Appearance:Smith is a man of a bit above average height for what he is, an average human male, and sports an athletic frame. Blessed by whatever deity looks upon him the young male has a fair complexion despite his role forcing him to constantly bathe in the suns rays. Due to a major lack of pigments his skin seems to remain pale even under the harshest conditions, forcing most attention to the main area of color on his face, meaning that his golden eyes take center stage in most situations. It's not sure how he got the color, but from what he can remember it's all that he has ever had. In most normal brackets of human males considered muscular you would find Smith. Being that he isn't incredibly tall the amount of muscle mass that he has, while not being an overbearing deal, is compacted visually to make him appear to be bigger than most men of his height and weight are expected to be. Hard work in the learning of both carpentry and weapon based arts shaped the muscles of the young male's arms to become exceptionally defined. The acquired trait is one that is not at all offset by the broadness of his shoulders. The length of his limbs though, do set a nice precedent for his weapons of choice. The manuverability that is required in both of his well versed paths of life coupled with the amount of general hard work that it takes cut the possibility of being troubled down with a large amount of fat. While his stomach is taunt and defined his chest displays a muscular structure that is large, but not quite hulking enough to be visible through multiple layers of clothing. Smith's facial features are usually bare a stoic softness to them that shows a constantly serious demeanor while not being offsetting enough for another human to completely avoid him. The truth of the matter was his eyes, piercing and seemingly aged with a wisdom of lessons learned hard, shows his amount of business savy and willingness to make a deal happen quickly. His hands are cut and scarred from constant abuse through carpentry and training in his martial style.

Personality:

Brilliant: His centuries on earth have elated his wisdom to heights most humans couldn't imagine and as he has had ages to study and learn with the memories of his home dimension and his role there Smith is more intelligent than most beings earth could produce.
Humble: His status in his own dimensional plane set him far above most others and creatures such as him eagerly show that constantly, but even with this he has chosen a higher path and rather than degrading the humans he chose to live among them and help them meet their short term wills in ways that will help achieve his own long term goals.
Greedy: When it comes to knowledge Smith wants to know all there is to know about anything and everything. Beings such as himself have long suffered that fault and with it brought about the few documented tales of humans grasping onto them and their powers.
Anxious: On the off chance that Smith takes the time out to come up with a plan his zeal towards implementing it is profound. Although he isn't opposed to changing if the need arises getting to his short term goal whether that intails waiting a few decades or days matters not.
Detestable: Due to his nature as a being of a higher dimension Akisame is prone to bouts of rather, questionable feelings and behaviour. As much as he hates that side of himself there are moments where he acts like a fourth dimensional and uses his powers to mess with the minds of lower beings, while rare in occourance, these fits do tend to be powerful.

Whilst the control of his power works on a measurement of diameter with Akisame being in the center it is all the same in reverence to the fact he can give or take momentum of the objects in his field at will. 25% momentum can be taken and given from a pc or special npc per usage

Description:this ability allows smith to absorb any form of energy in the range of his Momentus Augmentus and redistribute it in various ways. At C rank he is only allowed to absorb the solar. The absorbed energy can only be used in reference to physical actions or augmentation of Sakake's own powers and strength. At this rank it can work on ten npc objects at a time and one PC object at the same time. Flight, increased strength, elongated periods of breathing(space flight), rereleasing it in the form of long ranged energy attacks(astetics or forms subject to change). In further explination this move allows for the storage of energy in his body and empowerment of his other powers and more abilities will be made for the flight ect.

The Background

History: The only mortals in human history to ever draw upon extra dimensional power purposely knowing the risks were teh druids. The more time that elasped from the moment they stumbled upon the secret the stronger they grew and in the eleventh century they pulled free from the deepest bowels of the twelfth dimension something new and yet incredibly powerful. For Akisame to be spawned only three millinia before being drawn to the mortal plane he was powerful, enough to be revered by a few of the elder beings. Every creature in every dimension knew though, that to become what he was you had to work and warp and evolve past the rest. To start in the first, and move to the twelfth was something that took longer than most humans, dwellers of the third, could fathom, but once one reached the eighth he would remember his previous journey. the difference in the instance of 1012 was that none before had tried to make a jump so grave as from the third to the twelfth but this human did. He dared defy all that was natural order with his daftness and somehow succeeded. Akisame was left here unaging and with the physical look of the one who replaced him. He lacked the ability to die by normal human means and yet needed a way to live. In his time on earth Akisame had lived many human lives as lords and pesants, but he hadn't found his purpose until the late eighteen hundreds when a flood of truth washed over him; his memories. With his memories came his powers and with his powers came an understanding that he had to be one of the many to protect those who couldn't for themselves. Akisame took many years developing his powers, fuck with as many humans as possible in the name of good jesting, and take in the fashionability of the nineteenth century all in wait for a moment he felt coming from literal years away. All he need do then and until now was wait, hone himself mind body and spirit, and sit under his top hat in wait for the events that would lead up to his chance to repay every druid for their leaders mis hap and eventually retake his place upon his throne.

Alright -

Energy Manipulation is a broad term. We need to know what type of Energy you're talking about.

B-200m A-500m S-1500m

The ranges for this are ridiculous when you rank up. If C rank is twenty five meters, B rank would probably be fifty, and A rank 75, and S 100. Also when it comes to projectiles or average NPCs, it's fine to be able to drain all their momentum, but when it comes to PCs / special NPCs we need a percentage you can add / take from them. For C rank, and it being a main power, it can be 25%. Another question, does he need to see what he decreases, or is there some sort of sensory involved with this?

This needs more detail. Is this ability just the absorb ability, and you're making more abilities to work with this? Like an extra ability for flight, strength, etc? Also, I need to know how many NPC objects, people, this works on at a time. If this move drains energy and lets you utilize it, you need to break it off into separate abilities for flight, strength, energy attacks, etc.

Following the skill chart, it'd need to be a simple 10% increase in reflexes. It wouldn't be superhuman this low. You could react to like average thrown projectiles (Like a fastball) and movements (someone attempting to swing a weapon at you) easily, but anything else that is abnormally fast or just plain erratic may still give you some trouble.

As good as this would be, the types of energy have to be specified to the lowest possible degree. However you are able to expand on it as you rank up. So I can say I drain solar energy at C-rank, then at B-rank I can add electrical energy and so on.

Only one type per rank. Solar or Kinetic. If this refers to a Sebastian Shaw type draining of kinetic energy where you can drain it upon impact then kinetic energy will have to be broken down into damage types(bludgeoning, slashing, stabbing) it seems tedious I know. But we have had a lot of problems with energy absorption so we have certain guidelines for it.
