Skill Specialty: Professor- investigation

Skill Description: The user can copy other skills simply by seeing them be done. for example he fights someone and sees them use a skill. The user can train and learn this skill as long as it is covered by one of his specialties. This can only produce skills his rank and lower. The final draw back is that this skill must be visual if it can't be seen it can't be copied.

Skill Description: Allows the user to look at any situation and see the possibilities. Thus allowing them to predict their opponents movements and react accordingly. This ability seems to allow the user to see into the future, but this is not true the user can only predict what they know about their target if their target has or does anything they don't know about th ability is void. Also this ability is subject to interruption by outside forces. The user can only predict what he knows. He can see three people with guns he knows how nervous they are he can guess and react faster and better than the average human.
