Tara Strong California NPC/PC Relations List

Ashley Cleric

A fellow college student attending the Art Institute of California with Tara Strong. It's her second year as a student and she took it upon herself to be Tara's guide across the campus. Though Ashley has offered to roommate with Tara during the semester, Tara insists on staying with her adoptive family for their protection. She's seen as one of Tara's closest friends, if not the only one.




Denise "Trigger" Andrews

A mercenary usually working the streets of California at night. Hunting good or bad people doesn't matter. Each of her victims fall under one category when it comes to her, and that's a "target." Though she can be seen as neutral there are rare times when she pays Ms. Flash visits either offering assistance, information, or simply company out of boredom. At the same time, she has been on the opposite side and has fought against the speedster aswell. The two have a very off and on relationship, as Trigger tries to sway Tara to the "wild side."



Mr and Mrs Gareth and Judy Macreedy

A married couple that are on the lower ends of the finacial ladder. Once living off an abandonment motel with their daughter, after meeting Tara they quickly took her in as a daughter figure after she saved their child. They do know her secret identity, and know of her "Ms. Flash" excursions. Even though they think she's doing something abit too dangerous, they still show their support. After some time, and Tara's help with picking up a courier job, the family was able to move into a small town house in California.



May "Mayday" Macreedy

A thirteen year old little sister figure to Tara. The first to learn of her abilities and the first to give her the idea to become a hero using them. Tara once saved her life, using her abilities, and got her fascination almost instantly. Every other week the speedster would visit her at the old motel and spend time with her more and more. Soon the two felt like siblings more than just friends. Once moving to California with her family, thanks to Tara's efforts, the two find themselves as bunk mates.

"The Nameless One"

One of the first to encounter Tara back in her dark days of thievery. Enlisting her help in his organization, she was a secondary member doing work while trying to understand her powers. Promising her the truth about her father's disappearance, she made a halfhearted alliance with the man. His allegiance is still unknown to her.
