The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

Description: Using his powers of Neuro electrical control, Hiim can speed up his electrical impulses and as such can think, and move faster since the speed of the impulses as speed up. At rank B he can only speed up four actions or three actions and his thoughts(or reactions) per post. He can boost up the reactions by 40% for 4 posts, it has a 2 post cool down.

Description: Thanks to the bonding with his symbiote Hiim is more agile, and can react and identify a problem almost instantaneously. His reactions and agility are so fast that he could dodge the gun's aim if fired at him from fifteen meters away.

| Tripling the reaction time is abit much. Change it down to like 40% boost to reaction time etc since it's practically branching super reflexes under it I guess. Also put a post count, and a cool down on how long this boost lasts.

Change this to dodging the aiming of the gun, and not the actual bullet, just for clarification.
