Appearance: Jack stands just shy of 6 feet with a fit, athletic build from his hobby of free running. He has shaggy auburn hair and wears an open jacket with a white shirt and loose red tie. Along with that he has black jeans and regular white and black sneakers. Around his neck he wears a cross made of gold and that is his only real jewelry. Now for when Jack is getting down to business and touches his scythe to get into the proper attire, not only do his clothes change but his entire physical make up as well. Jack grows several inches, now standing at about 6'5 or 6'6. His muscles become far more defined and larger at that, though it doesn't give him superhuman strength or anything of the sort. Jack's hair also turns jet black and reaches down to the small of his back. He lacks a shirt but on his hands he wears gauntlets made of steel, bone and cloth. Below he has loose fitting cloth pants and two steel boots, also with bone designs. Finally, his mask is made of ivory colored bone, as pale white as possible. It covers his mouth, but does not hinder his speech, and only leaves his eyes uncovered.

Personality: Jack is a liar at heart, which that coupled with the flaws his power gives him make it very hard for him to form any sort of relationship. The guy can lie his way out of almost any situation be it an angry ex-girlfriend that found out about his other now ex-girlfriend or a cop that just watched him rob a convenient store. Jack is neither good, nor evil, he simply is. This is the way death should be really, impartial, so he follows that unsaid guideline. However, that doesn't mean he doesn't like to have a little...illegal fun from time to time. Jack is a funny, fun-loving type of guy. He has to be considering his job is reaping souls, quite the grim career choice. The man doesn't view himself as a vigilante, but if he sees something go down that just doesn't sit right in his stomach, he puts himself into the situation without a second thought.

The Background

History: Jack started out as any normal kid, a single child in a low-income household with a mother and father. They always had enough money to eat and pay the bills, just not much for anything else. When Jack went to high school is when things started going downhill. He mixed in with the wrong crowd, did drugs, a little grand theft auto, and all in all just became a stain on society. It was one night that his life really changed, he had just taken a car from the parking lot of a bank and was driving along the windy and treacherous California highway Jack went through the guard rail and down the cliffs. He was dead almost immediately but instead of going straight to heaven, or hell for him, Jack found himself looking down upon his dead body. A spectral figure made entirely of shadows appeared in front of him toting a scythe. Death told him he had a choice, continue to the afterlife or become his servant. After all, the reaping of souls in not only this dimension but the next was a heavy job for one being to do. So, Jack obviously chose to live and become one of Death's servants and helpers. Now he is plagued by his new powers and job, forced to wander the world until the day he truly can finally die...if that day ever comes.

The Blessed/Damned only start off with one skill. Also, so if you hit someone you can pretty much make them age faster until they like get so old they die? Also with the fear projection, so are you instantly able to look in any one's mind or do you have to touch them?

when you add a flaw you can get an extra sub power btw i love you flaw it's awesome
I would recomend you change your Chronokinesis to death manipulation or Grim Reaper Physiology
with decay lower the current power and increase it per rank 10 years is a long time\
here is my recomendation or
5 for C rank
10 for B
20 for A
30 for S
also add that it loses effctiveness for every rank your opponent is higher than you other wise it's over powered

finally telepathy is a broad term you8 need to name what type

Ok I just want to say sorry for putting Chronokinesis, in the rules it is listed as Restricted and says you can apply for it. Complete time control is what is listed as banned, so I obviously wasn't going for complete time control. Anyway, I made the changes K-9 suggested and some other things to make him more...hmm...reaper-like shall we say?

This would be projection as it is tied to his powers. Any other speciality is limited to human capability. The numbers are also waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too high to be non-human slills. 50/100/200/400ft would be more respectable.

Switch the recharge times to, four posts at C, three posts at B etc. etc... oh and add a C-S to your ability for this, or a C+ so i know its an ability to be ranked up.

No way of tracking you? sense this is a sub power and all. Also what about teleporting through walls? can you do it without seeing on the other side? if so change that.

I put where he had to see it or have seen it. As for tracking, I believe that would be up to the other characters I'm fighting/with to figure out, no? If they have a tracking ability then they can probably find me, I'm not going to tell them, "Oh well Jack always appears two feet to the right of wherever he was originally." You know?
