Appearance:
As a man of odd tastes, Prinny Mask has a tendency to wear a blue hood and yellow visor combo that hides his eyes from his enemies. As for the rest of his clothing, he wears a odd set of clothing that is difficult to describe, so for reference here is a picture for you.

As for his body build, he is a strongly built man, known for working out everyday of the week he can, he is known for being able to leap directly ten feet into the air, jumping large gaps, and even being able to run as fast as a Marathon runner. His hair has been hidden in his hood, but when his hood is removed, his hair is a silver color, and his eyes are a green color. As for his facial structure, he has a facial structure similar to an Asian in some ways, but the cheekbones and eyes of an anime styled character. Everything in short, is wierd about him, from his white boots, to his signature shovel.
Personality:
Bravery or stupidity?
His name, is Prinny Mask, and his Bravery knows no bounds by any stretch of the imagination. His skills in life, to battles, to minor chores, he does them all with such extreme ability, that he seems obsessive in his work. Now, there is also the fact, that he seems to have not a single fear in his body. His eyes so full of confidence, it inspires his allies, even when the odds seem hopeless. As well as this, he will gladly lead his allies into battle, and has a tendency to do anything he can to protect his allies.
As a side not, Prinny Mask, loves to party, as did all people from his time, but he is also a terrifying man when he is serious, and will take the time to hack down an enemy on first sight if they are who he is intended to fight.

—Description:As a man of Leadership, of Weapon Skills, and of Physical Prowess, he has the power that if he ever "BroFists" someone, he and that single person for the rest of the topic, will gain in overall speed equal to an increase of 10%/20%/40%/75%. However, in order for this to work, the person he bro fists, has to have at least one trait in common with him. This happens due to the hseer awesomeness that he and his "bro" share, their adrenal glands seeming to get pumped for the battle, activating the body's ability to defy it's normal limits.

—Description:Should two equal forces of power meet in an attack, Prinny mask has been known to come through everytime with the seemingly inhuman ability to be able to strike an attack coming at him with such force, he manages to deflect the attack, and get his attack in. An example of this is if him and his opponent's fist clash, if they are equal or lower rank to him, his body's adrenaline kicks in, and he will likely shatter the bones in their hand, and continue striking his opponent. This is what he has called "The Power of Bravery". (This skill MUST be equal to his rank, or it is useless, meaning he has to train it every rank).

—Description:As Prinny mask has taken to trying to be the best leader he can be, he has often taken time to practice his keen awareness of the "wrongness" that is, when something bad is about to happen, he has a fast reaction time to it, but only if his mind is not previously occupied.

—Appearance:It looks to be an ordinary Shovel, the shaft is four feet long, the blade is pointed and two feet long, and a common shovel handle on the other end.

—Description:C Rank- This Shovel appears to be an Indestructible shovel, but aside from that, it has no other skills as of the current time.
B Rank- This shovel seems to have gained an adrenaline activating power, that allows the user a 10% boost in all his Parameters
A Rank- At A rank, the Shovel changes to have a technological look to it as it enhances, and seems to have a sensor technology that makes it feel like tons to anyone but Prinny Mask, who is now able to throw his Shovel as a boomerang.
S Rank- At S rank, this weapon has the devastating ability once a battle to overturn all the earth for miles around him, shaking the earth, toppling buildings, and shattering the hopes of survival for his enemies.
—Origin:Found in the ruins of an old forgotten city, long since past...ok, so it's a shovel he managed to get enhanced by a random mutant street vendor who had the power to make items indestructible. Or is it? Prinny Mask has stated that this weapon has secret technology from the future within it, that would one day be activated to wipe away his enemies.

—Appearance:The outfit that never seems to leave Prinny Masks' body

—Description:C Rank- This armor is a bulletproof armor that is lightweight enough for him to move quickly, and the material is flexible as well, and the cape is capable of going to a semi solid state allowing him to glide through an area.
B Rank- This armor allows the wearer to activate it's enhancement parameters, and allows them to increase by 10%
A Rank- At A rank, his armor would protect him from a building falling on top of him, and prevents him from catching fire. Along with granting him six posts of super strength per battle, where he is capable of lifting a mac truck and throwing it without much effort.
S Rank- Fianlly, as S rank this suit has a light forcefield coming in front of his face, in order to protect his mouth and nose from damage. This armor in addition extends the ability to use the A rank super strength, and allows the user to be able to stop a Jumbo jet in mid flight with his strength, but only for three turns. At S rank the armor has a self perpetuating oxygen supply allowing him to breath underwater or in space.

The Background

History:
The Legend of the Great Prinny Mask.
Born in the year Three Thousand Ninety Seven, several Galaxies away, Humans and creatures known as Prinnies came to live in harmony, the Planet was known as Terra Omega, but it turned to seem that they found out their sister planet, had been Assaulted in the past, however, by the time the message reached them, time and technology had advanced so much, time change and light travel was possible. When the time came to decide who it was to travel through space and time to alter the course of history, Prinny Mask Stepped forward. He, being the ambassador of the Prinny, Human negotiations, he decided he should be the one to save the past world, and as well as making human's aware of the Prinnies living on Terra Omega. So with a smile, the man that was known as the Prinny Messiah. On his trip to the stars, he was given a spcial shovel, and he tested it's power, when he did, the shovel shook the surrounding earth, and without anyone knowing, accidently tampered with the time machine in the shuttlecraft.
The day that Prinny Mask went into the Shuttle craft, was a bright sunny day, but when he entered the craft, he felt a shift in his body, his sense of bad things to come tingled, but the door seemed to lock shut due to a malfunction. The machine span and span and span all about him, and next thing he knew, he was on earth, crashed outside of a small city of Colorado, and seemed to be without some of his energy, the interstellar and time travel drained his body, not to mention the spacial travel seemed to neglect the fact, that he needed a anti gravibelt, as the weight on earth was twice as strong as the weight on Terra Omega.
So for the time being, it seemed, he was without energy, his shuttle was gone, and his shovel seemed to have lost some of it's touch, he would need to be able to travel across the globe of this planet, and accustom himself to it's people. But it seems, he has a bit too ridiculousness in him, as the planet of Terra Omega, was almost always either Warfare, or Partying!
