Alphas is a humanoid type robot, designed to be very average in terms of height, being at a 5 foot 9 inches tall. The robot, names Alphas, is one of the first ever self-evolving robots, as he has no controller, and enjoys personal style. His color scheme is a clear white, with bright electric blue highlights and details on his body. The color grey is also employed around certain areas to offset the strong blue and sterile white colors respectively. The overall design for Alphas is much more organic than other robots, as there are very little hard or sharp edges, as most flow into each other and are rounded. The head piece appears as a futuristic helmet, complete with a crest and horn like protrusions on the forehead. There are no facial features to speak of, no eyes, ears, or a nose, simply a clean white surface. It appears almost like a face, however, by how it is outlined. The horns on the forehead drop shadows that appear to make eye sockets, and a blue lining around the bottom of the head piece outline a chin of sorts, as well as cheek bones. He wears a long flowing robe of sorts, although it is made out of thin plates of steel, and doesn't quite flow in the wind as cloth would. The jacket and robe combination opens up the waist in a v formation, opening outward. The shoulders and forearms have slightly bulbous extra pads on them for protection, and the forearm piece hides most of the hands from view. The hands are an electric blue, and appear humanoid, with five fingers, but they appear to be made out of plates. The chest and midsection has a lot of organic looking designs on them accenting where ribs and other areas would be if it were a human, adding slightly more to the humanoid form. The legs appear to be almost like greaves made of plate armor, mixed with shin pads for motorcycle riders. The feet appear to be combat boots, although the entire outer frame is made of steel.

Personality: Alphas doesn't have much of a personality, per se, but he was programmed to uphold justice. He follows most laws to the letter, as set up by the people who built him, so his idea of justice is slightly skewed, however. He is biased against super beings more so than humans, giving regular humans the ability to bend the law slightly, but if they blatantly break the law, they are considered a target. He was designed to be a one man police force, able to capture many different wrong doers, as well as punish the super beings. He was programmed to think super beings are a hazard, and if they simply do not use their powers, they will not be targeted. He was programmed to believe using the super powers is illegal, and will hunt down the supers responsible for using the powers and capture them. He will simply bring them to the nearest police station and show his electronic documents, which will most likely simply have the supers spending the night in jail, or what have you. He was also designed to find materials and manufacture his own weapon systems when he feels the need to increase his efficiency. He can make some sort of small talk with others, as he finds this is the best way for the people to share information with him. He was programmed to be the embodiment of justice, so the villains and others should be ready for long winded speeches about respecting the law and defending the country and the world, as well as to eat your vegetables and take out the garbage. He doesn't get much contact from his creators, and he was programmed to be ever evolving, in personality and weaponry systems, allowing him to modify himself is the need arises.

The Background

History: The birth of Alphas was a milestone of research and development in a government agency that has no initials, and for the most part doesn't even exist. The first ever experiment into the future of combating the super humans, but also gaining the public's trust and affection. Alphas was a code name, but the project was under funded, as they took too long to produce the desired results for their contributors. So, this resulted in an incomplete prototype to be released, to try and get results. He was programmed to do justice, but only the way they liked to see it. Some of the laws in place now were unnecessary or unneeded according to the organization, and their superiors decided what was lawful and what wasn't in the eyes of the robot. Adding a cheesy personality to the robot reminiscent of old cartoons was a bit of a publicity stunt. If the robot did what it was supposed to do, then they could reveal who made it and it would help them out in politics quite a bit, but if it was disastrous, they would blame the other guy, classic politics. The robot was being slightly monitored, but not directly controlled, as it was an experiment.
