The power ring has the ability to create white constructs powered by life. The ring also has the ability to generate protective aura and the ability to fly as long as the ring is on,flight speed- C-150mph B- 300mph A-600mph S-1,200mph .It has the power to restore destroyed  and or dead land but not the people or animals that died within the environment, the ring also has the power to regenerate the user if hurt.  C- light wounds B- single limbs A- double limbs S-anything but lethal wounds and whatever the users rank is, is the rank construct the user can make and if the attacker has a weapon a rank higher then the construct can easily break it. The ring also allows the user to breath in outer space and translate alien language into human language, white costume with a metallic grey along with the ring symbol on it also appear in the wearer of the ring when wearing the ring. The ring has a limit at each rank of how many constructs you can make C-20 B-40 A-60 S-80, each time you reach your ranks Of how many constructs you can make you must recharge the ring. The ring also chooses who Becomes its owner, it picks the people who embrace life, love life, enjoy life and people that are evil with the blackest evilest can not bear this ring and if they try to put the ring on will be shot with a white light that emits from the ring. Only 10 rings exist on earth itself each hidden and only another power ring can locate it, supers can wear this ring just like human but it takes up one power slot for them as the ring has multiple powers.

Item Power: the lantern has the power to recharge the white power rings. The oath of the white lantern corps must be spoken at the lantern for it to charge the ring. The Charge of the ring takes two post, one saying the oath and the other stating the ring is charging 

You need specefics on who can recieve the rings. Also you need a charge time on the rings and how many times they can be used before they need to be charged. Gie me some details.
