The Daily Bugle

Senator Hines has revealed how mutants will be handled: Sentinels.

A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Most of these are essentially stolen from Nameless, who provided the Powers from which these spring:
Name: Night Inducement
Rank:C+
Power: DarkForce Manipulation
Description: The user instantly creates a 35 meter per level area of darkness that absorbs light. Energy based attacks within the darkness lose 25% of their power per rank of the ability. The darkness is supernatural and rays of the sun cannot pierce it neither can any outside form of illumination or vision(unless it is of a superior level). Energy based attacks still work but are weakened while being fired within the darkness. The area is completely dark and one could not see their hand in front of their face when this power is activated. Darkness lasts 4 user posts per rank with a cool down of 3 posts.

Name: Dark Adaptation
Rank:C+
Power: DarkForce Manipulation
Description:Power to adapt to darkness to benefit the user. The user is able to better operate in dark environments (especially nighttime conditions), with a circadian cycle programmed for nighttime activity, heightened senses(that of a wold or canine) to compensate the absence of light, and darker coloration to match the environment. The user gains a sixth sense in the darkness able to "feel" the presence of those in the dark(30 yards per rank). The users speed, reflexes and strength increase per rank while in complete darkness. Speed(+25/100/300/400mph), Strength(+900/1800/3000/4000lbs), reflexes x2 per rank.

Name: Explosive DarkForce Constructs
Rank:C+
Power: DarkForce Manipulation
Description:The user can create and launch explosive Darkforce constructs that have various yields, ranging from small explosions to near-nuclear blasts(At S-Rank). These constructs are composed of the zero/Negative Darkforce energy and upon impact or the user's discretion (the user may choose) the construct will explode with darkforce energy. At C-rank the explosion is roughly 20 yards, at B-rank this is amplified to 40 yards, At A-rank this increases to 100 yards and at S-rank it can easily level a city block. Explosions can be controlled to deliver a more compact yet potent result. At A-rank and above the user can turn normal Darkforce constructs into explosives.

Name: Semi Immortality
Rank:C+
Power: Demon Physiology
Description: Although the user still experiences pain and injuries/wounds that would normally kill an individual will result in the user becoming in a state of suspended animation until injuries are tended upon, but their body will never rot, age or grow old. The possessor will stay young forever. However if the user is beheaded, heart is removed, or destruction of his entire body he will succumb to final death. The user can delay neutralize poisons below the abilities rank and cut the effects of those the same rank by 50%. Those above the abilities rank work normally.

Name: Survivability
Rank:C+
Power: Demon Physiology
Description: The user can survive the harshest conditions. At C-rank the user cannot die from lack of food, water, or oxygen (does not need to breathe at all). At B-rank the user may not be affected from extreme heat, cold, and diseases (they can still be effected by fire or frozen however and if diseases are from an ability or weapon they are immune up to equal rank). Users physical needs are greatly reduced or completely removed. These needs include sleep/rest, food, drink, bodily evacuations, shelter from environmental effects and their lack (heat/cold, dryness/wetness), etc. User is also able to stay unmoving without normal effects this would have. At A rank the user is immune to poisons of equal and lower rank (those who specialize in poisons using an equal rank ability will trump this and the user will only have a resistance lessening the effects by half). At S-rank all the previous ranks apply to an S-rank status.

Name: Night Vision
Rank: C+
Power: Darkforce Manipulation
Description: One can see a dark atmosphere or environment as though it were well-lit. The user can perceive deactivated photons as visible light, allowing perfect vision in a dark environment. This works in darkness of equal and lower rank and all natural darkness.

Name: Demonic Durability
Rank: C+
Power: Demon Physiology
Description: To put it simply - Demons are tough. At C rank they can withstand moderate bludgeoning and melee, at B rank it includes small arms fire, at A rank it adds large caliber and heavy bludgeoning damage and at S rank it can withstand energy blasts, taking half damage.

Name: Demonic Reflexes
Rank: C+
Power: Demon Physiology
Description: Demons are far more than human - with the right skills they can dodge bullets, catch flies mid air, and maneuver around complex attacks in ways that would make a normal person faint. They can catch a falling teacup without spilling it, block attacks nearly instantly, and in general react far faster than normal people. This also controls the users dexterity being able to move their limbs at the speed of 50/180/380/480mph as well as react at that speed.

Name: Psionic Inhibitor
Rank: C+
Power: Telepathy
Description: The user can place psychic barriers in others' minds, allowing them to block things like abilities, skills, and memories. Once they have placed the blocks, the victims cannot access their abilities or memories, making them harmless. This ability can affect NPCs far more easily than PCs - for PCs it takes 2 posts of concentration per rank of ability or skill being blocked.

Name: Telepathic Sense (Devil’s Perception)
Rank: C+
Power: Telepathy
Description: This allows the users to sense living beings around them. In short, the user can perceive any living thing around them in a 360’ arc. Range is based on rank: 20m/50m/100m/300m.

Name: Telekinetic Refraction (Devil’s Spite)
Rank: C+
Power: Telekinesis
Description: This power allows the user to Telekinetically reflect an attack back on the user and works against physical or energy attacks. It can be activated instantly and can reflect 1 attack per rank before needing to be recharged based on rank (5 posts at C, 4 B, 3A, 2S), minus 1 post per rank this power has over the other power.

Name: Telekinetic Slowdown (Devil’s Creep)
Rank: C+
Power: Telekinesis
Description: This power allows the user to put up a field either around themselves or anywhere within range of their Telekinesis (based on their primary telekinetic rank) and slow down objects within it. The field radius is based on rank - 10m at C, 25m B, 40m A, 75m S. Effectively this ability cuts off 25% speed at C rank, 50% at B, 75% at A and at S rank it can stop its target completely - even energy - for 2 posts before it reverting to a 90% speed cut.
