A rumor traveled the circles of the supernatural. Mutants heard a safe, underground railroad was being started, inquire at the Summit. The beyond sought the strange power said to rest at the Summit of New York City. The gossip flitted amongst the rest: valuable information was to come to light when dawn broke over the Summit.

The Biography
Birth Name: Aaron Cross Aliases: None Yet Gender: Male Age: Varies; Currently 16 Birth Date: September 7th Class: Mutant
Appearance: http://browse.deviantart.com/?order=9&q=Near&offset=24#/d1r57hs Aaron is about five feet eleven inches and weighs next to nothing, only amounting to about one hundred and twenty pounds he is considered to be malnourished. He has a very distinct appearance due to the fact that he has white hair, very pale skin, and also chooses to wear all white clothing which is composed of a long sleeved button up shirt, pants, and loafers. Aaron is not very particular about how his clothing looks and as such they are typically wrinkled, giving him a carefree and nonchalant look which contrasts with the fact that his clothes are rather dressy. The same fact is true about his hair, which is also kept in a constant disarray to aide in the carefree look which is not by design. Aaron is still a child and as such he has very boyish features that have yet to evolve in to more manly features and as a result of his youth and weakened state he is sometimes underestimated. Aaron has a very gaunt look to his eyes due to the many nights without sleep and because of this his expression is often one of indifference though he usually never feels indifferent.
Personality: Aaron is an eccentric and thoughtful young lad who sees things in many different lights, always trying to understand every point of view even if it disgusts him. Aaron enjoys rationalizing everything despite his own irrational powers and mental flaws, often making sport of people in the attempt to understand them and why they do what they do. With his curiosity comes his major weakness, that weakness being that he tends to get himself in to situations that would best be suited for other people. Aaron suffers from Insomnia, Schizophrenia, and as a result of these two diseases he is malnourished, often forgetting to eat or lacking desire to. With these two diseases Aaron has a colorful attitude at times, being irate at times from lack of sleep or entirely looney due to lack of sleep coupled with hallucinations derived from watching crime mysteries late at night. Aaron has a keen sense of justice, believing that murder is wrong and that those who seek to destroy and conquer are truly the lowest of the low. Overall he is a smart and curious lad that enjoys a good puzzle and is often easy to get along with if you don't mind the eccentric conversation.
Flaw Name: Headaches and Fatigue Flaw Type: Prolonged Use Flaw Description:
Aaron has the ability to manipulate time, and when he does this it sets off a chain reaction within his body that begins a series of negative physical effects to his body. At his current level Aaron can only use his ability for 5/7/10/15 posts, either consecutive or separate posts before negative effects occur. This means that Aaron could use his power for a single post, then stop for several posts, and then turn it back on on his fourth post and only have it count as the second post of power usage. On the 6/8/11/17 user posts of power usage Aaron gets minor headaches and soreness throughout his body. On the 8/11/14/19 user posts of power usage Aaron's previous symptoms become worse, becoming severe headaches and fatigue. On the 10/12/16/22 post everything becomes severe to the point of debilitating pain with a variety of nasty symptoms such as muscle degradation. During any time Aaron can deactivate his power but the negative effects still take action until exiting the topic or a substantial time skip of several hours.
Flaw Name: Age Acceleration/Deceleration Flaw Type: Prolonged Use Flaw Description:
When Aaron uses his ability to manipulate time his body undergoes a noticeable physical change based upon how long the ability is activated and whether or not he is moving forward in time, or backwards. If Aaron moves forward his body increases in growth and age and if he goes back in time his body decreases in growth and age however no matter what form his body is in Aaron retains the intelligence and maturity level that he currently has. Upon each manipulation Aaron ages a year or decreases in age by a year. This effect only applies to Aaron, not objects he manipulates.
Flaw Name: Medical Nightmare Flaw Type: Lost Something Flaw Description:
Aaron suffers from two diseases. The first is Insomnia which is a diagnosed condition for those who suffer from lack of sleep and are unable to sleep more than two to three hours at a time, and as such Aaron suffers major fatigue due to lack of sleep. On top of his lack of sleep Aaron suffers from minor Schizophrenia and paranoia that causes him to hallucinate at times and to doubt things which only adds to his exhaustion.

Chronokinesis - Time Manipulation
Chronokinesis or Time manipulation is the ability to control time at ones will. When someone is granted this ability there is a plethora of abilities that become available to the user instead of the obvious such as moving forward in time. Time manipulation grants the user the ability to accelerate, stop, or slow time while being able to move freely. It allows the user to age objects thus turning things to dust, it allows the user to stop the effects of time, thus preventing things from moving or occurring. The ability to manipulate time allows the user to perceive the past and future and allows for accelerated probability. Chronokinesis also can allow the user to know the history of objects and allow the user to know the past and future in alternate timelines. The possibilities for Time Manipulation are great and as such allows for even more abilities such as Temporal Duplication (bring past selves to the current time). Lastly Time Manipulation can allow the user to heal wounds, bring back the dead, and repair damaged objects.
Aaron's Limitations:
While the ability to manipulate time has many possibilities Aaron cannot currently perform all of them at his current power level (His grasp of Time Manipulation will evolve giving him greater variety as he ranks up from C to B eventually to S). At the moment Aaron can manipulate how fast he moves through time, giving the appearance of him moving at super fast speeds and he can also slow the rate of speed that things move by increasing the time it takes for that thing to move from point A to point B. Aaron is able to control the rate of speed of the object(s) also by decreasing the amount of time it takes for an object to go from point A to point B, thus making it appear to move faster. Aaron cannot stop time when concerning people, but he can stop the time that effects the Object(s), thus causing it/them to stop moving. Aaron can create an area around an object that he can control and accelerate the rate at which it ages, thus causing it to turn to dust or to vanish because it has expired. With his ability to cause objects to age he can also apply it to people, creating a slow acting necrosis upon people. Aaron also has the ability to perceive time at a slower rate, thus making those that move at fast rate or objects moving at a fast rate appear slow so that he can react to them.

This ability is when Aaron decides to accelerate himself or an object(s) through time. When this occurs the user or object(s) appear to be moving at impossible speeds rivaling or surpassing that of a super powered speedster. The reality is that Aaron is not increasing the speeds of himself or the object(s) but is accelerating himself or the object through time which grants the illusion of super speed. So while it is an illusion and Aaron is not moving at an enhanced speed, Aaron would still technically be classified as "moving quickly". The number of object(s) Aaron can accelerate is based on rank as well as the total combined weight of the object(s) that he propels through time. Number of Objects 15/25/35/45. Combined Weight 500lbs/1000lbs/1500lbs/2500lbs. The "speed" at which Aaron appears to move cannot be judged and simply appears like a magician's disappear and reappear act. When Aaron applies his ability to an object the speed is. Doubled/Tripled/Quadrupled/Quintupled
Aaron has the ability to discern things that are out of place within a moments notice. This attributes to things that seem out of place or odd in situations. This allows Aaron to perceive when a situation has become too dangerous and allows him to be more aware of the fact that he may need to exit or resolve the situation. This skill is to notice odd objects in locations they shouldn't be in or when something in a location has been moved. This skill is also caused by Aaron's acute paranoia.

Aaron has a keen sense of his surroundings and as a person who follows people for a living he has developed a gut instinct for when he is being tailed, followed, watched, or when something "bad" is about to happen to him. It is not a power or sense that makes him all knowing, but a skill derived from an awareness of the people and things around him from many missions within the Shield organization.
Aaron has developed his hunting and tracking skills to the point that he can travel anywhere in near silence without being heard by anyone and almost anything. Aaron, when spotted, has been compared to a ghost simply because he isn't found until it's entirely to late for someone to avoid him all together. This skill makes it easy for Aaron to sneak up on people without them noticing.

Aaron has an innate ability to disguise himself on the fly with materials on hand or in the field in order to change his overall appearance so as to avoid detection. These disguises are either very intricate with the whole nine yards, or subtle changes so as to throw off pursuers.

The Background
History:
Aaron's eyelids would flicker several times as he aroused himself from his short slumber. As his eyes fully opened he began to realize that he saw a duplication of himself. This self was a younger self, and in fact it was his past self whom he had accidentally interfered with. Aaron had inadvertently went back in time and was now witnessing the beginnings of his childhood. It was a peculiar thing to watch oneself grow up, but then again Aaron had found himself here several times as of late, his nostalgia having taken him back more times than he cared to admit. Aaron would watch as his younger self ran in to his mother's arms, yelling in delight about being once more returned to a warm embrace. Aaron felt cold inside at this moment, because yet again he was reminded of the death of his mother and how he would never be able to feel her embrace again. Sure he could manipulate time, but he knew that there were certain things he should and should not do, and bringing back the dead was one of these things that went against the moral compass. Aaron would sigh as his past self and mother vanished and a new image came to the forefront of his mind. He had been raised with a rich lifestyle, being sent to the nicest schools and given the coolest clothes. Aaron was indeed a spoiled child, and probably still is but everything changed when a rogue mutant came to his home and destroyed his home. Aaron would watch for at least the seventh time as the man who inspired him to become a Shield agent destroyed his entire lively hood and mental state of mind. Once that day occurred, once the death of Aaron's mom happened his diseases took full effect and his powers began to blossom. It was ironic that his mom's death would be give fruition to his ability but sometimes life was just that way. Some would say that the death of his mother was the price to pay for the ability to manipulate time but Aaron felt that he would have rather been just a normal child..or somewhat normal child than to have lost his mother. Aaron would sigh as the movie reel of his past continued as he jumped from past to present, watching himself as he discovered his new powers, joined Shield so that he could get some minor peace from what had happened to his mother, and eventually watch as he became the person he is today. Aaron would watch as his past self began to experience his powers and watched as he attempted to move forward in time. Aaron would know that this first attempt would be a failure and would laugh at himself as he failed. It was kind of a self pity considering that Aaron would begin to lose hope as he failed to use his power. It would be odd to witness the same failure again, and in an odd way Aaron would find himself experiencing it once again despite knowing the outcome. So with a failed experiment on his powers Aaron would then face a trail of life or death. That trail would cause his power to expose itself once again but in a greater capacity. It would allow for some small measure of control yet when Aaron realized he could control his power there came the drawbacks which would become all too evident. Soon a large pressure would beat against Aaron's skull and he would come to realize that he had not been using hsi power but he had been hallucinating the entire thing instead. His eyes would open and all tha twould surround him was blackness. Aaron would grumble a bit as he turned on the light on his desk and would glance down only to remember that he was still not getting enough sleep. It was evident that Aarons' past was keeping him up, that the murder of his mother had set him upon the path that would cause him to put himself in the ambitions of bad people in order to save the many. In the grand scheme of things Aaron was born with a rich mother who was murdered. This murder caused his already abnormal self to blossom in to something even more supernatural because of the strain of loss. The loss would compel Aaron to do something "great" with his life which would eventually cause the young, intellectual boy to join Shield.

That ability is Temporal acceleration/deceleration.
To completely stop specific things in time is Temporal stasis and to rewind specific items in time is temporal rewind. You can only choose one sub category, it can only effect you and the things on your person. Only exception would be touch based temporal manipulation.
Okay, I'll re post the app once I've made proper edits. I have some different ideas now that may end up altering the app entirely but I still plan on joining Shield.
