| "Alright, awesome! This is the place." The young speedster spoke to herself, as she used her Flash Goggles to scan the area for any suspicious movements, or gang violence. She currently stood on the rooftop of a building she made sure to scan, before using as her look out point. Didn't need anyone sneaking up on her, like she usually did to others. "Google maps, you better not have failed me tonight." Pulse had gotten the intel of a gang fight on the piers of San Francisco today, so she was here to shut it down. Of course, it was going to be a pain in the butt. Not because the gangs were hard to deal with, but because gang violence never ended easily. Though you may have stopped a fight here, a bunch of their friends could be somewhere else doing the same. The only solution was to either wipe them all out so they were in fear, which was something Pulse never did, or locked them all away somewhere for rehabilitation. The latter was the best choice, in her honest opinion. She didn't have it in her to kill another human being. - Pulse Stuff:

In Tara Strong's case this means she can generate her flames without using other sources of friction. The secondary function is that it is able to repel heat. This means Tara's own flames are generated at a safe distance and the user can repel flames with their hands up to their rank. Item Name:Ms. Flash Boots Item Rank:B Item Description: Black leather looking boots Patent: N/A Item Image: Shown above Item Power: Also known as leap boots this footwear monitors and stores the kinetic energy used when Ms. Flash runs. At any point in time she can say the word "leap" on voice command and release the stored energy into a powerful leap. She can jump 1ft per mph she ran prior to storing. Once released the boots must store more energy before she can use them again in this fashion. They always store the fastest running speed though the user does not have to leap the full distance. With these boots Tara could leap buildings with a single bound. Item Name: Slim Film Item Rank: C Item Description: Black rubber layer that can be put on the bottom of the soles of shoes Patent: N/Q Item Image: - Item Power: This item allows the user to have better traction when running on uneven or slick surfaces, such as ice. This allows them to be able to run 3/4's their total speed and have full control without spinning out of control. | A gang of twenty or so men loitered around a popular eating venue in the city. Cigarettes buds, forgotten cigars and half empty glasses scattered the vicinity. These men were clad in the same white shirts with varying breeches. Some wore backward caps, others sported bandannas, but they all shared the same obnoxious laughter which populated the air.
Passing citizens kept their distance, and entering patrons for this restaurant suffocated in a cloud of cigarette smoke. Apparently, enough complains from the customers roused the appearance of the restaurant's manager. He wore an appropriate dress shirt and pants, but his building gut threatened to burst through.
The manager explained to these men that it was time to leave of else he'd be force to alert the police. The gang replied by driving a metal bar into his side. The man crashed to the ground in an agonizing cry. Near by people flinched in sympathy. Was there no one there to cease these hoodlums shenanigans? | |

| Caelus was on top of the roof of a very large museum, not his favorite place to be when there were people that he could be fighting, the hero was working to get a little more of a heroic status though. It was a perfect vantage point right across from the restaurant where the hoodlums lurked. It helped to be a little curious which was how he caught wind of these trouble makers. Earlier that day the man had simply been walking around in the market place, in full costume, not many people even looked at him, watching all the people. He had been staying at the last house a little too long, four days now. Then out of nowhere someone handed him a note about some kinda gang activity going down later that day.
That was how the darkly clad alien had managed to find himself doing watch duty, on top of a museum, dressed in almost all black. At the first sign of aggression from the gangsters he shimmed down the side of the museum. His eyes caught a flash of gold in the distance on top of another roof but he thought nothing of it at the moment. Caelus ran straight at the group, his fiery eyes showing just how much of a fight he had been itching for. Three sets of heads turned in his direction upon hearing his heavy falling footsteps and took up arms against him. It would be a pain to kill any of them so he reigned in as much of his power as possible while firing a dark blast of energy from his eyes. The beam knocked two of the hoodlums of their feet and through the windows of the restaurant rendering them unconscious. "That's so coming out of my paycheck." Caelus came to a skidding halt ten feet from the pack of delinquents, an obviously wide grin on his face. | |

| "Oh great! Today on California fights, a brave restaurant owner gets hit with a metal pipe!" Pulse face palmed before stretching her legs. Guess it was time for her to act. Though, another seemed to want to jump in and join the party. So many vigilantes popping up in California ever since the disappearance of Miss Flash. Pulse wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, but this wasn't the time to think about that now was it? Bracing herself, the speedster would dash off the building and run down its side at a minimum of three hundred miles per hour. Though fast to others, this was her cruising speed, and the perfect speed to be too fast for the human eye to follow. So in layman's terms, she was invisible through movement. Dashing down and pass the goons, she would grab the shop owner that was down and move him far away to safety. Skidding to a stop, she would have moved him more than fifty feet away from the gang. "I hope you're alright. Take it easy and wait for the ambulance to arrive okay? I'll be sure to knock one out for you!" The blonde heroine would give a wink to the man and turn back towards the group. Dashing back over, she'd run clear around them so she wouldn't be in risk of being attacked, and would skid to a stop next by the other man who had joined in the fight. "Hey, I just met you. And this is crazy. But my name's Pulse. Let's fight crime, maybe?" The young speedster would give a smug smile. "Though, check this out Hanna Brotanna! I'm pretty good myself. Wanna see a trade secret?" The young woman tap a foot on the ground before taking off in a dash. Instead of running straight towards the gang members, she would begin to run a circle around them at speeds of three hundred miles per hour. Winds would begin to pick up, and with her running she was creating a vortex. This vortex wasn't made to throw them around. Instead, it was focused on sucking out the air from the area so they'd pass out after a given time. Making sure to move the innocent man out the way before, the attack was focused solely on them. - Abilities:

Tara has the ability to sneak up on people using her ability. This can give her the element of surprise when dealing with multiple opponents. She can lose the trail of anyone who can't follow her speed with ease (through a main power increased perception power). A person's eyes never stop moving. We never look steadily at a single point in space. We are not aware of it, but our eyes constantly dart from one location in the visual scene to another. They make small jumps that last about a fifth of a second. These jumps are called “saccades,” during which our visual system is suppressed. Tara reads these saccades and shoots past during it, to make it seem as though she's vanished suddenly. This allows her to lose the trail of anyone attempting to look directly at her to pinpoint her location when/where she's moving.

She can disarm or jam any number of opponents weapons before they are even aware of her movement [if she sneaks up on them] and can hurl small projectiles at speeds that match her own.

Tara's mental abilities are also increased in speed, simple computations can be done at lightning speeds, and her ability to perform normal feats at increased speeds has allowed her to move sandbags to cover a beach or search a city for something as small as a paper clip. Tara can also read at super-speed, but rarely takes advantage of this ability to learn at increased speeds. Those attempting to read her mind will have a difficult time, as the thoughts and memories run through it at overdrive. This does not mean she is immune. If her rank is the same as the Telepath, it will take an extra minute [post] to sort through the chaos in her brain and effect it. If her rank is below the Telepath, it'll be no problem to read it and effect it. If it is above the Telepath's she will be unaffected by their mind bending abilities.

Moving so fast, photons don't have the chance to bounce off Miss Flash and into the eyes of another. This means she can move fast enough through the average field of vision to be unseen, and in other words, invisible. Depending on her current speed will label just how visible she truly is. If she is running below 300mph but more than 100mph she'll appear as a blur to the naked eye. When going any faster, she won't be visible at all to the naked eye thanks to her small size and immense speed.

The user can spin like a tornado or run in a circular motion for both offensive and defensive purposes. If running/spinning clockwise, the tornado made will blow people into the air and off their feet. If running/spinning counter clockwise, the user will create a vortex that sucks people towards it, and can suffocate people who are within it. At C rank, the user can only create small vortexes and tornadoes with single limbs. The winds blow at only 40mph. At B rank the user can now run around an opponent and create cyclones. The user must run a radius of atmost 25 feet around an opponent or target for effects to occur. The winds will be 70mph and will lift them 15 ft in the air before launching them 10 feet away. When creating a vortex, if an opponent is stuck within it for four posts straight they will pass out from lack of air [if they don't take special precautions]. At A rank the winds are up to 100mph and will lift an opponent 30 ft in the air before launching them 20 feet away. If caught in the vortex, an opponent would need to escape before three posts or they will pass out from lack of air [if they don't take special precautions]. The user can now spin their own body and create a cyclone around themself for the same results. At S rank the winds are up to 150mph and will lift an opponent 50 ft in the air before launching them 35 feet away. If they are caught in a vortex, they will need to escape before the end of the second post straight [if they don't take special precautions], or they will pass out from lack of oxygen.

Description: People who are propelled by high speed can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. If say a user must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within an aura. Tara's aura is specifically a golden light and protects her from friction and small debris [small rocks - objects] at C rank. Allows her to strike durable forms of matter such as brick walls and steel at B rank without breaking bones. Allows her to appear like a speeding bullet at A rank, and shred through anything that is concussive [sharp piercing objects and attacks will pierce the aura. Only durable forms of matter such as walls and people will be tore through], tearing through it with pure speed. Those she carries while running can also be surrounded in this aura if she wills it.

| The gang members around the three eye beamed beings jumped in alarm. A thin veil of smoke dissipated away to reveal the three thugs resting uncomfortably in the window of the restaurant. Fear was event on these men face, but they were gangstas! There was no way this man, who was surely out of their league would get away with his treachery. The members who had weapons rose it to the air as they began their war cry. Their cries were cut short when, out of thin air, a masked woman donned in a leotard appeared before them. Before they could blink, she had carried the injured manager to a safe distance, then she zipped to the first super hero. This bitch was carrying on a conversation as if they weren't there!
"Hey, whore! Pay attention to us!" One of the men cried while shaking his metal chain.
Unfortunately, the woman was all to eager to comply. She zipped around them in a frenzy and a wall of air eloped them. The gang members backed against one another unsure of the situation. Soon the air around them grew thin and it became difficult for them to breathe. One by one, the thugs began to slump to the ground. One particularly zealous member decided to use the last of his strength to hurl his crowbar at the spinning girl before he too collapsed. | |

| The empty threats and sounds of cussing fell on deaf ears. Caelus flexed his arms a little and prepared to leap at the fools but the same flash of gold raced across his field of vision. He returned his attention to the previous spot where the manager's body had been before. Well it wasn't there any longer and it took a few seconds for him to connect the dots and figure out what was going on. The new arrival most likely had been responsible for that, with her being able to move at superfast speeds on her feet. Her attitude was rather bubbly and really infectious to be honest just from the way she spoke to him. It was just so much to process at the moment that he could only manage to stare at her in amazement with his jaw hanging. Caelus not wanting to let her hog all the fun to herself charged his hands with energy which caused the air to ripple momentarily. But before he could do anything the blonde haired speedster already had the baddies gasping for air and submitting to the iron choke hold of justice. He sighed and crossed his hands over his chest while waiting for her to finish her little jog, it was a little sad that it had ended so soon. "Slow down lady, at this rate I'll never get a good look at ya ass." His voice coming out in a carefree tone. | |

| The man threw a crowbar at her, but using her accelerated probability, and increased perception, she'd catch it with ease and not slow down her running motion. She'd wait till each thug was on the ground and slumped over, before skidding to a stop and dropping the crowbar on the ground. "That was one hell of a party if I don't say so myself. But it's not over yet!" The girl dashed off, leaving a gust of wind behind her, as she ran down the pier taking the rope between each platform. Running back, she'd run around the downed thugs again, but this time she'd tie them up just incase they woke up. Didn't need them causing more trouble. Once this was over, she looked towards the weird guy and gave a salute. "My ass is for only me to see! Seeya later Selena Bromez!" With that said, the super speedster dashed off and left the area in a blink of an eye. -Exit- - Spoiler:

When focusing [eye sight] on a single object/projectile from an opponent, Ms. Flash can predict the path they will take precisely, allowing her to dodge with ease. The outcomes she sees only goes up to five seconds, giving her a brief look on the trajectory of the object before it is unleashed, allowing her to perform a flawless dodge. Once finding the best point of action to take, she can utilize her super speed to follow through for the best results in a dodge or counter attack. This does not read the opponent themselves, but does read anything they may be using as a projectile or extension of themselves [such as a pole or blade]. This means punches and kicks, and frontal normal hand to hand based attacks will not be predicted and the user will have to rely on their own abilities to deal with them. An Example - Seeing the trajectory of a bullet before it reaches its target. This works on one object/projectile at a time.

| The day had been somewhat eventful with all the butt kicking even though he wasn't the one that dealt it out in the first place. Well in a world like this there was bound to be more opportunities that he would get to showcase his talents. Caelus pondered these thoughts while watching the super speedster make short work of the thugs. They sure didn't make them like her where he came from that was for sure. With a salute from one hero to another she took off again just as fast as she had came, probably to go make quick work of some other criminals. "Wonder if I'll ever see her again..." he mused cheerfully. With a shrug and a step the young super was off on his way to go find something better to do while a passing police cruiser stopped to apprehend the tied up gangsters. Talk about luck.
