| Um...it actually shows the length of the knife...it's measured rght on the picture. 7, 8 inches. | |

| —Name:Joker Gas —Appearance:In the form of a Gas, dart, or a liquid. —Rank:C+ —Description: Joker gas is a highly potent chemical compound a mix of laughing gas and Chemical poison that causes people to laugh uncontrollably and die with a huge grin on their faces from lack of oxygen to the lungs and the chemical poison administrated with the gas. At class C it would only effect a room about 7 meters large. The duration of it lingering is 3 posts while the effect on a person is 6 posts. At 6 posts a person would die from luaghing unless they got medical help. He holds one spray up each sleeve and a spray in his flower. The spray up his wrists which are hidden by gloves are activated by a press of a button, the flower is activated by a button in his jacket . At Class C he only has 5 chemicals. The other two or small bombs that he activates with a touch and rolls in. it can also be used thrugha water system t effect a small group or as a gas through the ventilation. The spray is green on some but he can have colorless as well. —Origin: Jokers Mind.

However the point is mind for power, anyone who breathes in this chemical will lose their minds completely in three posts and become a murdering engine of destruction. The powers one has increases a hundred fold for five posts before the body destroys itself on power. A evolution would be like someone who controls storms becoming a personal natural disastor, a man who heals his body would constantly age back and forth with instantanious regeneratrion. Etc. The radius for start off is 7 meters but at S level can blanket the entire city of New York. The effects start instantly and you need someone with healing powers to cure it. A person has a one post chance to counter the effect after breathing it in or to fnd help. A person with healing powers can heal another but even someone with healing abilites just for self will be effected.
Rank C:7 meters. Rank B: City block. Rank A: Half a city. Rank S: City the size of Honk kong or New York.
Joker adds new chemicals to increase the flow with each time he upgrades the gas. Using water systems, air, even food. Just as a Gas he can release a single vile mixed with a specially made chemical to spread it out over large areas of land. —Origin: Jokers Mind.

| Add in a one post delay on the tansformation so that the people who breath it in have at least a small chance of counter acting it.
Describe the ranges at each rank and how it would be disseminated to cover the said distance at each rank.
I take it any one with healing abilities could counter this by what you stated. | |
