When he is not running around in his leotards he is just an average human being. He normally wears dark colored jeans or sometime biker leather pants but always something dark. His underwear are normally Ralph Lauren and his favorite belt is a hermes belt which suits his style and taste rather well. As for footwear he likes to wear shoes and boots most of the time but occasionally wears some nike foam posites because of their soft grip they give on his feet. His socks are once again mostly Ralph Lauren. As for his upperbody wear it normally consist of a white beater under his usual white or black t-shirt sometimes colors are thrown in the mix but normally he wears this under a leather jacket or something heavier depending on the weather. His skin is rather tanned for a white male but that is due to him being half native american. His hair is rather spiky most of the time or flat down with gel. He will sometimes wear suits if the need arises. He is also very muscular and sometimes likes to flaunt that.

Not much to say about the suit besides it being mainly red besides the shoulders,Head,fingertips and spider signal on the chest. Everything else is really red. The mask in the front has a filter so Harvey can receive fresh air.

Personality:

Harvey is sometimes a loner and likes to do things on his own but had no problem teaming up to get the job done. Most of the time when hes alone he is reading poetry or a new novel. He also loves to sing 90's rock music and play guitar. That is when hes alone atleast. As said above when around friends Harvey is a funny guy. Hes constantly pranking others and making them feel right at home. Even tho he is a mutant Harvey still enjoys the day to day life like everyone else and this is due to him not being changed appearance wise by his birth defect in a sense. Even tho Harvey appears to be nice to friends he is also a very mean and cold person but still joking at the same time. He likes to make battles into a joke and let his opponent know they don't have to worry much. He is also very witty and quick with comebacks and will laugh at you even tho your down and out.. But if your his friend he will show you just a bit more compassion. The way mutants are treated does really effect him and he would do anything to change the view on that.

Item Power: Basically a taser but in glove form. They release a volt rating of 50,000 just like a taser and emit a brit blue light which spans 10 meters when used. To activate the gloves is solely up to Scarlet who can activate it by simply moving his fingers forward in the glove. Item Power: Turns the suit black spanning outwards from the already black parts of the suit. Like for instance Scarlet goes into a dark area and he doesn't want to be noticed with his red attire or something of that matter he presses his spider insignia activating his black stealth mode.

The Background

History:

Harvey was born into a family of hard workers. Both his parents were cops and he was their first born. He was raised with a father who had a joking demeanor just like his but he would only show it already his family and close friends. His mother was very stern but caring at the same time. Her fun was awkward but provided for some good fun all in the end. His parents were basically perfect. His childhood was peaceful until his mother announced her pregnancy on Harvey's 8th birthday. The little boy felt his life was over because quite frankly he had no clue what the fuck this meant for him nor his family?About a 7 months passed and the parents finally gave in. They decided it was time to know what they were having.. It turned out to be twins. Yep thats right the couple would be having twins.. That brings the household to a total of 5. Dear mother of jesus the turns life make out of nowhere hmm?

Anyway Jessica and Blake knew this meant they would have to upgrade to a bigger home so they did this and stayed in New York City but in a much bigger home. Ironically Jessica went into labor on the new rug of their home. Thats one weird way to break in your apartment. Anyway Now she would be there for about 14 hours with her husband and son who helped her give birth. First came out the little girl who would be named Kyla and then the little boy who would be named Randy. Wow that was it. The family was complete. Jessica,Blake,Randy,Kyla, and Harvey. Such a complete family and such a short amount of time. Now in their new home the family would try and make the best of it. This would be the start of nothing new.

Anyway about 4 years passed and now Harvey was 13 and his baby siblings were 3 going on 4. The two had made themselves acustom to annoying their older brother but Harvey couldn't help the fact he loved them dearly. His baby siblings were his life at this point and he wanted the world to know it. Now with Harvey in school he was an A+ student getting great grades before he was scouted by a man who said he could teach Harvey the way of a life. With the blessing of his parents Harvey would train with this man on weekends learning various things ranging from martial arts all the way to parkour. It was weird that someone took interest in Harvey like this but he didn't mind. He just enjoyed his training and kept going with life while still enjoying his family.

Now with Harvey being 15 he has returned on his birthday and saw his siblings who were now 6. They had both grown so much. They had their dark hair and started to look just like their mother and father. Dear god Harvey missed this for two years? Now he felt sorry for leaving his family but it was all in good fortune. His father had gotten a new promotion and his mother quit. Yep thats right she was a stay at home mom now. Shit changes quick in society. Harvey knew soon he could become an officer like his parents but first he had to keep training. He was now a skilled in using his abilities which he learned of while away with his teacher. During this time he learned he had spider like abilities which could benefit him but also scare his family so he decided not to tell them. He was at the point where he wanted to protect the world on his own time and take on the identity of the Scarlet Spider.

Soon after becoming a hero Harvey had stopped a mob boss from corrupting the water supply with sage and coke.. But what Harvey hadn't known was this mob boss learned his identity and used it against him. He killed his family leaving Harvey a loner for good. Now he was like 17 with no family and he hadn't really kept many friends. He was now on a mission to go out and kill this man. Upon finding him Harvey hung im by his neck from a building dropping him to his death. Now he feels the need to help the world in his own way and make mutants the accepted race they should be. 2 years after this Harvey took on a better costume and still lived in his parents apartment which was left to him. From here he would operate as Scarlet Spider and protect the city.
