he is atheist. He has other voices in his head, that talk to him. But its not a case of multiple personality disorder, they are all his own person it’s just his way of thinking about things and situations. He ignores them sometimes, and doesn’t answer them out loud unless he really has to, or he’s alone.
In spite of everything that goes on his head, he can come off as a normal human being with average thoughts. But he doesn’t do this to trick people, he thinks all people think the way he does. He is deeply motivated by music, almost always speaking lyrics from various songs and quoting music artists. He is not shy of coming up with his own lyrics, and rhyming some of his words that he thinks sound cool. Selfish, vulgar, brash and money hungry one day, not caring for saving lives. But the next day he can be seen saving people, and not cashing checks, stealing money and giving them to the poor. Doing things that can benefit allies stopping criminals, that hurt innocents. Robin Blake is a man that not even himself knows. But he does know this “I'm on the pursuit of happiness and I know everything that shine ain't always gonna be gold. But I'll be fine once I get it, I'll be good.”
—Name: “X marks the Spot” —Specialty: Weapons Expert —Rank: C+ —Description: A marksman to its finest level, if not better than that. The self-called Dead-X has achieved a remarkable level of pin point accuracy with guns, knives and any other tool he can throw and get his hands on. He describes it comically as seeing a little x where he wants hit, and simply hitting it.
—Name: “Shinikage Midset” —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C+ —Description: The Mind-Set is a form of hypnotism that requires extreme concentration and focus. It is perhaps the most powerful and dangerous of the Shinikage secrets, granting a warrior unshakable resolve and tenacity. The Mind-Set will cause a warrior to ignore pain and fear, and has proven capable of casting off the effects of brainwashing. This is one of the hardest principles to acquire, to be able to shake off many wounds and injuries, being absent of fear and immune to brainwashing techniques. This was Robin’s first mastered principal.

Also this principal allows one to hide perfectly in any environment, without being seen nor heard not making any faint sound or unneeded movement.
—Name: “Adrenaline Junkie” —Specialty: Physical Prowess —Rank: C+ —Description: In basic sense, once someone has an adrenaline rush their heart beat speeds up and the muscles to perform at a increased rate. Robin can enter an adrenaline rush at will, increasing his heart beat and muscle performance. Allowing to perceive details and his surroundings faster, and his physical attacks will be faster and stronger. In his own set of view and feeling, things tend to slow down for him allowing much quicker reaction.

It is heavily customized with a compesator, extended magazine and ivory grips with tattoo engravings all over the body. Known for it’s lightweight versatility. It fires off .50 calib bullets and holds a total of 15 bullets because of the extended clip. —Origin: He stole it and kept it on his first assassin mission, been customizing it and calling it his own since then.

The Background
History:
Robin Blake says he comes from many different places, and often speaks of many different histories. He will say anything that matches the moment of the situation. But in truth he has never spoken of his true past and history. Robin James Blake was born to be an elite soldier and assassin, along with many others that were taken along with him. A secret faction was taking in infant babies, to start a new testing and modifying to their weapon X program. Wanting to start experiments and proper growth from a entirely young age. Robin Blake being one of them, he was taken in for the first order of the Weapon Plus program. But things didn’t go as planned, the numerous scientists didn’t want to work on babies and small children like this but they were forced to. Years would pass these kids being trained to their limits daily physically and mentally. Preparing them for numerous experiments, getting them ready for what was being called their “Destiny.”
It was about eight years when the some of the scientist wanted out of this program; they couldn’t go through with it. Some of the kids hated it here, but thought this was their life what they were supposed to do. They had no idea what the outside world was like, being contained and trapped inside a secret base since aslong as they can remember. When some of the children talked amongst each other they would make jokes on the light they saw from when they were born. When the sun light just hits your face when you come out of the womb, some would actually remember what they saw. It was a astonishing feat, to remember what your actual mother looked like. The things you saw, the light that hit them. They all treasured that one moment, when they were free and not in this hell hole. Some of the kids lost hope, believing there is no outside world there is no light beyond these doors just darkness. But Robin never saw things this way, no matter what his teachers or leader of this Weapon X program tried to beat into them. He always believed the outside world was his calling, always believed that he will find the light. He was growing to be difficult when it came to adapting to what they tried to teach him mentally, he never listened when he had to cut down his allies for sport. Never willingly stabbed an animal for cold blood. But he was amazingly talented physically, grasping styles and techniques and skills in short times at his young age. Even his marksmen skills were just superb and natural. If it wasn’t for his mouth and his defiance he would be the perfect weapon they were hoping to create.
But the scientist he worked with loved him, he wasn’t that violent to be honest. They would talk to him, and about what goes on outside and the different things that were out there. There was two doctors that he liked the most. Mr. and Mrs. Doctor James a married couple. Who spent most of their time teaching robin. Mr. James would often play music for Robin every day, getting him into many many things like hip hop, pop, R &B, soul, blues, some melo tunes, and many other styles and different artists. Something that Robin enjoyed greatly.
The night had come for the big escape plan to happen, they were going to proceed with the Weapon X program. They fought , and went on strikes but in was already decided. They were going to experiment on children to build the ultimate weapons, it was vile and disgusting. So the scientist and even some of gaurds made a escape plan something they have been working on for years. To help some of these kids escape and live somewhat of a normal life. They took all of the kids the night before the experiments were going to happen. Because they had they own ID cards, getting past doors was easy they just had to get passed some guards that weren’t for an a lot escape. Which was easy enough to do.
But once they got outside and started running, that’s when things went bad quickly. In regards to an escape they would be shot with just one warning that was all. They gave the warning and started gunning them down soon after, first the traitor guards then the scientists. Each of them screaming fro the kids run as fast as they could and not stop. Those were the last echoing words that Robin heard from Mr. &Mrs. James.
Four days had passed since then, with Robin being found in the river just floating along top of it. He was found by the of the Shinikage league. A league of assassins, that were heavily trained in all forms of combat. The leader took a interest in this boy, and got him from the river. Only to be met by a blade to his throat from Robin. He still had the training in the core of his bones, but the leader simply laughed. “Hahaha youv’e been trained quite well, but don’t you want to eat boy!” he said plopping him down. Robin removed the blade slowly, and nodded.
It was then that he met his personal master, and would call him father from time to time. His master raised him and trained him, taught him many things he would never learn in the Weapon X program and from a city society. He took on many missions, from taking out drug dealers and rich thieves who stole with buisnesses. Robin grew up in the Shinikage league, and developed many of odd ball quirks aswell. But his skill was something that could be underestimated.
