Item Power: The Chaff Grenade releases a ton of magnetized particles into the air that disable all electronics within a 10 meter radius for two posts. For some reason it also effect telepaths, making all telepathic powers useless in the area for the allotted time. Since this effects electronics, robots will have a hard time focusing for the 2 posts and end up not being able to target people accurately and motor functions will be cut to a small degree causing slower reaction times.

And the grenades I believe are B rank, since B rank is military issued stuff, but I'll need to ask Nameless about that.

I understand the sniper rifle to be higher ran but is there any way I can get a less powerful Sniper rifle? Maybe even an AR15? I hope Nameless ok's the grenades to be C rank.

I'm usually loose on weaponry, but a sniper rifle..any type of sniper rifle at C rank is too much. You could successfully just set up camp and snipe characters without any worries in the world. At higher ranks? That's okay because by that time most people will have the power to destroy cities if they wanted. At lower ranks? Nooo, it's too much. Save it for later.
