Skill Description: Jesteria is so fluent with her firearms that she can pinpoint an area on an opponent and fire a shot that will do more damage than normal. For shields or durable skin that block things their own rank, the bullet will do half damage, but still injure them. Instead of going through them like before, it will actually become embedded in their body slightly. If it is shot in a vulnerable area such as the eyes, mouth, or temple, the bullet will pierce through completely. | |
