Power: Teleportation
Description: Hiim is able to move up to two objects at a time(if they are moving under forty miles per hour) with his powers of teleportation, if they are each under five pounds then it is not required for him to touch them. Instead he can simply will them to be where he wants them to be. However if these objects are over five pounds, but still under five hundred Hiim will have to physically touch any object he wishes to teleport. Three seconds contact is required expect for a willing person in which case only an instant touch is needed. Also while using this power he can decide to teleport an object partially without breaking it off from the main object. Ergo he could teleport half a tv and it would still work, leaving the person on the other end to see half a tv, and miss half the show.

| Alright well first thing. What's the range of things you can teleport with your "will" [how close do they need to be] and also state that at C rank you can only teleport it if it isn't moving at a high rate of speed. The difference between teleporting an average thrown rock to a speeding bullet is pretty tremendous. Also for the splitting things in half thing, make it so you have to have a few seconds of contact before teleporting. Because technically, you could flick someone while teleporting instantly and split them in half before they even had the chance to know what happened. At higher ranks, the draw backs can be reduced, but since it's C that's the only deal I see. Also remember you can stack abilities, so I'm sure you could fix the drawbacks whenever. This doesn't mean you can't just grab and teleport someone high into the sky before dropping them. | |

| Well its at C rank so lets just say objects within ten feet that are not traveling over forty miles an hour.
Does three seconds sound good for the contact time frame? I really want it for saving others ya know.
Wait, could it be like instant for those who ask to be teleported? | |
