Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.

A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

It was just another day wasn't it? It was for a man named Jeff Randall. Waking up in his room, he looked at his wife with a wide smile. It was six AM and he had a big business meeting this day. He was just another average joe and today was nothing new. He showered, changed into his nice suit, and headed out with one last kiss to his wife. He figured he'd stop off somewhere for a quick snack. It was just another day for the average man of the hour..

Three Hours Later

A man dressed in an outfit similar to "The Red Arrow"'s was found hanging from a building, on a stake. His hands were nailed as long as his hands, resembling stigmata. His face was painted black with blood smeared over his lips that curved up into an abnormal smile. The nailed body continued to hang over the streets with the people horrified below. After sometime, the body was finally lowered to the street level where the people would be able to get a better look at it. The man that was vandalized was none other than average joe, Jeff Randall. Nailed into his hand was tape from a camera with the insignia of a smiling face.

It wouldn't take long for the news to finally begin to report what occurred. The headlines was simply "RED ARROW REVEALED?" and the news woman would begin to speak of the situation to the public watching. "Today was a sad day, as the body of Jeff Randall was found dangling high in the streets of New Jersey. His body was nailed to a cross, resembling stigmata, with a deranged smile drawn on his face with his own blood. His attire resembled the masked hero named "Red Arrow" which was accompanied by a video tape. The video may be highly offensive to viewers." And as stated, the tape began, and immediately cut to what appeared to be an abandoned warehouse. The camera was focused on three goons surrounding a man, which was Mr. Randall, nailed to the wall. He was wearing the Red Arrow outfit, and only a maniacal laughing could be heard in the background. The laughing continued as the goons parted, and a woman dressed in an all out outfit came onto the view of the screen. She walked to the man nailed to the wall and stabbed him with a katana, getting blood on the blade. Wiping a finger through the blood, she'd take it and spear it across her mask, forming an abnormal smile with it upon her 'face'. Laughing even more, she stabbed her blade into the ground and grabbed the camera, giving it a nice close up on her blood smeared mask. "I enjoy the welcoming party to New Jersey..hehe..HEAHAHAH! You're all far too kind!" The woman smacked one of her goons and forced the camera into his hands so he started to record. She walked up to the bound man dressed like the red arrow and giving a nice slow stab into his gut.

"Oh what's your name, Mister? Won't you tell little old me?..hehe..AHAHA.." Jeff on the other hand would spit blood out of his mouth, as he looked down towards the woman. "Don't look at me..Look at the camera..THE CAMERA! LOOK NOW!" Her voice raised as she twisted the blade in his gut and caused him to yell out in pain. "Jeff! My name is Jeff Randall!" The costumed woman would laugh and lean against the man while petting his chest. "Oh shh shh! It'll be alright big guy! It'll be all better soon! Tell the nice people why I have you here, Mr. Randall." She giggled as the man groaned and answered again. 'F-for no reason whatsoever! She's a crazy bitch..Please help me! Ple-" The man would be cut off by a sudden punch to the noise.

Walking back up to the camera, she'd grab it and pull it close to her mask. "I'm going to make this very clear. I came to this city to get rid of this..'Arrow'. Arrow you will go to warehouse 24 on the outskirts of town tonight at ten..ALONE. If you come with any others..people will die. Do you want to test me? kekehaha...aHAHAH!" The sound of laughter would echo through the room as the camera suddenly cut off.

The focus would be put back on the main newswoman who sat in her seat, looking rather uncomfortable. "..Will Arrow give himself up for the city..or let others..die..? I-in other news.."


Later that night in the warehouse..

A goon stood watch at the entrance of the warehouse which had no windows or any other entrances. Inside, boxes lined the walls, while in the center, two goons stood with pipes surrounding a young woman tied to a chair with a bag over her head and an outfit similar to Red Arrow's aswell.

Akuma would simply be walking around, slightly bobbing up and down as he did, singing a song in his head. He didn't have any headphones in, nor a boombox, he was simply humming away, walking around with his dark colored jacket on. He usually hated wearing a shirt, and he wasn't today, but a jacket was at least needed if he wanted to go into a corner store and buy a soda or something of the sort. As he was walking down the slightly busy streets, he noticed a large group of people huddling around something. The curious man that he was, he shoved people aside, until he looked on a dead body. He only caught the back half of the message on the camera, about how an evil doer was hunting someone called The Arrow, obviously a super hero archer or something like that, but he didn't really care. He cared about the part where whoever this was was going to kill more people if he didn't surrender. People were talking about how he should just give himself up, but then what would stop the person from asking for other people? More and more would fall, and there would be no one left to defend the people.

Well, Akuma wouldn't have any of this, so he rushed off to the warehouse district, to find this culprit and bring them to justice, or at least try to rescue some people. He steeled himself, as they were hostages, and if he couldn't save them, he would have to live with his actions, but he was okay with that, as long as he could try and do some good. As he approached the warehouse district, he noticed some random people standing outside the one that was marked. Well, hopefully this would be simple, they didn't look too smart, nor did they seem to have any weapons on them. Akuma didn't know there were two more in the building with metal pipes, but he would rush in like usual. Akuma hid behind a wall around twenty feet from the door of the place, and started to scout out the area. They were just goons, so they weren't paying extreme attention, so Akuma might be able to get a favorable position in the eventual fight if he was quick. Akuma quickly ran towards them, jutting quickly out of his hiding place.

Once he got close to the other one, which would have most likely noticed him, he would simply kick out the goon's left leg, and then smash his forearm into his chest, sending him roughly into the floor. The other one would take wind and throw a punch, in which Akuma would block it by pulling up his other forearm, and then grabbed the man's arm at the shoulder. A swift pull would force the man closer, in which Akuma would rise a knee into his gut, sending him to the floor as well. Akuma would then walk inside, pulling lightly at the hems of his jacket, simply for flair.

The man had easily dispatched the guards outside, and all that could be heard was the grunts of combat. This made the two goons with pipes up their guard as the man made his way into the warehouse. One would narrow their eyes at the man, before pointing a pipe towards his head. "Who the hell are you? We asked for the Arrow!..Unless, you're Arrow out of costume? You got some nerve. You're lucky the boss wants you ALIVE!" The men would wait until the man was completely in the warehouse, and atleast 15 feet from the entrance before engaging him. The first grunt would run up to the man and bring the pipe down onto his face while slightly turning his body. It made him a smaller target while still putting enough force behind the pipe to put him down. Meanwhile, the other grunt would raise the pipe behind the female's head and hold it in place, ready to knock her head into various pieces with one blow. 'Don't do ANYTHING. You will stand there and take this beating. How did you think this was going to end, Arrow? Did you think you were going to walk in here and we were gonna hand her over to you?' The grunt laughed out loud. 'We're not here to kill you, but we are delivering a message. Starting with you. After our many years of expertise, our boss gave us a clear picture of what you 'heroes' are. You're not complicated at all: you're all the same. You have rules you don't break. And if you do break them, the people who loved you before, will turn on you. Ever hear the sayings 'Die a Hero or live long enough to see yourself turn into the villain? How long do you think people will praise you for your work?' Giggles escaped the goons lips as he talked, but he kept his arm steady and ready to crack the female's head open. 'With heroes you force criminals, like myself, to turn to people we couldn't comprehend in total desperation. In my specific case, the boss I turned to doesn't have motives. They do this..for sport. Just because she can. She has no rules like you heroes..and in the end, that will make her more of a threat than all of you.' As the man spoke, the sound of tears came from the woman tied to the chair. The speech did nothing but frighten her more.

Who the hell are you? This phrase would spark something within Akuma, as he was one of the most arrogant and hotheaded heroes on the earth at this moment. He would simply lower his head slightly, and smirk towards the goon who was talking. He was saying something about the arrow, and they assumed Akuma was him, without a costume. Well, this wouldn't do, as he wasn't arrow. He had a set of codes that he wouldn't break, but that in itself was a strange sentence. Akuma would allow the thug to finish, but when the first thug lifted up the pipe to strike him in the head, Akuma would take it, and simply look up and smirk. The slight amount of blood running down his forehead now was the only indication he had actually been hurt, because not even his body language changed. He was tougher than most, and the goons would obviously be shocked that he barely even moved. "Hey dumbass, clear the wax out of your ears, and remember this! I am the epitome of manliness, and the beacon of strength. Those who speak of the mighty warrior Akuma, that bested thousands of villains, and thousands of his rivals without breaking a sweat, are talking about me! My only sense of code is to throw logic out the window and do the impossible!"

Akuma would swiftly knee the goon in front of him, grab the pipe, and then hurl it towards the goon that was no doubt confused about such a speech. Even if he wasn't, if he didn't want a metal pipe to the neck, he would have to abandon his movement to smash the girl, and Akuma would swiftly rush towards him. Akuma would reach him just as he recovered from blocking the pipe that was thrown at him, but it was far too late for him to threaten the person anymore. Akuma would punch the person in the stomach, supporting his collapsed body with his fist, before swiftly sending another blow into his stomach with the other fist. "Take this! And this! And this! Those who threaten the innocent will know the power of the Mighty Akuma!" One final uppercut to the jaw would send the already knocked out goon to the floor, and the other that was simply feeling a lot of pain, simply limped off. Kamina would swiftly pull the hood off of the woman, or down, and smile towards her. It was time that she recognized her hero.

This was pretty impressive. Somehow the hero still won, even though such odds were against him. The two goons were taken care of, and he even made it to the girl. As he removed the bag he would see a blond woman with tape firmly over her mouth. Beneath the tape was a small contusion that couldn't be identified unless the tape was actually removed. The man seemed to ignore the boxes that lined the room, which was great, because in the box closest to the door, a certain mastermind was waiting for her time to move. The time was when the goons were defeated and the male actually made it to girl. Holding a switch in her hand, she'd press the button and cause the front doors of the warehouse to lock with a mechanical click. Soon after, the lights would suddenly go out and cause the warehouse to fall into pitch black. That was the benefit of leading someone out at night. If they didn't have the proper tools, they were a sitting duck. And this "hero" was certainly the duck. This was simple tactics taught to the psycho Jester in her previous life under the Band of Assassins. When the lights went out, the clown came out to play from her hiding box. With her infrared mask on, she could see both targets body heat, and thus could see them easily. In one hand was a pistol, and the other a small cologne bottle. With a maniacal grin on her face, she'd beamed the glass towards their location, causing it to burst beneath their feet. The woman in the chair was tied, so the man would need to move fast to get her out the way..Though, he'd need to know of the glass in the first place. And with the darkness, it was practically invisible to everyone. There was not a hint of light. With more than twenty feet between them, the games would begin.


"Oh hero, you're sooo amazing! Rushing in here and saving the poor damsel in distress!" The girl spoke in a giggling tone, knowing she gave up the general location she was in, but she soon began to tip toe away just to lose track of them again. "Mighty Akuma huh? More like lame brain to me! Falling right into a trap..Hahah! Once I'm done, I'm going to draw a big smile on your face with your own blood and guts!" She would suddenly change directions after her last sentence. A normal human would probably calculate that she was moving, and would follow her voice to try to get a bead on her. So if she suddenly mix up her advance, then they would most likely think she was still on that side. So slowly she circled around the hero's left instead of his right, with a hand on her utility belt, and another still on her pistol's trigger. She had just entered a radius of 8 meters, yet not 7, and continued to circle to his backside while watching him closely..getting ready to strike.

As Akuma beat the hell out of the goon, he took off the hood to reveal a blonde, that had duck tape over her mouth. There was something there, but he couldn't tell soon enough, because suddenly the lights went out. Akuma looked around, and then heard the voice of a girl, saying that he was a lame brain that fell right into a trap. "Trap? I've got you right where I want you!" Akuma let out a chuckle, and he sounded completely confident and serious about his sentence, as he close his eyes and focused on sound. He grabbed the woman and the chair, not moving quite yet, but simply listened, when he heard the slight whistle of something flying through the air. He got tense and put pressure on the chair, getting ready to lift it up and run backwards should anything be coming their way. Then, glass shattered, and Akuma quickly started to walk backwards with the girl and the chair in his arms. He was coughing, as he accidentally inhaled some of the stuff. "Poison? No, it's more like pepper spray or something, but it was in a glass container." Akuma wondered in his head, backing up farther and farther until he could breathe clearly. Although his eyes and nose were a bit red and puffy, he wasn't using them anyways, so he simply let out long steady breaths, in case she had more of the gas.

The girl was behind him, on his back sort of, so she didn't get a very large dose of the gas, just enough to let out a few quick coughs before settling. Akuma was thinking how to go about the situation, and he got an idea. He got a pretty good layout of the warehouse when he first arrived, and he noted that he heard the door close, and probably lock, but there weren't really any other exits that he could see. He knew there were a bunch of boxes around, and he would have to figure out a way to use them. He moved with the girl over to the corner of some boxes, he couldn't see them, but he felt them when he walked into one. He then moved a nearby large box in front of her, so that she wouldn't be harmed should someone try to throw the teargas near her, unless they had a good arm and could get it over the box. It wasn't a good plan, but Akuma didn't need good plans, he had fighting spirit. He then remembered in which general direction the girl was, and climbed up some of the boxes. He looked where he thought he heard her from originally, but decided to just say forget it, and started pushing over boxes near the top of the larger stacks.

This would send the heavy boxes avalanching down, and strike the door of the building. The boxes were definitely not going to break through the door, but that wasn't his plan. More and more boxes would be toppled over into the door, sealing it shut. This would look like the idea of a crazy person, as being locked in with someone who could see in the dark when you couldn't was just dumb. But Akuma was a type of person who could last a long while without any sleep, food, or water because of his training. Eventually she would have to either open the door, in which Akuma would attempt to escape, or she would have to hunt them down, in which Akuma would have a chance of winning. The tear gas could only do so much before it was either gone or rendered useless.

The man was an odd one, that was for sure. He was too focused on knocking over boxes, which covered her sound allowing her to move to his backside easier, than locating her. As he was pressing over another stack of boxes to cover the door, the Jester was behind him, pointing a gun to the back of his right leg and pulling the trigger. The shot would come out true, mixing in with the sound of crashing boxes, yet still echoing through the warehouse. She attempted to shoot out his knee cap to stop him from moving around so much. With her aim, training, and current distance, it would be an easy target to hit. And with him so preoccupied with playing the Donkey Kong route, and pushing stuff over, would he expect a sudden bullet piercing his leg from behind? Of course, Jesteria was not going for the kill here. She was simply passing a message to all heroes, using him as the first example. By the end of this night, he would be put on a stake hanging from the streets of New Jersey with a blood drenched smile across his face. Alive and traumatized. She'd take his high and mighty talk and drag him down to her level. The level of a maniac. "Oh how the mighty will fall by the end of this night! HehehE HAHAHAH! HAHAHAH!" Her maniacal laughs would echo through the warehouse as she went to shoot his other leg and removed her smaller blade from its sheath on her belt. "Tell me, Mister Hero. When I finally break you, will you beg for mercy? They say in someone's final moments they show their true colors. I wonder if you're a coward..heheh.." Keeping a distance of 8 meters, she made sure to watch his body with the utmost importance. It was going to be a loooong night of fun.

Akuma was pushing stuff over, and suddenly he felt a sharp pain from behind him, right after a loud bang. The bullet went straight through, but luckily didn't shatter his kneecap because he was a little more durable than most. It would heal, later, and for now it wasn't a completely useless limb, but it wasn't anywhere near good working condition, but at least his kneecap wasn't completely shut down. Akuma gritted his teeth, as the woman said how the mighty will fall. A light chuckle escaped Akuma's lips, as he knelt down. This kneel looked like it was because of the shot in his knee, but he was slowly grabbing a box. He was much stronger, and the slight anger that was building because the woman used a gun, from behind, was building. He knew the area that she shot from, if she didn't move, which she didn't, and Akuma suddenly burst out, throwing the large box towards her with tremendous strength. "Don't underestimate me!" The box would either smash into her unexpectedly, causing some serious damage, or she would evade out of the way, and because of this, Akuma was stressing his ears. He had become accustomed to his eyes closed, making his ears a bit more focused, so he would know which way she dodged, and would go on her. She had a gun, but he was ready for that now.

He was going to hurt her very bad, but he wouldn't take her to the police station. Justice needed to be dealt, and people like this always figured out a way to break out. No, he would simply beat her up so bad that she wouldn't be able to fight anymore. Would be difficult to hop around quietly in a wheelchair. Akuma simply tensed up his muscles, making sure to only slightly tense up the knee that was shot, as it was already pulsing with pain.

She heard the chuckle come from the man's lips as he knelt down and began to reach for another box. Keeping the gun aimed, she was ready to fire at a moment's notice. That moment came faster than she expected, as the box was sent her way. Being so small already, and the fact the man couldn't exactly see her for precise aim, all she needed to do was duck down (never really said how high the box was from the ground). The box went over head and out of the way with ease, as she fired another shot into his other uninjured kneecap with precise aim. The box he had thrown had shot completely over her and instead crushed the young woman that was still stuck in the chair who he previously put behind him. And if he was smart, he would have known that if the shot came from directly behind him, that meant the woman in the chair was behind the attacker, as he put the woman in the chair behind him much earlier before his box adventures. Either way, the Jester girl would begin giggling once more. "Some hero you're supposed to be. Heeheh..You're new to this gig aren't you, little man? I expected more." Jesteria had began to walk a eight meter radius around the downed man as she made her way to the last stack of boxes. With the gun shot from before being fired off, and the man focusing solely on his hearing, he surely would be suffering from a white noise effect from the closed environment and sudden intense noise. Bumping a hip into the stack of boxes, they would fall down towards the hero and land on him with force if he couldn't move in time. Not ending her assault, the girl tossed another bottle of pepper clouds right on top of him, causing the fumes to spread once more. One would think she was cruel for all this, but that came with the job of being a villain. And she was a villain..that went without saying.

It seemed that the darkness was hindering Akuma more than he expected, as he missed the box and it crashed somewhere else with a thud. The woman said some hero he was, and he wasn't even focused on the girl at this point, so he didn't really care nor know what she was talking about. But, this opened up a new idea. She toppled over a box, which smashed against his back, and then toppled to the ground. He was on a box, so the box seemed to crack a bit, but that was fine it seemed. She had taken out his other kneecap already, and he was barely able to stand, so he simply didn't. He decided to save his chances of moving around until he extremely needed it. She threw another of her tear gas things, and Akuma quickly grabbed the glass shards and as much as the quickly dissolving liquid as he could. He then threw it properly, lower, and towards where the boxes came from. The liquid would no doubt get on her, even a little, and give her a taste of her own medicine. He wouldn't say anything, simply start coughing a bit as his nose would flare up even more from last time. His throat was burning, and he quickly backed up, and fell off the box, landing on the floor. He was bleeding quite a bit, but he could live through that. He simply started to calm down, and this induced his healing factor. The wounds on his legs would start to close, although thermal vision granted almost no definition on target, meaning she couldn't really see it.

Akuma would enjoy the pain a bit, as it meant that he was alive. He had dragged himself out of the cloud of stuff, but he nose was swelled up, although that was slightly healing as they spoke. His eyes were already puffy, but they started to heal as well. She would be surprised to know that in a little bit, he would be able to see, if of course the lights came back on. He wished he could see, he would find a light switch and turn it on for her, then again, he didn't really know if she could naturally see in the dark, which is why she dimmed the lights in the first place. Those large guns were also a problem, because if she had to be in melee range, it would be a lot easier to counter, but instead, she had range on her side, quite a bit. Akuma was also a bit dazed from the gunshot, but his hearing started to stabilize as well. He would need to put his motto to the test. He was still not discouraged at all, which was strange for a person in his predicament, especially. Akuma simply cracked his knuckles, and waited. He would actually need to formulate a strategy, but still not yet. He was on the ropes, but even then, it was fine. He thought he might as well let her have her fun, whatever it might be.

This man was getting more and more annoying by the second! Why didn't he just stay down like a good little boy? No, instead he was reaching around and grabbing the shards from the small cologne glass she had just thrown. He cocked his hand back to throw them, and in her act of desperation, she jumped into the air and landed on a box a few feet to the right. The shards would shoot straight into the said box she had landed on, and she'd point her gun towards the man once again. It was funny. He dragged himself out of the fumes, which spread out to 7 meters. This put him a few feet right below her, and at point blank range, seeing how she was eight meters out. She wasn't sure if he did this on purpose or not, but he basically set himself up, now did he? Without hesitation, she'd fire six shots back to back. One in each bicep and forearm, and one each in each leg. From his point of view, he could probably see the flashing from the guns firing, and all he'd see was a white painted face with a deranged smile spread across it. The amount of blood loss he'd be suffering from would surely start to take its toll after some time. Her laughing would echo throughout the room as she removed herself from the box and did a small shuffles several meters back towards the woman that was crushed by his previous actions. Grabbing the dead woman, the Jester would pull her by the hair and toss her onto the ground. The gun would remain pointed at the hero, as the female would rip the tape off the woman's mouth and reveal a small putty like object within her mouth. Removing it from her mouth, she'd take the woman's own blood and smear a quick deranged smile onto her face. With the remaining blood on her hands, Jesteria would smear a large blood soaked smile onto her face aswell. "Mmm..How it should be..Hehehe..krkrAKAKAHAHAH!" Her sick laughs would echo through the room as she slid her hand on the back wall and hit the switch to turn the lights back on. With this done, the infrared was deactivated, and she blow a kiss towards the blue haired hero. "Wow, that looks like it really hurts!" The girl said with a sarcastic giggly tone. "It's been a fun night, but it's time to end it. This little girl needs her beauty sleep. I hope you don't mind..hehe." The maniacal smile remained across her face like usual. Reaching into her utility belt with her left hand, she'd remove what appeared to be a small digital camera. Facing it towards the broken hero, she'd begin to press record slowly.

More shots fired. That gun was getting rather annoying, but it was something he would simply have to deal with until he could make his move. He could have used his chi as a shield, but the initial wounds were fine and stopped bleeding, and now there were 6 new holes in him. They would soon stop bleeding as well, but he would simply need to bide his time it seemed. The pain was rather debilitating, but his will kept the smirk on his face. The lights were turned back on, and his eyes started to come down from the healing, and he could sort of see again, although it would initially blind him a bit, hurting his eyes. He took a deep breath, and simply stared at the woman, remembering her features distinctly. He would have to remember her, as she was the toughest person he'd faced so far, and it was nothing but wit, night vision goggles, and a gun. He was supposed to be a hero, but he couldn't even defeat a crazed woman with a gun.

Then again, the more he thought about it, the more it pieced together. She was most likely trained to defeat super beings, as she was waiting for a hero called the arrow to pop up. Some sort of archer no doubt, she set it up so she could defeat him at range, and so without range, it was mostly child's play for her. Akuma's will would allow him to survive, however, as he would definitely come out of this alive. There were two more bullet holes in his legs, but he could still move them, which was good. The blood leaking out of his arms and legs would note blood loss, but he was replenishing his blood slightly do to his healing, although he was getting a bit dizzy. The woman then pulled what Akuma thought was plastic explosive out of the woman's mouth, and then drew a blood smile across her face. So, even if he were to save the woman, she would have died anyways. Not as relieving as he had thought it would be, but again, he was simply going to play this out.

The woman let out a maniacal laugh, before looking towards Akuma, commenting on how his wounds must have hurt. Akuma lifted his head up towards her, and allowed his full set of teeth to show in a wild smile. "I'm not that weak." Akuma would let out, not in a yell like previously, simply because unfortunately, he was on the ropes. However, it appeared that he could barely move, and she moved on to fiddling with a camera, probably trying to send more of a message to the arrow, wherever that guy was. Not even man enough to try and save someone, this arrow person sounded like a weak little man. Walking into a trap wasn't smart, but not even trying to save someone when they were most likely going to die was far worse.

The camera turned on and the recording began. The first words that would be recorded would be "Get evening ladies and gentlemeeeen. I have a special TV program just for all you lucky people out there. I'm sure you got my message in the center of the streets..You see, I called Arrow out here, and gave you my word that I would kill if he didn't show up. Weeell.." The camera would suddenly be shifted to look down on the dead woman with a wide blood soaked grin on her face that curled into a smile. "He didn't, and I'm a girl of my wooooord. HehekrAHAAAAAAAAAAAHAH!" Her laughs echoed as the camera zoomed in on the dead woman's deranged smile across her pale face. The giggles died down slightly, as the camera focused on the blue haired hero. "Oh but that didn't mean a hero didn't show up. No, a hero did show up tonight..and failed to save the woman, and now himself. The 'Mighty Akuma' he called himself. Such a cute kid..hehehe..He learned this wasn't a game of cops and robbers the hard way. I mean look at him..Ouch, doesn't that look like it hurts! Here's a game for all you little kids out there..Hehe..Let's count how many bullet holes we put through him together!" Zooming in on the hero, the girl would start to count outloud. "One bullet hole. Two bullet holes. Three bullet holes..Four..Five..Six..Seven..Eight. Eight Bullet holes AH AH AH!" She mimicked Count Dracula from Sesame Street with giggles before she suddenly turned the camera so it was close up on her face. "I warned you all. And I'll give you one last one, before I send this city down to its knees. All heroes are to turn themselves into the authorities and unmask themselves; or I'll come for you..and more people will die in my wake. No matter who you are, you'll fail to save the people you care about..You'll fail, and you'll die...Like so..heheh.." Turning the camera and putting it in her mouth and faced towards the hero, the Jester would removed a portable torch from her utility belt. Pointing it toward a pile of dried wood created from the hothead smashing boxes every where, she'd begin to burn it. Slowly the flame would go from small, to medium, and begin to travel across the piles of wood that over layed themselves and spread across the warehouse. Skipping around the man in a 5 meter radius, she'd keep the gun pointed on him as she made her way to the original area where he dropped the goons. Kicking on in the side, she'd spit the camera down ontop of him, as he groaned. "GET UP! It's time for us to blow this Popsicle stand! If you don't get up right now, this next bullet is going in YOUR head instead!"

She didn't have to tell him twice, as the goon picked himself up and looked at the downed hero. Yelling over to his partner, he'd take the camera in his hand. The other clown wouldn't move..Apparently he was down for the count. The goon wanted to go over and get him, but the clicking of a barrel could be heard in his ear. "We're leaving. If you want to keep your head, you'd come too." With that said, the clown girl and clown back peddled to the door. The flames caught the box that blocked the said door, and the girl would order her goon to break it out the way. So using his shoulder, he'd slam into the box and few times and finally break it into pieces. She, on the other hand, would have made it to the switch on the wall and pressed the button. The door unlocked, and the goon pulled it open with force, running outside. Jesteria was right on his tail, shooting the switch behind her and slipping out. The door would close and lock behind her, leaving the hero to his fate.

Outside the clowns would regroup with the man who had woken up outside the locked warehouse. 'Where's Hardey?" He asked about the goon they left. "Dead like you will be if we don't get out of here. Now let's move it!" The team ran as the goon recorded the warehouse the was most likely filled with smoke making it hard to breath. Running to a manhole, the group would remove the lid and slide down inside of it and into the sewers. The last member would close the top, and the group would be on their way away from the scene of the crime.

Akuma would simply smile at the camera, and the look in his eyes were not that of a broken man, but that of a person still willing to fight. It seemed that the girl was done, and simply started torching the place. The piles of boxes didn't help either, but Akuma simply sat there, keeping his stare locked on the girl. Something was a bit unsettling about his smile towards her, as it seemed as though he wasn't phased at all about the bullets, but he was. He was simply thinking about how he had failed his first act as a hero, and that he would need to be a lot better. He let someone die, and he could do nothing to stop it, however, this would not go unpunished. Akuma took a deep breath, and wobbled to his feet. He dragged himself over to the dead woman, and then took off some bandages that he used to tie around his waist. He used them to wipe off the blood from her mouth.

He picked her up, and put her on his back, tying her to him so that he could get her body out of there. He then shuffled over to the door, using the excess bandages to cover his mouth, so that he could breathe a bit easier in the smoke. He would go to where the doors connected, and then pulled back his fist. He put all the power he could muster with his wounded arms, and started forcing heavy amounts of chi into his fists, smashing into the door with great strength, sending bursts of chi into it. He could dent the metal, as it wasn't high grade or anything of the sort, so in a few punches, there was a dented gap wide enough for him to get out with the woman on his back.

He stumbled out of the building, and fell on his face. He was pretty banged up, and he wondered why the girl didn't simply kill him, but he chalked that up to her being sick and twisted. After dragging himself away from the burning building, and making sure the woman was nowhere to be found, he looked around. He could hear sirens, and he needed to act quickly. He untied the woman from his back and patted her down, making sure her body didn't get harmed by the fire. A deep sigh escaped Akuma's lips, as he looked at the dead woman. He would need to be a better man, so this would never happen again. He placed a hand over her eyes and closed them, then folder her arms onto her chest. She looked peaceful, and then Akuma simply limped off to his home.

The next day, the recording of the night would be sent to the News network with the return address of the warehouse. Later in that same day, the video was played world wide, showing the message, the madness, and the torture that came with the woman's threats. This was only the beginning. The Jester listened to the program on an old radio in an abandoned warehouse with a large smile. Having no past, she wasn't worried about anyone being able to identify her. She had no identity, and all her clothes were custom made. However, she knew with her new publicity, people would be looking for her. Not just heroes, but her old 'family' aswell. She welcomed the challenge. Who knew being a bad girl could feel so good? The Assassins told her she was too out of control, but in a world that couldn't even control itself, was that so wrong? The psychotic girl began to laugh out loud with no signs of stopping, as her goons sat a table a several feet behind her, playing cards with an empty seat. The seat belonged to the goon that was left to die in the warehouse. The men were more frightened of the woman than ever before. She seemed to have no mercy when it came to hindrances to her cause. Unlike heroes that had a limit to where they would go, she seemed to abolish all those limits and create her own. One couldn't help but wonder if she was making this up as she went along, or if she had some dastardly plan some where within that skull of hers.

Cruising on his motorbike back to New Jersey was exactly what Arrow was doing.. He heard reports that New Jersey was under attack and him just getting back from Africa wasn't doing anyone any justice.. Anyway his bike wasn't having any problem moving around with the lack of traffic as if people were avoiding jersey or something. Arrow was feeling a weird as his bikes phone was tweaking out like someone was calling him. Arrow would answer it and hear Toxics voice.. It was Vick. The hell did she want? Arrow would start listening "Donny.. You might wanna get out of dodge now. S.H.I.E.L.D will do all they can to clear your name but as for now stay out of new jersey. I repeat stay out of New Jersey. Im not saying this because they told me to Donny im saying this because I care..." Message over. Arrow was a little weirded out by what he just heard from Vick. He was not catching on to what happened.. Something was obviously wrong so Arrow decided to take the direct approach. He would get off his bike and start walking around the empty streets and hear occasional noise but realize it was either a cat or a pack of rats running. Either way they weren't important. Soon Arrow would see a little girl poking her head out an ally way and Arrow would start walking towards her before hearing a voice "Don't you go near my baby girl!. its your fault we are in this mess to begin with.. You people think you are heroes... YOUR NOT! YOU DONT HELP US. YOU HURT US. YOU BRING YOUR BOWS AND YOUR ARROWS AND YOU JUST BRING ATTENTION. YOU MAKE PEOPLE COME HERE.. JUST STAY AWAY." Arrow extended his hand out and the little girl ran behind her father who just pushed Arrow out the way.. Arrow just looked on in shock as he continued to walk backwards and soon more and more people would come out and surround him. They were all scared and confused from the looks of it. Arrow screamed "Whats wrong with you all!" A guy would then scream out "You leave us for two weeks and we get attacked by a mad woman who claims she wants your head arrow. We don't have anything against you but she said if you don't turn yourself in more innocent people will be killed.. Not even the cops can stop her. Arrow just help us out here man." Arrow would just look on in more confusion before replying.. "No no no. Either way this person is coming back. You don't realize that?" After those words the mob of people all started shoving Arrow in different directions until he screamed "ENOUGH! YOU PEOPLE WANT ME GONE. I'LL TURN MYSELF IN" With that said the mob opened up and two cops where standing right there ready to make the arrest. Arrow put his hands behind his back and the cops put the cuffs on him.. They would proceed to speak "“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?” " With those words spoken Arrow replied "No" After he said that one cop began removing his quiver, his bow, his guns , his knife, his bombs, and his lightsabers. They then spoke "If it wasn't for what you did for Jersey in the past we would unmask you here but we won't. Consider this a favor." Arrow just nodded as the two cops escorted him to the police van and put him in the back with reinforced metal doors and walls.. This was it. Arrow was going to jail.
