Appearance: The Regent of the Mask wears a long red robe with two belts around his waist. Underneath he wears gold and black armor. His face is completely covered by a mask that is white and gold. The only part of his face that is visible are his eyes, which are a very light blue. However, when the day comes he should reveal his identity to someone. he is shown to have a very handsome face and shoulder length blond hair. He stands at a height of 5’10 weighing in at 157 lbs. He has a muscular build underneath his armor and is at the peak of his health. His voice pertains that of a Man mixed with a synthetic voice because of his mask. His hair as stated it long and golden he keeps it loose and facing down separated in different areas. Despite when he is wearing his mask he has very light blue eyes, when the mask comes off he is actually seen with blood red eyes. An intimidating appearance for such a nice personality. In addition the regent uses a signature sword. The blade itself represents a western style to it and is used with a modern, western style of combat. The hilt itself is golden and interweaves a couple of times almost like a flower while the blade is a silver color with an words running up and down it. These words where imprinted upon it by the Regent himself and is Latin for "War and Strife is our fate, Death our duty" Which is the Regents signature motto

Personality: As Theodore, he was a loving person and friend of almost all in New York who had disagreed with his brother and grandfather's ideals. After being killed and brought back as the Regent of the Mask, he became a servant to the government true in name and color. At first he disapproved of the idea of serving the government, when his brother and grandfather saw this is a sin and an abomination they had him killed in an “Accident” but he wasn’t killed only badly damaged. When he died and was brought back his personality changed dramatically and Theodore Higgins was claimed dead. The Regent has a playfully sadistic side, constantly taunting and infuriating his opponents. He believes that he and all killers are the same in the sense that they are assassins that live in the darkness who have killed many lives for their cause. When asked questions he talks in riddles and even when generally speaking to people he sometimes speaks in riddles.

—Description: Out of thin air, The regent can create anything by the use of his imagination and his magic glowing right hand. Once this power is activated, The Regent of the Mask simply reaches into his hand to pull out small items or they appear above his hand floating, and for large items he faces his palm outwards and it shoots out. This is of course limited to basic things but the regent can also color the items during creation. This is limited to mainly Metal objects and wooden objects, other then that nothing else can be created. The hand glows a mist like red color and the item shoots out at the speed of a 0.5 mph and large objects would weight in at twice there normal weight as compared to small to medium objects would weight almost nothing.

The Background

History:
Birth Era: Born across the stars, Theodore Higgins awoke with red eyes and bawling his eyes out as a normal baby would. Of course his seal was already present upon his Right hand per each member of his strange race which means he was destined to be great.
Family Life Era: As a boy, Theodore was a happy every day child. Never has anyone seen a frown upon this boy’s lips and he could always make others smile no matter how sad or upset they may be. He viewed the humans as a normal person, as more people and nothing more. This lead to some of his family scorning him behind his back and acting like they love him in front of him. He came to the conclusion that he didn’t want to serve the humans, he wanted more in life then empty servitude. He stayed outdoors mostly, if he wasn’t exploring then he was working hard to perfect the art of alchemy by creating small trinkets like necklaces and rings and then selling them. He thought he could make it as a merchant with his talent, His brother and grandfather thought differently.
Death Era: Only one week before he entered the academy and he would begin his life as a guardian. He rejected this idea and started working in a nearby shop. He liked working there and even picked up a few tricks on selling things for a higher price and convincing the customer that it was good. However only four days before he entered the academy and the shop exploded with him and his manager inside of it. His manager died but he walked away hurt badly and dying. After he passed out his brother and grandfather retrieved him and gave him new memories and personality to fit that of there races religion for the Humans. His parents were the ones who agreed to this. However the process backfired terribly and they didn't realize this until they sent him to earth with there only means of transportation. Instead he festered a hatred to the humans instead of thinking of them highly.
Arrival Era: Finally arriving on earth he was ready to wreak havoc and knew that to do he would need help. So, he began his search...
